Overview
We are searching for an IT Business Analyst in the Customer and Consumer Digital Experience (F/M), who will support one of the multi-tenant digital platform in Care domain globally.

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with focus on our digital applications for professional healthcare customers (B2B) for TENA. The scope includes public brand sites as well as extranet with various tools and services for healthcare professionals.

Essity’s Global Brand, Innovation & Sustainability department is currently searching for a Global Brand (Innovation) Manager for the Wiping & Cleaning category. This is a global role that can be based either out of Gothenburg, Sweden or Philadelphia, United States.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to work with our global brand TENA in retail Region North (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Baltics). TENA is strong #1 in the Rgion, driven by a passionate, dedicated and fun marketing team– focused on improving everyday life for anyone dealing with unexpected leaks.

This position will be located in Gothenburg, Sweden and report to Marketing Manager Libresse & TENA Consumer Goods Region North.

Main Tasks
Develop and activate marketing plans and initiatives for TENA
Take the overall marketing responsibility for TENA’s product portfolio, managing the interface to European/regional/local stakeholders and local go-to market projects for upgrades & innovations
Collaborate effectively with colleagues in other teams – such as customer marketing and sales, as well as supply and production
Adapt, localize and activate global TENA campaigns
Develop and coordinate BTL and other marketing activities in line with the global brand guidelines
Follow up on launches and campaigns. Collect and analyze data & learnings to Nordic and European retail teams
Manage assigned A&P budget
Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities

Key Competencies
Minimum 4 years of experience from working with brand marketing within FMCG but also other relevant industry is of interest.
University degree in Marketing or equivalent
Excellent analytical skills
Strong Marketing and Brand Building capabilities
Excellent proficiency in English

Who are you?We are looking for a committed and result oriented individual with a lot of energy that can motivate and drive long-term stable level of profitability and growth of TENA. You need to be able to travel minimum 20-60 days per year.The role as a Brand Manager involves interaction with a lot of different stakeholders. We believe you are a flexible team player with a passion and drive for cross-functional collaboration.
