Strategy Leadership
Lead by example within our most important client relationships, setting the bar for strategic excellence and inspiring our teams to continue to push boundaries.
Cultivate an environment of strategy and creative as one process where innovation and forward-thinking are the guiding principles of our creative product.



Priority Client Relationships and Opportunities:
Build and nurture direct relationships with our key clients, becoming the champion for big ideas that have potential to change their businesses.
Lead or be actively involved in our most important client opportunities, such as new business pitches or organic client development.



Integrated Strategy Offering:
Define clear roles, responsibilities, and goals for our strategy team to deliver against our Squiggle process, ensuring a cohesive approach to strategy development.
Actively evolve our strategic product offering through a lens focused on the unique needs and aspirations of our clients' businesses.


F&B Brand Image:
Elevate the agency's external image by being a visible beacon for our standards and ideas, within leading schools, industry events and publications.
Develop content that aligns with our brand strategy and positions us as a leader in our creative industry.


Who You Are
The ideal candidate is an experienced strategist passionate about unlocking the potential of brands and eager to dive deep into the world of strategic brand development. You bring to the table a blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking, including:
A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

This role is focused on driving new models across a variety of client remits, and therefore exposure to different sectors, skills, channels and approaches is important. You will be responsible for leading client profitability, client organic revenue growth and ensuring the operations team As Head of business you are leading large, complex projects. You are able to create momentum within your team and on your business to deliver high quality and drive growth. You think beyond the short term, identifying potential opportunities, risks and solutions for how the team with focus on our Client Directors and Account Managers can fulfill or overcome them.
Fully understand client business objectives / communication objectives.
Work closely with global client team on HQ requests & initiatives, such as cost modules exercise, people-based marketing initiatives and brand safety
Responsible for our team of Client Directors and Account Managers and support and build that group to success.
Effective management of client expectations is essential; support your teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of work, identifying improvements to ways of working where required.
Be responsible for the delivery of revenue across the clients your teams and pursue all potential cross sell / up sell opportunities.
Work closely with the Business partnership team on client development and with the new business lead to deliver new business pitches as required.
Work closely with our Head of creative, Head of strategy, Head of Innovation and together work as a team that support all our client team to reach success.
