Affärsområde Skog, Mark & Miljö är organiserat i sex avdelningar och säljer konsulttjänster till nät- och energibolag över hela landet. Inom den skogliga delen består dessa tjänster av markförhandling vid infrastrukturprojekt samt projektledning av skogligt underhåll och andra åtgärder vid befintliga och nya anläggningar.

Som Skogsinspektor hos oss kommer du introduceras på avdelningen av dina kollegor och bekanta dig med de projekt vi driver idag. Under din första tid kommer du få möjlighet att bygga kunskap och kompetens för att efter hand axla egna projekt. Beroende på vilken erfarenhet just du har så anpassar vi oss såklart efter dig. Nedan följer några av dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Projektledning skogligt underhåll
Leda och styra underentreprenörer
Kontakt med markägare, myndigheter och andra intressenter
Stämpling, värdering och reglering av skador i skogsmark
Kundkontakt och marknadsföring

Du blir en del av Skog och Mark Syd, som består av 16 medarbetare. Merparten av dina kollegor i väst arbetar hemifrån och vi håller kontakt genom månatliga fysiska träffar och teamsträffar. Kravspecifikation
För att lyckas i rollen Skogsinspektor behöver du ha ett stort driv och ett affärsmässigt synsätt där du triggas av utmaningar och finner tillfredsställelse i att nå uppsatta mål. Du har ett strukturerat arbetssätt där tydlighet och eget initiativ är signum för dig som person. Eftersom du kommer ha kontakt med många externa aktörer ser du det som motiverande att skapa samt vårda relationer. Detta gör du helst genom att vara kommunikativ samt samarbetsvillig.
Vi söker dig som har följande kvalifikationer:
En akademisk utbildning så som skogsmästare eller jägmästare
Meriterande med erfarenhet av projektledning inom skogliga projekt
Meriterande med kunskaper i HMS
Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift, gärna också engelska
Ett krav att du har god datorvana och B-körkort (dagsresor inom geografin förekommer frekvent i tjänsten, ibland även med övernattning)

Om tjänsten
Som skoglig strateg på enheten Skog och Mark har du en samordnande roll där du i tätt samarbete med dina kollegor på enheten arbetar med att driva och utveckla det skogliga underhållet på Svenska kraftnät. 

I arbetsuppgifterna ingår bland annat:


• Initiera, panera och driva de skogliga avtalsupphandlingarna tillsammans med de skogliga underhållsledarna.
• Utveckla och förbättra arbetssätt, rutiner och processer.
• Bistå med att driva teknik- och verksamhetsutveckling.
• Löpande bistå med att följa upp det skogliga underhållet.
• Delta i och vid behov driva utveckling av system som rör det skogliga underhållet.
• Hantera specifika ärenden som berör Svenska kraftnäts anläggningar och externa intressenter så som markägare, skogsbolag, entreprenörer och andra myndigheter.
• Miljöarbete som exempelvis att arbeta med biologisk mångfald i ledningsgator.

Som skoglig strateg tillhör du enheten Skog och Mark som ansvarar för det skogliga underhållet kring Svenska kraftnäts anläggningar, ca 16 000 km ledning som utgör ungefär 60 000 ha ledningsgata.  

Om dig
 

Tjänsten passar dig som är kommunikativ och som gillar att hitta kreativa lösningar på skogliga utmaningar och som trivs i en roll där du får påverka och bidra till Svenska kraftnäts långsiktiga utveckling inom skogligt underhåll. För att trivas som bäst i tjänsten bör du också tycka om att arbeta analytiskt och strukturerat. 

I övrigt letar vi någon med en skoglig akademisk bakgrund eller erfarenhet som vi anser likvärdig. 

Övriga krav för tjänsten är:


• Minst 7 års erfarenhet av skogligt kraftledningsunderhåll rörande region- och transmissionsnät.
• Erfarenhet av arbetsledning.
• Erfarenhet av upphandlingar av skogliga tjänster.
• Ekonomiansvar rörande budget och prognos.
• B-körkort.

Meriterande är:


• Erfarenhet av att arbeta med GIS.
• Erfarenhet av miljöarbete i ledningsgator till exempel åtgärder för att gynna biologisk mångfald.

As Digital Buyer you work closely with the Indirect Procurement department (IDP). • Lead supplier-based projects to develop the GFDB into a web-based tool to be maintained and accessed by our key suppliers
• Work closely with the Sites and Commercial teams to ensure supplier information, as required by the stakeholders is maintained within the GFDB
• Provide fiber supply analysis to the business teams to facilitate Sustainability reporting against Corporate and GS objectives and targets as well as drive effective decision making

Main responsibilities
• Work with the responsible global fiber buyers and manufacturing site buyers, run and maintain the multiple FSC & PEFC Cross credit reports on a monthly basis plus the global fiber purchase report, MR purchase and article purchase reports.
• To support the company´s "Way of Working" (EWoW) implementation team when developing the new IT reporting solutions to ensure the correct information is included from the existing reports to the new reports
• Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers to assure the quality and relevance of data held,
• To support FSC, PEFC and EU Eco-label audit teams to determine compliance against Fiber policies and fiber traceability

On behalf of our client, we are continuously looking for a Senior Digital Buyer for future assignements to our client in the Automotive Industry.

