Du ska ha avslutat universitetsstudier motsvarande Jur.Kand med inriktning immaterialrätt eller ha erhållit motsvarande kunskap och erfarenhet genom arbetslivserfarenhet.
Du talar och skriver affärsengelska på mycket hög nivå. Övriga språk är meriterande.
Då Patrix har kunder såväl nationellt som internationellt kan jobbet innebära en del resande såväl inom Sverige som till övriga världen varför möjligheten att resa är ett krav.
Eftersom jobbet innebär att vara länken mellan IT och IP verksamhet bör du vara teknikintresserad och ha datorvana och kunna hantera vanliga officeprogram såsom Word, Excel, PPT etc.
Vi lägger stor vikt vid din personlighet och då anställningen innebär mycket kommunikation såväl internt som med kunder är din förmåga att uttrycka dig, främst på engelska, av största vikt.

Patrix is an international intellectual property case management system provider with over 30 years in the business of software development, marketing and implementation. Our client base is worldwide and with our state of the art system, we are working with some of the world’s leading Legal IP providers.
Currently Patrix is looking to recruit Integration Engineers. Patrix IP Management System, called Patricia, is for most of our clients the centre of their operational system support. It handles their daily matters regarding Patents, Trademarks and other Intellectual Property rights. Many of Patrix’ clients integrate Patricia with other systems and services and for that reason, Patrix has developed an API.
Work description
The candidate/s will work with Patrix clients and assist them in achieving successful integrations to their other systems and services. The position will work with:
Assist clients in achieving successful integrations
Design, build and maintain API’s in independently and/or in collaboration with other developers
Trouble-shoot issues in production and staging environments



Qualifications
The candidate shall have
At least 3 years of documented experience as a solution’s engineer, solution’s architect, technical consultant in a relevant capacity or comparable relevant experience.
At least 3 years of documented experience working with external clients (i.e. end customers)
Technical skills in relation to Python, RESTful APIs and JavaScript
Speak and write English fluently. Other languages are good to have but not a must.

We think that you have a deep understanding of project management and want to assist new and existing customers with various tasks such as:
· Migration of data
· Configurations and setup of our state- of -the- art IP Management software Patricia ™
· Training users of our software
· Lead webinars and demos
· Assist in maintaining training documentation and manuals up to date
· Testing of new features in Patricia ™
· Hot-line support via mail, web and phone directly with our customers all around the world
Requirements
We are looking for a meticulous and self-directed project leader. Background in Intellectual Property is meritorious however experience of using a modern IP management software solution is mandatory to this role. As well as being able to make and advice clients on high level decisions.
As the ideal candidate you must be comfortable working in a deadline-style work environment and be able to coordinate with multiple teams across the organization. Attention to detail, time management, the ability to manage both up and down, and a strong work ethic are must-haves. You must be fluent in English, and it is a great advantage if you master Spanish or French.
If you are stated in Sweden that is an advantage, but it is also possible to work remotely from another part of Europe.
