Stadsmiljöförvaltningen har ett helhetsansvar för stadens offentliga rum och samlade framkomlighet.

Arbetsuppgifter
Vi söker nu en Fordonsansvarig till avdelningen Drift och Underhåll – en nyckelroll där du får möjlighet att påverka och utveckla vårt arbete framåt. I denna spännande tjänst blir du en central del av teamet och ansvarar för att vårt fordonsbestånd, bestående av cirka 200 arbetsfordon och motsvarande maskiner, håller hög kvalitet och är i optimalt skick. I din roll kommer du bland annat att:

Arbeta skadeförebyggande, bland annat genom att koordinera skadeanmälningar och driva proaktiva åtgärder tillsammans med Göteborgs stads leasing(GSL) , exempelvis utbildningar och informationsträffar.


Ge stöd och rådgivning kring verksamhetsfordon och maskiner, inklusive frågor om skador, reparationer och utrustning.


Samordna och vid behov upprätta interna fordonspooler för att optimera användningen av fordon och maskiner.


Ansvara för parkering och laddinfrastruktur för verksamhetsfordon.


Planera och genomföra flytt av bilar och maskiner mellan enheter.


Ha ett helhetsperspektiv på fordonsflottan och optimera den utifrån miljö, ekonomi och teknik.


Utarbeta och följa upp statistik för fordon och drivmedel samt ta fram underlag och förbättringsförslag baserat på exempelvis kostnadsanalys, användningstimmar och driftsanalys.


Säkerställa att rätt fordon och maskiner beställs enligt gällande riktlinjer, inklusive hantering av avtal, miltal och avtalslängder.


Ansvara för inköp av tunga verksamhetsfordon och maskiner.


Fungera som kontaktperson gentemot GSL.


Övervaka och säkerställa korrekt hantering av försäkringsärenden.



Som kollega hos oss blir du en del av en enhet bestående av avdelningsadministratörer, planeringsledare och fastighetsstödsfunktioner. Tillsammans stöttar vi avdelningen Drift och Underhåll i en bredd av frågor. Avdelningen är den största på förvaltningen med cirka 400 medarbetare.

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker en Fordonsansvarig med ett genuint intresse för fordon och underhåll. För att kunna tillträda rollen krävs eftergymnasial utbildning inom fordonsteknik, maskinteknik, transport eller motsvarande, samt god förståelse för olika fordonstyper, underhållsprocesser, reparationer, drivmedel och laddinfrastruktur.

Du har erfarenhet av ekonomi, upphandling eller avtalsadministration och kan genomföra kostnadsanalyser samt hantera leasing- och avtalsfrågor på ett strukturerat sätt. Vidare har du erfarenhet av att koordinera fordonsflottor, hantera fordons- och bokningspooler samt arbeta med statistik och dokumentation. Du har god datorvana, och det är meriterande om du har arbetat med fordonsadministrativa program.

En viktig del av rollen är att följa upp fordonsanvändning, miljöpåverkan och kostnadseffektivitet, samt att identifiera, analysera och föreslå förbättringsåtgärder för att optimera verksamheten. We are currently looking for a Wiring Harness Design Engineer.
Job description:
The design engineer will be designing harnesses, flexible PCBs and high current/high voltage busbars. The design work also includes plastic/steel fasteners, isolators/protection covers and other parts for the battery disconnect unit (BDU) for both low and high voltage applications. 8-12 years' work experience with Tyre design development for passenger vehicles
Experience NPD from concept phase development and industrialization phase development in automotive industry

Documentation for component and system (DFMEA, Design reviews, DPR & ESOW, DV PV, etc)
Project management – Milestone deliveries, Cost Management for components in ownership, PPAP as per milestones

Tyre design and development for Winter, aftermarket specific performance

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with system engineers and architects to translate requirements into software architecture using modeling and design tools
* Design and develop application functionality and algorithms by writing clean, efficient code in C and/or C++, or by modeling and implementing them in Simulink

