Your role involves overseeing a specific process area within our client’s prototype line facility, such as: Electrode Slurry Mixing, Electrode Coating & Calendering, Cell Assembly.
You'll commission new equipment, collaborate with suppliers, conduct experiments to optimize processes, and ensure product quality. Skills & Requirements:
Enthusiastic Process Engineer committed to taking initiative and collaborating effectively to achieve exceptional outcomes. Demonstrates a proactive "can-do" attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
Holds an MSc. in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Possesses a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in industrial settings, specializing in equipment and process design and development. Demonstrates a successful history of leading and executing process DOEs, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and process enhancement projects.
Preference given to candidates with prior involvement in mixing, coating, calendaring, or cell assembly processes, particularly within the battery sector or similar industries.
Proficient in utilizing in-line equipment vision systems, sensors, and process controls to extract actionable insights from extensive datasets.
Skilled in crafting processes, standards, procedures, and documentation in an efficient manner.
Capable of pinpointing root causes and employing data-driven methodologies to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Looking for a Field Application Engineer at client's office in Gothenburg, to support with the "Real Time Applications" product portfolio. Facing a vast variety of customer requests, you answer questions regarding their products and support customers to use them effectively. Working together with an international team of engineers, you will conduct analyses and work together with the developers to develop and propose solutions for customers.
Your Tasks;
- Take care of customer requests and answer product-related questions
- Analyze reported issues, e.g. by recreating customer environments and reproducing them, debugging the software and developing fixes when necessary
- Support product demonstrations, execution of pilot projects and evaluations with our customers
- Work together with the Product Development team helping to understand customer requirements
- Teach customers and colleagues how to use and integrate our software
- Help to enhance and maintain our internal and external knowledge base
Who you are
- B.Sc or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Control Engineering/Theory or similar Solid experience in embedded SW engineering (AUTOSAR experience would be a distinct advantage).
- Awareness for automotive quality requirements (e.g., MISRA C, HIS) and process frameworks (e.g., ASPICE, ISO26262).
- Familiarity with embedded systems design and low-level hardware interactions, ideally with TriCore, ARM, PowerPC and Renesas architectures as well as embedded operating systems like OSEK/AUTOSAR OS
- Willingness to learn and work in an agile environment. Team player attitude within a diverse and multicultural environment
- Strong motivation, customer orientation and communication skills.

We are now looking for a leading expert who is ready to drive the evolution of mobile network and base station technology into the timeframe of 5.5G and 6G. So it is quite clear that higher capacity and new frequency bands, increased power efficiency and tougher latency requirements means that new solutions and technologies needs to be developed.
Responsibilities:
Develop a new BTS concept that will be the base for the family of next generation base stations (macro and densified networks). You will be Responsible for the research of next generation architecture and design of wireless Base Station, lead the BTS systemization work for all BTS related functions from the antenna unit to baseband. Further it will also include considering aspects of product practice and Life Cycle Costs.
The solution will need to be described and systemized on a conceptual level, documented in research reports and requirement specifications.
In this role you will work together with an experienced team of BTS system engineers based in Gothenburg.
The work will be done in close cooperation with Wireless research organization in Shanghai China. The role will require travelling both within Sweden but also to Wireless organization in Shanghai.
Qualifications & experience
Experience of working with systemization on BTS system level, radio component design and antenna units, product practice will be better
Extensive knowledge about 5G networks, use cases and BTS architectures
Extensive knowledge in Massive MIMO technology incl. antenna and spectrum
Knowledge about new frequency bands (i.e. 6-10GHZ and 27-29GHz), use cases and physical limitations
Knowledge about x-haul technology CPRI and eCPRI
Experience of working with “What is beyond Moores’ law”
Experience of leading and guiding teams
Experience of reporting to executives
Recommended 10+ years of experience in the industry
High drive, energetic and attracted by the challenge of taking the BTS concept top the next level
High developed skills in finding new innovative solutions, strategic visions and ability of leading and driving activities.
