We are looking for a newly graduates who want to work with SW development in the field of ADAS/AD.
You are purpose-driven and a curious team-player that wants to learn and later on strengthen our development organization for ongoing and upcoming global ADAS SW platforms. You will be joining one of our feature teams focusing on collision avoidance.
As a Feature Developer you will be working in cross-functional teams and will be able to take on any task that appear in the backlog, whether it ?s SW requirements, development/implementation, integration, analyses or test. The main part of the development is done in C++ or Matlab, also using GIT/Gerrit. You will be working in close collaboration with your scrum team, the Product owner and with other teams.

What you'll do?
You will work across the entire Perception organization and take ownership of our tool development process, methods, and strategy. In your role, you will coordinate with individual tool owners to ensure that proactively planned tool qualification activities are executed in a timely manner, and that qualification reports are created to support our product programs’ needs and schedules. The Perception Tools Owner also ensures that Perception’s tool usage is compliant with relevant internal and external standards within the automotive industry.
In addition, you will:
- Account for the inventory, usage alignment, and qualification of all development and admin tools within the Perception development flow
- Participate in internal and external audits that include tool management or tool qualification-related items and ensure that proper pre- and post-audit actions are taken
- Own and maintain the Perception Tools Strategy and ensure that it is known and adhered to by everyone within Perception
- Ensure that all supported Perception tools have clear and known interfaces for support
- Coordinate with other parts of Qualcomm’s automotive division to make sure we are aligned on standards, processes, and tool qualification ways of working

What you'll bring:

- In-depth knowledge in and interest in tools development and qualification activities, as well as software development in general
- A high degree of experience working in large-scale agile environments

What you'll do?

We are looking for a Systems Engineer with preferably with an automotive background within EE, active safety or autonomous driving. We think you have a solid grip of embedded systems development. As a Systems Engineer you work in our platform projects ensuring that all aspects of the V-model is implemented. We are looking for a Senior Software Architect with significant automotive background preferably with active safety. We are looking for an Engineering Quality Lead (EQL) to coach and support the development organization from a quality perspective. Arriver is a new company and we are on a transformation journey. Arriver™ is a new software unit and brand, fully focused on developing perception, fusion and drive policy software for the next generation cars. It will deliver an open, scalable and flexible architecture solution running on Qualcomm® Snapdragon Ride™ System on a Chip (SoC) platform. Arriver™ has 800 people in five countries - China, Germany, Romania, Sweden, USA - and builds on more than a decade of experience in active safety software development. The company is wholly owned by Veoneer.

In Sweden we are situated in Linkoping, Stockholm and Gothenburg with around 400 colleagues.



What you'll do:

We are looking for a Senior Feature Developer specialized in the area of Feature and SW development working in the Active Safety domain with Collision Avoidance features like Autonomous Emergency Braking or Lane Keep Assist. We are looking for a SW expert with deep ADAS and automotive expertise who is purpose-driven, curious team-player and that will strengthen our development organization for ongoing and upcoming global ADAS SW platforms.

As a Feature Developer you will be working in cross-functional teams and will be able to take on any task that appear in the backlog, whether it´s SW requirements, development/implementation, integration, analyses or test. The main part of the development is done in Matlab and C++, also using GIT/Gerrit. You will be working in close collaboration with your scrum team, the Product owner and also with other teams.

Your daily work in the platform development team will consist of e.g:

- Development, updates and maintenance of Feature SW
- Update SW interfaces, architecture and making code reviews
- SW unit test and SW integration
- Working with performance KPI´s and performing Data Analyses
- Defining SW requirements and maintaining traceability
- Technical risk analyses like FTA and FMEA
- Ensuring release documentation is up to date and accurate
- Participate in Global Community of Practice to share best practice and define way of working
- Participate in vehicle testing of the Feature




What you'll bring:

To succeed in this position, we think you have:

- a Master of Science in Computer or Electrical Engineer or equivalent area
- a minimum of 5 year´s experience of automotive SW development of ADAS features such as AEB, LKA, etc.
- experience with GIT/Gerrit and requirement management tools like Systemweaver, codeBeamer or similar
- Experience of requirement based development of safety critical SW (Automotive SPICE and ISO26262)
- Co-ordination & Communication skills with special focus on Communication with remote global teams.
- Driving License and a fundamental interest in Vehicles and Traffic
