The ideal applicant for this position has an interest and experience in design using Solidworks. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organized co-worker to join our experienced team on a full time basis, with an interest in mechanical engineering. As part of a growing company in an interesting medical device business, there is a good opportunity for personal fulfilment with opportunity for training and working in a very exciting environment.
 You must have technical interest and experience working within a Design environment - preferably with Dental Implants - for at least 2 years. You should have a design background and ambition to develop further to become a Product Developer.
Experience from working in an international environment using English on a daily basis, both orally and written, is a prerequisite, as well as Swedish.
You are a good organizer and you do have the ability to establish fruitful relationships and maintain networks, as you will work closely with Neoss suppliers who to a large extent are based internationally.
The main responsibility of the role is Product Design including activities such as creating design drawings using Solidworks, specifications, design reports and testing. Your position

In this newly created role you will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, and have an important wide ranging role working closely with Quality Assurance, Product Development and Operations team in the management and maintenance of medical device products that are currently in the market.

This will require having a high proficiency to understand and read product, component and dimensional drawings, corresponding specifications and though to inspection plans (incoming, in-process and final).

This will involve coordinating and documenting with the relevant functions (internal and external) to investigate, assess and implement changes through controlled QMS processes such as supplier nonconformance's, change requests, customer complaint investigations etc.

In addition it will involve identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.

Due to this it is critical that you have worked in a controlled manufacturing environment in which an effective Quality Management System (QMS) was in place.

Who are you?

We see that you have real life, hands on manufacturing experience within QMS processes/systems from a Quality Assurance/manufacturing perspective.

As this is a newly created position we see that you like to take on responsibility and work in an effective manner to achieve defined deadlines.

In addition you have:

* 3 years higher education preferably within the technical field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience from working within quality in a manufacturing environment.
* Fluent in English both speaking and writing. Swedish is beneficial although not mandatory.
* Experience from document control/handling including data handling in Excel
* Experience from working & interacting with suppliers.
* Experience in updating technical documentation.

Meritorious:

* Label creation using BarTender or similar software.
* Experience in process validation.
* Experience in design software.
