Position Overview:
As a Sales account manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, driving sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve working with international clients, particularly in English- and Scandinavian markets, to provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify business opportunities and drive sales growth within assigned markets.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and solutions.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and service solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Results-driven with a passion for achieving goals.
Excellent cross-cultural business communication (verbal and written) skills and interaction skills suitable for a global corporate environment. Having a good knowledge of stock
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Having a good knowledge of stock exchange markets and fluency in any other European languages are merited.

About the role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to contribute to our dynamic international organization. We are looking for a financial assistant to assist in managing financial operations across multiple countries, engage with finance teams and stakeholders from different regions, foster effective communication and collaboration, contribute to the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software.
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and tracking of budgets.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for cost control and optimization.

Requirements

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, written and speech.

Job Summary:
As a Part-Time Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting the company's budgeting and forecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and reconcile bank statements
Assist in payroll processing
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
Work with external auditors when necessary
Assist with general administrative accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
Proficiency in accounting software preferably Visma Online and QuickBooks.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Swedish
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Very good knowledge of Swedish VAT law, tax law, including cross-border service exchanges
