Your Future Work at DREV
Performing daily tasks involves the development and design of comprehensive solutions that address diverse technical requirements across multiple disciplines, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and chemical aspects. The primary focus is on ensuring manufacturability, ease of assembly, and maintainability. This necessitates the effective balancing and integration of the varied needs of stakeholders, with a willingness to propose well-considered compromises when necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. A key aspect of the daily routine is the constant exploration of innovative problem-solving approaches, aiming to identify and implement improvements throughout the entire development process—from conceptualization and prototyping to validation. This dynamic approach ensures a continuous evolution of methodologies and strategies, contributing to the long-term advancement of the projects and objectives at hand.
Specifically, the role entails engaging in hardware development and integration within contamination control systems for the battery supply chain. This involves the meticulous selection and validation of components and materials to guarantee the system's robustness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior engineers to conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical components and systems.
Utilize CAD software to create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings.
Conduct feasibility studies and testing to ensure designs meet performance and safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring concepts from ideation to production.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions into design projects.



Qualifications
Engineering education in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience from mechanical design/construction or similar.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Strong understanding of mechanical principles and materials.
Basic knowledge of technical drawings and requirements
Some practical workshop experience is considered an advantage.



Personal Qualities
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Self-sufficient, curious and willing to take initiative.
Willing to ask for help when you do not understand or need help.
Structured and systematic.
Eager to continue learning and developing.
Open to change, as this is a fast-paced environment where priorities and responsibilities sometimes change quickly.
