Description
What You’ll Do:
Based in Gothenburg, you will collaborate with a colleague to manage the accounting and reporting for one of our sales companies. Your responsibilities will include preparing and performing various accounting services, reporting financial figures, and contributing to a wide range of projects.

Qualifications:
• Extensive experience working with large international manufacturing companies
• Proficiency in SAP and Hyperion FM
• Strong understanding of finance processes and systems, with the ability to implement and drive them efficiently and effectively
• Interest in data analysis, automation, and digitalization, which is advantageous for this position
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field

You will also play an active role in improving and standardizing current processes. Your role will involve working with our Global Accounting Centre in Madrid, local country-specific contacts, stakeholders at headquarters, auditors, and tax advisors. Your role

Experience from Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket), audit company and/or finance department in an international corporation is preferred.
You have experience in SAP and proficient in Office 365. You need to be proficient in Swedish and English both verbal and written.

Job description

• Ongoing accounting processes for the Axel Arigato Group companies.
• Manual booking for incoming customer payments and vendor payments.
• Managing incoming invoicing handling and vendor communications.
• Reconciliation of Customer and Vendor ledgers, with particular attention to reconciliation of payment provider ledgers.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in time and follows legal requirements.
• Involved in implementing new processes for better internal control and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience.
• Positive about monthly closing processes and routines.
• Enjoy problem solving with a structured and methodical approach to their work.

Kvalifikationer och erfarenhet:
 
Vi söker dig som har arbetat minst 5 år som redovisningsekonom alternativt som ekonomichef, gärna på mindre eller medelstort företag. Du har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi, troligtvis akademisk. Du gör månadsbokslut självständigt och du har goda erfarenheter av arbete i ekonomi-/affärssystem. Har du även erfarenhet av lönehantering är detta meriterande. Excel och Officepaketet hanterar du mycket väl.

Requirements:

Very good knowledge of ERP platforms, preferably Oracle.
Excellent skills in MS Office applications and especially Excel.
