We are now looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of IT to lead our technology vision and scale our platform to new heights.
The Role
As CTO, Head of IT, you’ll be part of the executive leadership team and will play a key role in shaping and executing our technology strategy. You’ll have end-to-end responsibility for our digital products, platform development, infrastructure, and tech team. If you're excited by building scalable solutions and leading through both vision and action, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive a long-term technology roadmap aligned with our business goals
Lead the development and scaling of our warranty platform and digital ecosystem
Build and manage a high-performing engineering team (in-house and/or outsourced)
Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant infrastructure and data handling
Collaborate cross-functionally to turn user needs into technical solutions
Champion innovation, including automation and AI-driven tools
Manage technology budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as CTO or senior technology leader in a product-oriented company
Solid foundation in software engineering, architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Strong leadership skills with experience building and mentoring teams
Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
Strategic mindset with a willingness to dive into technical details
Experience with platform integrations, APIs, and customer-facing systems
Bonus
Background in automotive, warranty services, insurance, or other regulated sectors
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and data protection practices
Scale-up or startup experience with a focus on rapid growth
