Role:
We are looking for an experienced, competent and self-motivated electronics engineer with an interest in exciting technology.
Your primary focus will be digital, but also some analogue, electronic board design, as well as practical work that includes preparing and performing system tests. This can include, for example, EMC and reliability tests.
You will work with developers both from the local office and from our other offices within the global organization.
You will be part of an experienced and passionate team that, in addition to electronics, also develops software and mechanics, where you will have the opportunity to share ideas, experiences and knowledge. You will thereby be able to influence design choices in all development disciplines and be part of the complete development cycle, from idea to finished product.
What you will do:
Design and verify complete electronic boards for control of "Print & Apply" systems, but also for control of other types of marking systems and peripherals.
Define requirement specifications and develop design projects from concept design to launch.
Specify electrical components, cabling, and external system interfaces.
Prepare and carry out system and subsystem tests, such as EMC and reliability tests.
Perceive, understand, and define project specifications and performance requirements at the module and system level.
Follow and manage project schedules and deliverables.
Collaborate with engineers from your discipline and beyond.
Propose and drive technical solutions together with the team.
What you need to have:
Electronics engineer with a bachelor's degree or other relevant engineering discipline. Master's degree is preferred.
Significant professional experience in electronics design.
Experience in Altium PCB design programs.
Solid knowledge of basic engineering principles in electronics, at both theoretical and implementation level. Including, for example, EMC.
Good understanding of "Design for Manufacturing & Assembly" (DfM, DfA).
Work experience of modern development methods.
Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as logic analyzer, oscilloscope, waveform generators, etc.
Good analytical skills.
Good communication skills, in speech and writing.
Passion for product development and a desire to succeed through collaboration.
