JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Logistics / Transport Assistant, you will play an important supporting role in daily operations. The position is operational and administrative, involving close cooperation with drivers, terminal staff, and transport coordination teams. This role is suitable for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in developing a career within logistics and transport.
Main responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting drivers in daily operations
Assisting with planning and coordination of transport routes and deliveries
Helping with loading, unloading, scanning and parcel handling at the terminal
Monitoring deliveries and reporting deviations
Registering working hours, deliveries, and basic administrative tasks
Communicating with internal teams and external partners when required
Assisting with onboarding and practical guidance of new drivers when needed

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in logistics, transport, or terminal operations (merit but not mandatory)
Is well organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Has good communication and teamwork skills
Can communicate in English or Swedish (additional languages are a plus)
Has basic computer skills (Excel, email, internal systems)