The Indirect Procurement department (IDP) has a key part of the transformation and they provide best in class procurement services to stakeholders within the company, but also to other companies in their group. At IDP they have taken the lead in different sourcing activities, supplier- market- and spend analysis, contract management as well as governance towards their current and potential new suppliers.

Your key tasks
Our client are continuously looking to strengthen their team with an IT sourcing and contract specialist. Your primary focus will be their affiliates business where you will provide sourcing and procurement support to their business and their sister and daughter companies.
The main tasks include:
• Taking lead in review of and updating of IT and digital contracts affected when ownership structures change.
• Support, develop and implement contractual changes as a result of changes in affiliate ownership structure.
• Support cross-functional sourcing projects within the IT and Digital Services area including preparation, execution, analysis, negotiation, supplier selection and contract management.
• Create and maintain relations with suppliers, affiliates and internal stakeholders and ensure alignment
• Perform analysis, prioritization and identification of optimal negotiation tactics

Qualifications
• You have extensive knowledge and experience in the IT/Digital area, preferably in an international environment with a broad IT / Digital competence.
• You have commercial experience and have worked with supplier and/or customer management, including negotiations
• You have experience and interest in contractual topics and you are used to drive fact-based negotiations/discussions related to both Software and IT services.
• You have relevant experience from sourcing, sales or service/supplier management including contracts, analysis and negotiations in the IT/Digital area
• You plan and administer your work in a structured way and you pay attention to detail
• You have a strong business acumen as well as an ability to shift between short term focus and long-term ambitions.
• You have a university degree or equivalent experience.
• You are a true team player, and you give and asks for support.
• You collaborate efficiently in a complex environment with stakeholders, including balancing of interests as well as the capacity to manage deliveries.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Naturavdelningens uppdrag är att stärka den biologiska mångfalden och friluftslivet. Vi bildar naturreservat av representativa och värdefulla naturområden samt vårdar och förvaltar dessa områden. Vi verkar för en god hushållning med naturresurser samt prövar olika verksamheters och arbetsföretags tillåtlighet och bedriver tillsyn. Den viktigaste lagstiftningen är miljöbalken.

Viltenheten har det regionala ansvaret för jakt och viltförvaltning. Vi arbetar för friska och väl sammansatta viltstammar i balans med fodertillgång och berörda intressen. Vi ger information och rådgivning för att motverka viltskador i länet. Viltenheten inventerar och förvaltar de stora rovdjuren, prövar och handlägger ärenden om bland annat vilthägn, artskydd och CITES-konventionen, registrering av kronhjort- och älgskötselområden, registrering av och tilldelning till licensområden för älgjakt, prövar ansökningar om skyddsjakt och fattar beslut angående bidrag och ersättningar för viltskador.

Arbetet ska ske i god dialog med Naturvårdsverket, andra myndigheter och organisationer, älgförvaltningsgrupper samt andra berörda intressenter.

I rollen som vilthandläggare kommer du att huvudsakligen arbeta med följande uppgifter:
• Registrering av älgjaktområden och kronhjortskötselområden samt uppdatering av tillhörande GIS-skikt
• Licenstilldelning inför älgjakten
• Handlägga ärenden som berör skyddsjakter
• Sammanställning och uppföljning av jaktresultat
• Rådgivning
• Myndighetssamverkan

Tjänsten innebär mycket kontakter både inom Länsstyrelsens olika avdelningar och enheter samt externt med andra myndigheter, representanter för länets olika jaktområden och övrig allmänhet.

Placeringsort: Vänersborg.
Resor ingår i tjänsten. Vi försöker att i så stor utsträckning som möjligt använda oss av buss och tåg när vi reser.


KVALIFIKATIONER
• Högskoleutbildning inom viltekologi/skog/biologi eller annan utbildning och erfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig
• God kunskap inom viltförvaltning
• Tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med viltfrågor
• Erfarenhet av att arbeta med administration och/eller handläggning
• Van datoranvändare med goda kunskaper i Microsoft Word och Excel
• God kunskap inom GIS
• B-körkort

About the assignment:
Our client is now looking for a buyer to join their Purchasing team. You will be working with a small team supporting the whole company with all related purchasing activities. This role will involve a lot of teamwork, hence it´s important that you are a team player with good cooperation abilities.
