Profile

4+ years of relevant – sales – experience for medium and larger (international) customers

At our new facility in Gothenburg you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. KEY ACTIVITIES
Key activities of the Warehouse administrator are:
ø Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse.
ø Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
ø Support daily warehouse production plan
ø Coordinates unloading and loading slots at the warehouse.
ø Controls inventory by physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
ø Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
ø Delivers analysis to operations manager to improve warehouse operation.
ø Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
ø Create and share reports within the organization and to stakeholders.
PROFILE
For this role we are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in Logistics and a strong result driven mindset. He/she is a flexible problem-solver with a hands-on mentality, able to prioritize multiple requests in a fast paced environment.
We are looking for a colleague with:
ø Around 3-5 years of relevant experience as a warehouse administrator
ø Problem solving skills
ø Good knowledge of WMS systems

The goal of the warehouse in Gothenburg is supplying customers through accurate, timely and high quality deliveries. You are an important part of this chain of supply, by taking care that the products will be ready on time and in the correct place for shipping.
Daily activities include preparation of orders (e.g. unpacking, labeling, sealing, and measuring - hands-on and with MHE) in agreement with customer and internal procedures.
You get to work in a high tech, state of the art logistic environment, in a steady team. In your team, you make sure that Samsung can keep its promise towards its customers by taking care that the products will be ready for shipping, on time and at the right location.

Core activities for forklift driver:
· Loading and unloading trucks using forklift, clamp truck or hands-on and placing products in the correct locations within the warehouse
· Picking using forklift or clamp truck
· Preparing orders for shipping in agreement with customer and internal procedures
· Building pallets, unpacking, labeling, sealing and measuring
· Sorting and checking incoming and outgoing on quantity and quality and taking appropriate countermeasures in case of deviations
· Responding adequately on deviations, damages and reporting these to the warehouse coordinator. Following all safety procedures and keeping the work area and warehouse clean
Requirements:
· Valid forklift/ clam truck certificate(B1) and/or experience is mandatory
· One year driving experience
· Knowledge of products and services within a warehouse environment
· Basic knowledge of automated (warehouse management) systems
· Prepared to work in shifts and available 5 days a week
· Prepared to work overtime and on Saturday if necessary
· Good verbal expression in the English language
· Responsible, orderly, flexible and accurate and team player

Core activities for reach driver:

ø Controls inventory by physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
ø Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
ø Delivers analysis to operations manager to improve warehouse operation.
ø Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
ø Create and share reports within the organization and to stakeholders.
PROFILE
For this role we are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in Logistics and a strong result driven mindset. He/she is a flexible problem-solver with a hands-on mentality, able to prioritize multiple requests in a fast paced environment.
We are looking for a colleague with:
ø Around 3-5 years of relevant experience as a warehouse administrator
ø Problem solving skills
ø Good knowledge of WMS systems
ø A proficient level of Swedish and good level of English
