Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Safety Engineer to lead and deliver system-level safety activities for automotive embedded systems. The role involves ensuring compliance with ISO 26262 and OEM safety standards, particularly within exterior lighting systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, lead, and execute Functional Safety activities across the development lifecycle.
· Conduct HARA, SACA, FSC, TSC, PRSP, PRST and develop safety concepts.
· Prepare and maintain OEM-aligned safety documentation using OEM templates.
· Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and related milestones.
· Manage milestone-based releases using Teamcenter.
· Support development and release phases across project teams.
· Coordinate with OEM stakeholders, software teams, and competence centers.
· Support exterior lighting development across different platforms.
· Participate in verification, confirmation reviews, and Functional Safety Assessments.
· Maintain and improve safety processes, maps, and working methodologies.
Required Skills & Expertise
· Strong expertise in ISO 26262 Functional Safety.
· Hands-on experience with HARA, FSC, TSC, SACA, PRSP, PRST.
· Experience in automotive embedded systems.

What You'll Do

Perform and lead subjective vehicle assessments (VSR), evaluating steering feedback, stability, and vibration isolation


Lead tuning and calibration activities for chassis systems, including dampers, bushings, suspension kinematics, and EPAS


Ensure system integration across tires, suspension, and braking systems to achieve stable and predictable vehicle dynamics


Drive validation and verification through simulation (MBS) and physical testing at proving grounds


Monitor attribute performance and report status to project management across key development milestones


Provide technical recommendations and decision support during program gates and trade-off discussions

Who You Are:

Minimum 8 years of experience within Ride & Handling, vehicle dynamics, or chassis development


Proven experience working with attribute ownership, target setting, or leading chassis development activities


Strong understanding of suspension systems, vehicle dynamics, and overall vehicle behavior


Solid experience from vehicle testing, subjective assessment, and calibration work


Experience working with simulation tools (e.g. MBS) and correlating simulation with physical testing


Ability to balance technical trade-offs between comfort, performance, and cost within a project context


Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to stakeholders


Experience working in cross-functional and international engineering environments


Structured and analytical mindset, combined with a hands-on approach to problem solving

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker en Fordonsansvarig med ett genuint intresse för fordon och underhåll. För att kunna tillträda rollen krävs eftergymnasial utbildning inom fordonsteknik, maskinteknik, transport eller motsvarande, samt god förståelse för olika fordonstyper, underhållsprocesser, reparationer, drivmedel och laddinfrastruktur.

Du har erfarenhet av ekonomi, upphandling eller avtalsadministration och kan genomföra kostnadsanalyser samt hantera leasing- och avtalsfrågor på ett strukturerat sätt. Vidare har du erfarenhet av att koordinera fordonsflottor, hantera fordons- och bokningspooler samt arbeta med statistik och dokumentation. Du har god datorvana, och det är meriterande om du har arbetat med fordonsadministrativa program.

En viktig del av rollen är att följa upp fordonsanvändning, miljöpåverkan och kostnadseffektivitet, samt att identifiera, analysera och föreslå förbättringsåtgärder för att optimera verksamheten. Du har god kommunikativ förmåga och vana att stötta verksamheten genom information, utbildning och dialog, samt erfarenhet av samarbete med både interna enheter och externa leverantörer.

Responsibilities:
* Configure and generate AUTOSAR BSW modules using Vector DaVinci or EB tresos, and support their integration into the software platform

We are currently looking for a Wiring Harness Design Engineer.
Job description:
The design engineer will be designing harnesses, flexible PCBs and high current/high voltage busbars. The design work also includes plastic/steel fasteners, isolators/protection covers and other parts for the battery disconnect unit (BDU) for both low and high voltage applications. The work will be carried out in an agile team and you will report to Scrum master and Product Owner.
Experience required:
-Minimum 3 years of experience designing electromechanical components such as harnesses, PCB, busbars, distributions boxes, metallic and plastic fasteners.
-Experience from working within automotive industry/product development systems.
-Experience from packaging work in tight and complex environments using CATIA V5 and/or Creo with harness module/flattening and Teamcenter.
