Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for helping to build and strengthen our presence in all digital channels.
In collaboration with our global marketing team, develop digital strategies and customer journeys to reach the right target groups.
Drive our presence on our Nordic social media platforms, both organic and paid content.
Work together with others in the marketing team to implement content strategy adapted to the right target group and channel that helps us reach our goals.
Measure and analyze traffic, campaigns, and important metrics along with constantly work on improvements to achieve better results.
Develop influencer marketing relationships and programs to support product and brand goals.
Leverage our partnerships with organizations and federations to source content and elevate marketing support.
Create social content at key hockey events.
Collaborate with our DTC team in the Nordics with merchandising and promotion plans.
In collaboration with our global marketing team, develop and optimize SEO.
In collaboration with our global marketing team, optimize campaigns in Google ads.
Conduct e-mail marketing for our Nordic DTC.
Collaborate with our international distributors around development of their digital presence, driving success for key campaigns.

Your profile
We believe that you are a curious person who has a genuine interest and good understanding of digital channels, tools, and trends. Qualifications
Post-secondary education that is suitable for the role
Experience of working with SEO, SEM and Paid Social and thus documented experience from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook (Meta) Business Manager and preferably also LinkedIn Campaign Manager,
Experience from working in a CMS tool
Knowledge in CRM and e-mail marketing
Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

As Sales & Demand Planning Analyst your role includes the following responsibilities:
Key stakeholder to collect, consolidate and assess various customer and market demand signals (POS Sell In/Sell Through, Retailer Inventory, Ordering History).
Support organization based on understanding of dynamic sales trends. Close cooperation with Sales department and customers to leverage POS/Sell-through analytics in best possible manner.
Utilize demand signals to create a channel demand forecast at the Material/UPC & Monthly level. Coordinate with cross function stakeholders (Supply Planning, Transportation/Logistics, Brand, Sales, Sourcing), to gain understanding and alignment on the Demand Forecast.
Contribute to ensure delivery of Supply KPOs (Service, Inventory, Cost and Culture).
Close co-operation with and back-up to the Demand Planning Manager and the Sales Operations Manager.
Perform additional Job related tasks and duties as required by the business.

You will report directly to the Director of Finance for the region and be located at our European administrative HQ in Gothenburg.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration with 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of and exposure to Demand Planning & Sales Operations preferred.
Experience with ERP and Planning Systems (SAP, Logility, etc).
Experience in gathering & Analyzing retailer POS/Sell through to tease out trends and business insights, which can be used to improve forecasting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate complex and controversial topics to a diverse audience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Strong analytic and critical thinking skills with the ability to seek creative solutions.
Proficient in MS Office.
