PwC FDD and V&A offers a wide range of transaction and valuation related services where you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment and within various industries. We also provide advice related to business transfers, restructuring and financing.

With about 30 professionals, the Gothenburg FDD/V&A team is the region's largest service provider, offering buy- and sell-side due diligence and valuation services to local, national, and global financial investors and corporations.

We are a team encompassing both FDD and V&A, and we aim to ensure that you have the opportunity to gain experience in both areas.

Financial due diligence comprises, among other things, detailed analysis of a company's earnings, value drivers, cash flows and financial position to support decision-makers to evaluate risks and opportunities inherent in transactions. Read more about FDD.

Company valuation and financial analysis include, e.g, corporate valuation, financial modeling, negotiation support for business transactions, preparation of documentation for investment decisions and share-based incentive programs. Read more about V&A.

Your main tasks as a junior analysts at Financial Due Diligence and Valuation & Analytics

- Build data workflows to enable aggregation and analysis of complex data sets
- Assist in preparing diligence reports containing key analytical findings
- Prepare and present business analysis and financial analysis of target companies as well as their markets
- Work within our valuation models and assist in determining key valuation assumptions
- Develop, adapt and review financial models for a wide variety of purposes, such as transactions, internal finance functions and advanced portfolio and client analysis

As a Project Leader within our Financial Due Diligence team in you will be involved in:

- Lead Financial due diligence engagements from start to finish.
- Analysing financial and non-financial business information
- Identifying and understanding key drivers of a business and potential deal breakers (financial and non-financial)
- Writing financial due diligence (buy-side, sell-side or refinancing) reports for our corporate, banking and private equity clients
- Sharing your experience and developing other team members through the deal process
- Understanding the processes in due diligence work including dealing with risk management processes and procedures
- Interacting with senior levels of Management, and exposure to business owners to understand areas such as historical and projected business performance, wider commercial issues, etc
- Developing internal and external networks, and adopting a client relationship centric mindset
To succeed in the role you have;

- Bachelor (requirement) or Master (meriting) degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Engineering

Within our Transfer Pricing team of 9 employees at our Gothenburg office, we help multinational groups with planning, documenting, executing, and defending the pricing of their intercompany transactions. Our projects are of a very varying nature and consist of everything from simpler compliance tasks to very complex restructuring projects. Previous experience in data analysis and of software and programming languages ??such as Qlik, , ACL, IDEA, Tableau and SAS is meritorious. 
Have advanced skills in English and Swedish which is a requirement.
