We are looking for a Technical Project Manager within Integration for a global company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 12-month limited contract to begin with.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

The work
You guide the organization in how to develop our products in a stepwise approach to reach new capabilities in the SW stack in a CI/CD approach. You do this by close collaboration with all developing areas in Engineering (R&D). Together we create the integration plan, a transparent way to follow the functional growth in the electrical system and SW baselines. We also work with anatomy plans and test analyses to focus on critical dependencies to ensure we are all targeting the same capability growth throughout the organization. We make technical evaluations on how the plan impacts the complete electrical system and drive the integration planning towards project needs.

The focus in the team is how we can create the best integration test value coverage throughout R&D. You will also drive these questions throughout R&D to collaborate with internal stakeholders on creating a shared definition of ready to integrate and ready to release.

Who are you and what do you do?
You have a strategic mindset and have experience working with both complex products as well as organizations. You have experience on working with SW integration in a complex embedded system that includes working with test and integration strategies. You have knowledge working in SIL/HIL/VIL/test environments connected to product development on a complete level.
Working with integration plan and functional growth, you have knowledge in how to grow functionality and in automotive technology both in functions and/or concepts.

The License Compliance Manager is fundamental to our commitment to maintaining a robust and efficient IT environment. This role ensures effective software asset management and compliance with licensing agreements. The License Compliance Manager will manage software assets, optimize usage, and mitigate risks associated with software licensing. Key Responsibilities
· Software Asset Management: Oversee the lifecycle of software assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and retirement, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements. Specifically focusses on large and complex agreements where multiple service owners are involved.
· License Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with software licensing agreements, conducting regular audits and reviews to identify and address any discrepancies.
· Optimization: Analyze software usage and licensing data to identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization, ensuring efficient utilization of software resources.
· Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with software licensing, including legal and financial risks.
· Vendor Management: Collaborate with software vendors to achieve the optimal license compliance situation for us, manage renewals, and resolve any compliance issues.
· Compliance audits: conduct proactive and reactive compliance audits and reviews to ensure adherence to licensing agreements and address discrepancies to mitigate risks.
· Reporting: Prepare and present reports on software asset management and license compliance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to software asset management and license compliance, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
· Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and awareness programs for employees to ensure understanding and adherence to software licensing policies.
· Collaboration: Work closely with IT infrastructure and application service managers, Cyber Security, and other (cross-functional) teams to ensure integrated and effective software asset management practices.

Key Qualifications: 
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in software asset management or license compliance preferred.
· Experience: 10+ years of experience in software asset management, license compliance, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing software assets and ensuring compliance.
· Knowledge: Strong understanding of software licensing agreements, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
· Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex licensing agreements and data.
· Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and negotiate with vendors and stakeholders.
· Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing software assets and compliance records.
· Proactive: Ability to proactively identify and address compliance issues, ensuring continuous improvement in software asset management practices.

About the Role:
The company is looking for a Senior Service Contracts Manager / Service Owner with 5–10 years of relevant experience to lead and further develop the global Service Contracts portfolio across five Business Unit Clusters (BUCs): APAC, MEAC, Europe, West and LATAM. This senior role has a global scope and plays a key part in strengthening the company’s service contract offering, profitability, and market penetration. You will work in close collaboration with Service Offer Managers, Service Market Managers in each cluster, and global functions within Maintainability, Reliability, Quality, and Global Bus Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
As Senior Service Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing, promoting, and driving the rollout of Service Contract packages across the company’s global markets, with particular focus on TSA markets where service contracts are sold directly to end customers.


Supporting Service Market Heads in driving service contract growth, including pricing models and calculation guidance for private importers when required.


Developing and delivering training on best practices for service contracts, clearly communicating commercial benefits and value creation, with the objective of increasing service contract penetration across all clusters.


Leading the development, maintenance, and governance of Technical Price models in close collaboration with SMT, Maintainability, Quality/Reliability, and Service Market functions.


Ownership and continuous improvement of Technical Price Calculators (TPC) per market and vehicle type.


Converting TPC outputs into repair matrices and ensuring correct and timely distribution to relevant markets.


Managing and continuously updating the global service contract coverage list.


Reviewing, analyzing, reporting, and following up on the global Service Contracts portfolio, including risk assessment, budget variance, and projected financial outcomes.


Acting as Super User and first-line support within the company for the CQ system and the Technical Price Analyzer (TPA) tool.


Collecting, analyzing, and translating market and competitor insights into input for service product development and marketing activities.


Serving as the company’s main representative for UCHP service contract rollout, in close collaboration with the company’s truck division.


Required Skills, Experience & Competencies:

5–10 years of senior, relevant experience within service management, service contracts, aftersales, or commercial operations, preferably within commercial vehicles, automotive, or industrial sectors.


Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle service market and retail business models.


Proven experience in reliability engineering, including calculation and interpretation of failure rates and cost drivers.


Advanced analytical skills with the ability to structure complex data and translate insights into business decisions.


A structured, process-oriented way of working with strong attention to detail and governance.


Strong commercial awareness and solid business understanding.


A results-oriented mindset with clear focus on goals, profitability, and measurable outcomes.


Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in an international, cross-functional environment.
