Our customers love to be involved in the early stages of our product development, either to just bounce ideas from what they know best; what’s potentially technically challenging and where to recruit for a relevant user base to iterate ideas with. There, in the middle of it, with a good understanding of the jobs-to-be-done by the users, as well as a business strategy perspective you’ll be a key player in continuously running the UX agenda. Doing so you’ll be interacting with business professionals from some of the world’s largest and most progressive media companies that utilize the Burt Intelligence product in their everyday work life.
What you'll do:
Understanding of the business area and the personas of the different roles of our users
Communicate and verify ideas by wireframing
Take lead on initiatives to deepen understanding of jobs-to-be-done
Organize and manage feedback to be fed into iterations
Own definitions and reporting of KPIs relating to usage
Who you are:
Likes to work with people and is great at making new connections
Interest in product experiences, curious to sign up for new products to test
Strategic and creative problem solver, inquisitive, and willing to take charge when things get a bit messy
Emphatic
Passionate about the startup journey
What you'll need:
B2B product perspective of working with UX
Project management
Previous experience in a SaaS company
Knowledge of the ad-tech business
