About the position
EIT Manufacturing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecosystem Services & Key Account Manager to play a pivotal role in selling service offerings for EIT Manufacturing members as well as for external customers, thereby contributing to the business growth of the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for valorising the existing EIT Manufacturing assets, by identifying growth opportunities, building strong business partnerships and driving revenue generation through innovative service solutions. In addition, this profile will support the key account management of existing EIT Manufacturing members as well as the acquisition of new ones. The Ecosystem Services & Key Account Manager at CLC will collaborate with the local team to actively integrate the business perspective in collaboration with the Innovation, Business Creation, Education and RIS functions, within the local ecosystem and innovation community. The Ecosystem Services & Key Account Manager will also collaborate with Manufacturing SASU, the commercial arm of EIT Manufacturing, in charge of designing the service offering for the organization and coordinating the sales and marketing of EIT Manufacturing services.
The Ecosystem Services & Key Account Manager role reports to the CLC North Managing Director.
Missions and key accountabilities:
Key Account Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key accounts, with focus on EIT Manufacturing (Core/Associate) members. Drive KYC (know-your-customer) activities, understanding their needs, pain points, and expectations, and proactively propose tailored solutions that drive mutual growth and success, in order to ensure high levels of partner satisfaction.
Membership Expansion: Actively seek out and recruit new members who align with the EIT Manufacturing mission and vision; evaluate prospect members, curate applications and onboard them into the network.
Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners, stakeholders, and customers. Develop strategic partnerships with key business partners, with a view to deploy and sell services.
Services Sales: Actively promote and sell EIT Manufacturing service offerings. Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell services, identify new market segments, and explore opportunities for expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, notably Pillars, to fine tune the value proposition and service offering, including customization for the local market.
Market watch: Conduct and consult market studies to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential market gaps. Leverage insights to refine service offerings and identify new business opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the CLC's business roadmap. Collaborate with the CLC Director and Pillars/functions to align business development strategies with the overall Co-Location Center goals.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree (or equivalent) or MBA with majors preferably in Business administration/management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or Engineering
Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, key account management, or a related role, preferably in a technology-driven or manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of business strategies and business models
Good command of IT tools (MS Office, CRM, Web collaboration tools)
Fluent in English. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

Experience:
Established network of relevant stakeholders from business, industry and academia/research in the relevant region
Demonstrated experience in selling services, identifying and capitalising on business growth opportunities
Proven success in managing key accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and achieving revenue targets
Understanding of the market, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Knowledge of the manufacturing sector

Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with a results-oriented mindset
Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of EIT Manufacturing CLC's service offerings.

About the position
This Innovation Manager position at EIT Manufacturing CLC North will be responsible for facilitating and driving regional EIT Manufacturing (EITM) Innovation projects in countries of the Co-Location Centre (CLC) perimeter: Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, UK, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia. She/he will support the implementation of EIT Manufacturing’s Innovation Strategy on a European level. The Innovation Manager will also be in charge of monitoring and advising the EIT Manufacturing Projects (projects) portfolio assigned to her/him.
The position reports directly to the CLC Director and indirectly to the EIT Manufacturing Director of Innovation
Key Accountabilities:
• Contribute to the development of EIT Manufacturing and more specifically, the EIT Manufacturing Innovation Pillar
Collaborate with Innovation Managers in the Headquarters and the other five EIT Manufacturing Colocation Centers (CLCs) in Darmstadt/DE, Vienna/AU, Milan/IT, San Sebastian/ES and Athens/GE
Continuously improve the Innovation Strategy with members of the Innovation Team
Help curate AGORA, EIT Manufacturing’s Social Media and Open Innovation Platform
Continuously acquire and analyse knowledge from EIT Manufacturing target groups, assessing how well ongoing projects are succeeding in meeting target group needs



• Monitor a portfolio of EIT Manufacturing innovation projects, supporting their execution and development
Be EIT Manufacturing’s contact person for day-to-day interaction with Project Leaders
Participate in the remote or physical meetings of the Projects as appropriate
Regularly monitor the progress of Key Performance Indicators and collaborate with Project Leaders, to promote high impact projects and identify corrective actions
Support and facilitate the projects' financial sustainability mechanisms
Organise project review meetings, reviewing and assessing project deliverables and progress reports submitted by Project Leaders across Europe



• Represent the Innovation Pillar at CLC level
Take an active role liaising with CLC current and potential EIT-M members ensuring innovation needs from EITM external stakeholders are reflected in EITM innovation strategy
Mediate between EITM members and other CLCs to facilitate value-added project build-up
Take an active role in facilitating networking and community development in the CLC perimeter nations and liase across others CLCs



Qualifications:
• You hold a Master’s Degree or equivalent related to entrepreneurship, commerce, business management, finance AND/OR a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering Science. University or professional education related to the manufacturing sector and/or to environmental sustainability/circular economy is a clear plus.
• You have a strong track record on project management, tools for managing complex projects including financials, confirmed by relevant experiences in the technology sector
• You are fluent in English and preferably Swedish. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus, especially in the languages of the CLC perimeter countries.
• You have a very good command of the Microsoft Office Tool Suite and web collaboration tools.

