About the Role
As a Project Manager in our R&D team, you will take ownership of development projects covering the entire embedded product lifecycle, from early concept and definition to release, market launch, and industrialization. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams across hardware, firmware/software, and mechanics, as well as operations, quality, supply chain, and regulatory.
In this role, you will drive the integrated project plan, ensure alignment across functions, and secure delivery of compliant, manufacturable, and high?quality products ready for scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a cross-functional team through concept & definition to launch and industrialization.
Own and manage the integrated project plan, budget, timeline, scope, and quality.
Facilitate effective collaboration across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and regulatory.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
Report on project status and progress to senior management.

This role can be based in either Gothenburg or Björbo and reports to the CTO.

About the Role
As a Certification Engineer at Allgon, you are responsible for ensuring that our products obtain and maintain all required certifications and approvals before being released to the market. You will work hands-on with international certification requirements, coordinate product testing, and manage approval processes across multiple regions.
In this position, you will independently manage smaller certification initiatives—such as updates to existing product approvals—while also contributing to larger development projects. You will work closely with R&D, product management, manufacturing, external test laboratories, and global subsidiaries to ensure compliant, high-quality products throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and apply international certification and regulatory requirements
Advise internal stakeholders on product certification and approval matters
Plan, manage, and execute product certification activities and timelines
Coordinate testing with external laboratories and certification bodies
Manage updates, renewals, and maintenance of existing product certifications
Review test reports, technical documentation, and product labeling to ensure certification compliance
Monitor regulatory and certification changes and assess impact on products

What We’re Looking For

Both roles are keys in driving forward our D365 platform, ensuring it supports business processes efficiently and evolves in line with new demands. With ongoing implementations, Allgon is in the beginning of creating ways of working for product teams and you will be in the front line of setting structure and governance together with product- and process owners. You’ll work closely with product teams, business stakeholders, and IT colleagues to translate requirements into effective, secure, and scalable solutions.
As Stream Lead, you will be responsible for leading the progress in your respective functional area, ensuring coordination across teams and aligning with agile methods and company priorities. You will play an important role in supporting the product- and process owners in the work with harmonizing processes and ways of working within Allgon.

Translate business requirements into solution designs
Configure and customize the D365 platform (SCM or Sales, depending on focus)

Lead and follow up on the progress within your stream

University degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience in software engineering.
5+ years of experience in embedded software development, including requirement management, architectural design, testing, and automation. Preferably used to C-programming.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and structured processes.
Experience of wirelesses technologies and protocols.
Basic knowledge of electronics with the ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical details.
Fluent in English (written and verbal) and preferably also Swedish.

About the Role
As a Business Software Developer, you will play a key part in developing, maintaining, and optimizing business-critical IT systems that support our operations and strategic growth. You will work across the full technology stack, from building scalable backend systems and integrations to improving our cloud infrastructure and ensuring seamless system performance.
As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you’ll contribute to developing robust, secure, and efficient software solutions that enable smarter and more effective business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing business related IT systems.
Building and maintaining scalable applications, infrastructure, and code.
Develop robust integrations with third-party vendors.
Design and build REST APIs.
Iterate and improve on our cloud infrastructure.
Developing Infrastructure as Code templates.
Troubleshoot issues and perform bug fixing on systems developed or operated by the IT department.

What We’re Looking For

Key qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#
Strong understanding of core computer science principles
Experience with backend development, including microservices, serverless solutions, and deployment
Familiarity with CI/CD and the full software development lifecycle
Solid knowledge of cloud architecture, design, and security
Meritorious with experience with ERP systems, system integrations, Business Intelligence, and/or secure coding
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish

Om rollen
I rollen som Global Teknisk Support blir du en nyckelspelare i vår supportfunktion. Ditt uppdrag är att bistå dotterbolag och kunder med lösningar för både hård- och mjukvara, alltid med fokus på högsta service och teknisk expertis.
Du kommer att:
Hantera inkommande ärenden via vårt supportsystem och säkerställa professionell hantering av kundförväntningar.
Ge support via telefon och webb, samt identifiera och föreslå skräddarsydda lösningar baserat på kundens behov.
Agera teknisk expert på Allgons produkter och programvara, och stötta våra dotterbolag med problemlösning.
Dokumentera kundinteraktioner noggrant och bidra till att utveckla vår interna kunskapsdatabas.
Hålla dig uppdaterad om nya produktversioner och trender i branschen.
Vid behov resa till våra dotterbolag för att genomföra specifika uppdrag eller projekt.
