ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Provide on-site/remote support to the Gothenburg studio and remote support to the other Braha IT offices in the EMEA region
Onboarding and offboarding of new and departing employees, including user account administration
Imaging and deployment of Mac and PC hardware as well as tracking of assets from onboarding to deprovisioning—lifecycle management
Troubleshooting of hardware, software and networking issues on Mac and PC
Responding to IT calls and problem tickets in a multi-office, multi-regional environment; following in-house procedures and escalation processes utilising our ticketing system
Producing clear and concise documentation and procedures for administrative tasks
Providing weekly IT Inductions to new staff in our EMEA region
Maintaining password security, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment
Support and troubleshooting of printers and copiers
Maintaining effective relationships with Braha IT leadership and staff
macOS and Windows proficiency essential
Experience with JAMF, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace a plus
Experience with Okta or other SSO providers a plus

Propose changes and improvement activities that make our applications more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance cost and document knowledge in order to improve efficiency.
To support our designers in their work and to develop methods etc, , high level of knowledge in Catia application is required.

The Job:
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer you will be either remotely or onsite.
You will be responsible for a wide variety of support and activities. These include providing support for end user mobile and PC, Operating Systems (OS) and hardware, virtual and physical desktop environments, desktop applications and other standard enterprise solutions. You will also act as a subject matter expert on enterprise technologies.
What will you be doing?
Software and system fault diagnosis, analysis and fix
Use of Service Now/SSP ticketing system
Installing additional applications on new equipment
Proactively keeping customers updated
Working alongside management and engineering teams on planning project work
Supports day-to-day operational and support activities of the desktop computing, desktop, laptop, workstations and workplace support services
Provides on-call support as required
Provides physical onsite "smart hands" support
