Main TasksSupport the IT Architects to detail the design, build, and test changes to an IT solutionDevelop, build, configure, customize, integrate, unit test and implement complex application solutions based on the functional and technical specifications to meet quality & performance requirements.Design applications to meet the business process design and performancerequirements while adhering to Essity IT standards, policies and guidelinesValidate the design with stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirementsAssist in defining and reviewing requirements and use cases for the solution May involve the introduction and application of new developments in applications development and may also require the development of new approaches to be used by other professions.Inform IT Architects and/or IT Project Manager of any issues that may affect other areas of the solutionCoach or mentor other less experienced roles in development, build, configuration and test activitiesContribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization Key CompetenciesExperience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information using a structured approachExperience both from front-end and back-end developmentExperience from working in a big global organizationHigh analytical capacity A minimum of 3 years application development experience Strong verbal and written communication skills in English speaking work settings, including the ability to facilitate meetingsAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships with business stakeholders, external development partners and other IT departmentsCommunication experience in the IoT space Willingness to travelEducation University degree in Information Technology, Systems/Computer Systems ScienceAdditional InformationPlease apply at latest 8th of July.
