TIER Mobility provides electric scooters that can be rented to travel the last mile in cities. With this new form of mobility TIER introduces an independent, fun and conscious way of urban commuting. Our goal is to fight the current status quo of polluted cities, smog and ineffective, inconvenient and overpriced transportation modes together with our users and local communities!
We´re now looking for a Summer Operations Manager to support the operations in our cities in West Sweden, which includes Gothenburg, Borås, Jönköping, Linköping, and Norrköping.
The position is temporary and will last from June to the end of August or early September.
These will be your responsibilities:
Assist and support the Regional Operations Manager with a diverse range of tasks, such as preparing reports, collecting data, analyzing data, build cases to improve operations etc.
Support the region and make sure fleet is intact, active on the street, and core KPIs are hit (e.g. rides/scooter).
Support the local operations team in the cities in handling our rangers and make sure our daily operations are running smoothly.

Manage our scooter fleet and make sure our daily operations are running smoothly
You will work from our office in Gothenburg, but will also be required to travel to the different cities within the region and support the local operations team when needed.



You´re offering these qualifications:
Structured and good communicator
Good analytical skills
Work well as part of a team and by yourself
Interest in E-Mobility and the right mentality to change mobility for good
Smart, hands-on and solution-driven
You have an EU driving license B
Can communicate in English or Swedish

These will be your responsibilities:
Increase the utilization of scooters, keep our fleet in a good technical condition so that our customers have a large choice of scooters to pick from at all time
Analyze Incidents and fix technical and mechanical faults of e-scooters
Repair and maintain our scooters and ensure that our fleet is always ready to go
Work out solutions for recurring issues
Be part of a like-minded community of experts building the most powerful and efficient scooter operations in the market
Support the Maintainance & Repair Manager in the warehouse and give a helping hand where needed

You´re offering these qualifications:
Passion for two-wheelers
Experience in mechanics, mechanical engineering, electronics or similar and curiosity to familiarize with new topics
Experience with the repair of automobiles, bicycles or ideal e-bikes
Hands-on attitude, smart and reliable
Can communicate in Swedish or English
