NIL Technology is growing, and we are looking to expand our team with two production engineers for our AR mastering group. You will work in a cleanroom where your primary responsibilities will be to develop and refine processes for masters as well as to produce high quality AR masters to our customers worldwide.
The cleanroom work will primarily involve working with reactive ion beam etching (RIBE), dry/wet etching processes and lithography processes like electron beam lithography (EBL) and maskless lithography; hence, we expect you to have a high level of experience with some or all of these processes, and that you are experienced with nanofabrication and metrology in general. This includes, but is not limited to, experience with thin film depositions (E-beam evaporator, sputtering, PECVD, and ALD) and their characterization methods (ellipsometry and profiling) as well as scanning-electron- and atomic-force- microscopy (SEM/AFM).
You will be based in our branch in Gothenburg, Sweden, and your work will primarily be carried out in the MC2 cleanroom at Chalmers University. You will work closely together with colleagues in mastering located in Sweden and Denmark.
Flexibility regarding working hours including occasional work in weekends is expected to the extent required to complete the tasks in the cleanroom in due time. Travelling activities between sites in SE and DK might be required as well.
