About Velove
Velove is a last mile delivery company using only cargo bikes, cutting CO2 emissions, and removing vans from the streets of Stockholm, Copenhagen, Gothenburg and Malmö. We are now looking for a Supply Chain Developer to join our team in Gothenburg!
What You will do:
Make sure our operations have the spare parts and equipment they need, on time
Be responsible for sending, receiving and managing our spare part stock
Manage in- and outbound freight to customers and suppliers



What You will bring:
We see that you have a post-secondary education in logistics, a bachelor’s or master's degree. We also see that you have experience from working with similar duties as mentioned above and in addition to that experience in shipping and handling dangerous goods.
You find it easy to express yourself verbally and in writing in English. Furthermore, you must have good knowledge of both the Odoo and the Office package, programming skills are desirable.
As the services involve many different contact surfaces, both internally and externally, we see that you enjoy interacting with different people. With the help of your outgoing, social, and trusting manner, you create good relationships with suppliers, colleagues and other operations.
You value a structured, analytical and methodical way of working, which means that you are a natural problem solver who can see and address both large and small challenges at work. We attach great importance to personal qualities in this recruitment.
Key requirements, qualifications and skills:
At least 3 years of work experience in the logistics industry, preferably with spare parts management for vehicles
Degree in logistics
Proficiency in English (Swedish is an advantage)
Experience in dangerous goods handling
Experience in warehouse management systems (Odoo) and office packages
Experience from bike logistics and last mile delivery

About the job:

- Delivering e-commerce parcels for different vendors

- Riding the coolest of four-wheeled electrical cargo bikes around the center of Gothenburg

- 3-6 hours evening shifts that start around 5pm

- We offer flexible and 10+ hour/week contracts

Requirements:

- Have the right to work in Sweden and be over 18 years of age

- Have Coordination/Personal Number issued by Skatteverket

- Speak English on a conversational level

- You are a natural on a bike!

- Available to work morning shifts between 7.30am - 1pm and/or evening shifts between 5pm - 11pm. Only on weekdays.

- Available to work 1+ shifts per week
