Vi på Foxway erbjuder olika Tech-lösningar med cirkulära tjänster, allt från Leasing till direkt köpta enheter. Under garantiperioden sköter vi all service och reparation på enheterna. När en enhet gjort sitt med just den användaren tar vi tillbaka enheterna för ytligare service och renovering för att återskapa ett nytt liv för enheten, vilket skapar cirkularitet och mervärde.
Om rollen
Du arbetar med samordning av avslutande leasingavtal inom den offentliga sektorn. Detta innefattar effektiv hantering av kunder, logistik, finansieringspartner och projektbaserade anställda med fokus på kvalitet. Rollen innebär även att besvara frågor från användare som köper sina begagnade produkter via vår portal. Du samarbetar, löser problem och planerar.
Dessutom ingår att bidra med idéer för att förbättra vårt system som stöder denna verksamhet.
Rollen kräver också att man arbetar i vårt ERP Visma för hantering av varuflödet som uppstår vid start/avtalsslut och fakturering internt eller mot kund.
Vi söker dig som
Älskar att ha många bollar i luften och som har en förmåga att koordinera, strukturera och som på så sätt gör hanteringen av det digitala verktyget sömnlöst för kunden. Dessutom har du goda kvaliteter i att kommunicera med våra kunder såväl per telefon som via e-post på ett relationsbyggande sätt. Du är agil och anpassar dig utifrån hur kundernas prioriteringar och utmaningar förändras genom våra kunders projekt.

Krav:
Tidigare erfarenhet av att jobba i ERP- och CRM-system.
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att samordna och schemalägg kunder och logistik för returer under året.
Du har tidigare utfört inventering och lagerräkning.
Vana att granska och hantera fakturor.
Flytande svenska och god förmåga i engelska i tal och skrift.
Körkort.

Anställningsform: Heltid.
Denna roll kräver närvaro på kontoret minst fyra dagar i veckan för att säkerställa effektiv samordning och samarbete med teamet.

Your Role