Scope of Role
We are seeking a skilled Interior Rationalization and Quality Technical Lead to join our customer's automotive design and manufacturing team. This role focuses on optimizing interior component design, standardizing materials and processes, and ensuring superior quality standards across all vehicles interior systems. The ideal candidate will drive cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Interior Rationalization
· Develop and implement rationalization strategies for interior components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
· Analyse current interior designs to identify opportunities for part consolidation, standardization, and modularization.
· Collaborate with design teams to create platform-based interior solutions that reduce complexity while maintaining brand differentiation.
· Brainstorming and idea generation: Facilitating creative workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams and suppliers to generate alternative ideas and innovative solutions for achieving better value at lower costs.
· Conduct cost-benefit analysis for interior component rationalization initiatives and identify areas for improvement in product design, manufacturing processes, and overall project execution.
· Work with suppliers to standardize materials, fasteners, and manufacturing processes across multiple vehicle platforms.
· Lead cross-functional teams to implement rationalization projects from concept through production.
· Lead assessing the feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and potential impact of proposed solutions, developing detailed plans, and potentially creating prototypes or models.
· Coordinate with Suppliers, CAE, Testing Teams for detail verification and validation of requirements.
· Secure all deliverables and documentation as per NPD stages.
Quality Management
· Establish and maintain quality standards for all interior components including seating, dashboard, door panels, headliners, and trim pieces.
· Develop and execute comprehensive quality control plans for interior systems.
· Conduct quality audits and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
· Implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes for interior quality issues.
·Monitor key quality metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
· Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
· Documentation for component and system (DFMEA, Design reviews, DPR & ESOW, DV PV Plan etc).
· Project management – Milestone deliveries, Cost Management for components in ownership, PPAP.
Process Improvement
· Identify and eliminate waste in interior manufacturing processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Failure Analysis and Resolution Techniques.
· Optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
· Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for interior quality processes.
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) and services principles.
· Analyzing product and process costs, including materials, labour, and overhead, to identify cost drivers and prepare business case.
Supplier Management
· Generate and share Quote One Pager (QoP) with suppliers and follow up.
· Provide technical support and training to suppliers on quality requirements.
· Work closely with interior component suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
· Conduct supplier audits and capability assessments.
· Develop supplier quality agreements and performance metrics.
· Manage supplier corrective actions and improvement programs.
Knowledge/Experience
Technical Skills
· Bachelor Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
· 8-10 years' work experience with vehicle interior System and components
· Knowledge of automotive interior materials (plastics, fabrics, leather, composites).
· Knowledge of product development stages, Technical Logical Delivery Plan.
· Software Proficiency - CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar), Teamcenter PLM and KDP, PCT, PECCA, TC PLM Visview, VIRA.
· Understanding of manufacturing processes for interior components (injection moulding, thermoforming, sewing, etc.)
· Experience with quality tools and methodologies (SPC, PPAP, FMEA, 8D problem solving).
· Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
· Knowledge of automotive testing standards and procedures.
· BOM Management EBOM and Material BOM with Team Center/KDP experience.
· Competence in technical specifications e.g. 2D/3D drawings, GD&T, and attribute sign off. Documentation.

Vi söker just nu en Motorprovare/Provcellsingenjör till vårt team i Göteborg. I denna roll kommer du i första hand arbeta med roterande komponentsprovning så som förbränningsmotorer, elmotorer och transmission. Vårt team om 10 personer ansvarar tillsammans för installation och uppkoppling av provobjekt, att utföra provning enligt specifikation samt att sammanställa och kvalitetssäkra provresultatet. Du kommer även att arbeta med systematisk felsökning, förbättringsarbeten och kundkontakt.


För att trivas i rollen som Motorprovare/Provcellsingenjör behöver du vara en lagspelare som också har förmågan att ta egna initiativ och arbeta självständigt för att driva arbetet framåt. Det är även av stor vikt att du gillar en blandning av praktiska och teoretiska arbetsuppgifter.