About the position
As Business Creation Manager you’ll work with our open innovation services connecting startups with corporations, fostering collaboration and driving sustainable growth in Manufacturing. You will find and support cutting-edge startups, fostering access to the latest technologies and fresh perspectives. Our focus is to promote new solutions for the most pressing challenges of European manufacturers.
This role at EIT Manufacturing North is responsible for facilitating and driving EIT Manufacturing Business Creation activities in the Northern hub: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and UK. You will also support the implementation of EIT Manufacturing’s Business Creation strategy on a European level.
Key accountabilities
Build a portfolio of manufacturing corporates across Northern Europe and identify the most promising companies aligned with EIT Manufacturing mission, strategy, and value proposition
Work with those companies to understand their manufacturing needs, their digital transformation and sustainability challenges, decision making processes, and operational modalities
Identify and evaluate potential collaboration opportunities with startups and manufacturing corporates, with a focus on facilitating the collaboration
Connect startups to potential customers, enabling the startups to grow commercially by bringing advanced technologies from start-ups into mature companies
Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in Industry 4.0 startups
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including startups, corporates, ecosystem actors, investors, customers and partners
Consult and support transformation projects and change management
All of the above in cooperation with other parts of the EIT Manufacturing organization as well as with other European organizations



Who are you?
A master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field e.g. business management, engineering, finance 2
Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience
Fluent in English; another Northern hub language is a strong plus
An understanding of Industry 4.0 trends and the challenges facing European Manufacturing, preferably from established manufacturing companies (as opposed to startups) in one or more of our Northern hub countries
Exposure to the innovation ecosystem (Startups, Technology Transfer offices, investment company, etc) • The capacity to negotiate, win deals, and generate commercial revenues as well as build longterm relationships with a diversity of stakeholders
Previous experience from business development, an understanding of the public- private partnerships environment and/or experience with EU-funded projects or Public financing institutions is a plus
Frequent travel in Europe is expected.

The “Busines Creation Business Developer, in CLC North” is in charge of developing the BC pillar business in the local ecosystem, working hand in hand with multiple stakeholders. The key targets of her/his actions are SMEs, intermediate companies, and Corporates.

She / He builds and strengthens the bridge between startups and the SMEs/Intermediate/Corporates.
Her / His objectives is to deliver results on both financial and nonfinancial aspects.
The “Busines Creation Business Developer, in CLC North” reports in a matrix organization to the Pillar and CLC Directors.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Prospection and acquisition of SMEs / Intermediate Companies / Corporates
Her / His objective is to build a portfolio of SMEs, intermediate companies, and Corporates in Manufacturing across Europe which are customers and/or partners of Business Creation pillar. She / he must:
· prospect the ecosystem to identify the most promising companies aligned with EIT Manufacturing mission, strategy, and value proposition
· work with those companies to understand their needs, decision making process, and operational modalities
· support the intaking of those companies into EIT Manufacturing portfolio

2- Engagement with startups

· Business experience in following countries is a key differentiating factor: Finland, Denmark, and UK

· Significant experience in transversal role, interacting with people from multiple backgrounds

About the position
As Education Developer you will be responsible for the successful development, promotion and uptake of the EIT Manufacturing Education services and programmes, including Master, PhD, personalized education programs, and upskilling of industrial employees in the countries represented by the Co-Location Center North (CLC): Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, United Kingdom, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. You will actively contribute to secure revenue streams and additional sources of funding for the long-term financial sustainability of the organization.
The CLCs are a key part of EIT Manufacturing´s organization and governance. CLC North has a small, dedicated team working with innovation, business creation and education projects. Everyone supports each other in the team and collaboration is a key success factor. Everyone working at CLC North is actively engaged in further development of CLC North and in strengthening our position in the eco-system.
Missions and Key Accountabilities:
Promote education programmes
You create awareness about EIT Manufacturing education programs, services and calls for proposals and guide and support the participation of relevant organizations
You organize meetings and initiatives to promote EIT Manufacturing Master and PhD programmes to schools and students
You approach industrial companies, RTOs and universities to engage in EIT Manufacturing Educational programmes, e.g. Teaching and Learning factories
You promote usage and subscriptions of the Skills.move Learning Platform for upskilling employees and individuals
You attract industry to contribute to EIT Manufacturing Master, PhD Programmes and other education activities through e.g. promotion of industrial challenges, master theses and internships
You analyse the target learners and market, identify competitors and potential business partners and propose and implement actions to achieve the target objectives in terms of number of learners and revenue



Organise and facilitate education and training courses
You organize the delivery/replication of education activities at the CLC level
You facilitate collaboration with the involved partners



Dissemination and public engagement
You promote EIT Manufacturing education activities in schools, relevant conferences and workshops across the region
You disseminate EIT Manufacturing education activity results and programmes
You identify and develop synergies with other organizations to engage pupils and society to STEM and Manufacturing
You identify and grow collaboration to empower women in manufacturing and promote diversity and inclusion



Further development and CLC North initiatives
You may also be asked to contribute to other initiatives/projects in collaboration with other teams and Innovation communities



Qualifications:
You hold a master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Pedagogy/Education or equivalent
You have at least 3 years experience
You have Project/ Programme Management of education or training activities
You have a good command of IT tools (Office, web collaborative tools, Learning Management Systems)
You are fluent in English and have basic skills in Swedish; an additional European language is also an advantage, especially if one of the Northern hub languages
