Krav på Kompetens & Erfarenhet
Upp till 8 års erfarenhet (även kandidater med mindre erfarenhet välkomnas om de har särskilt starka kvalifikationer).
God bakgrund inom elbilsladdning; erfarenhet av EVSE-testning är meriterande.
Mycket goda kunskaper i Canalyzer, Wireshark och Python.
Förståelse för laddningsstandarder: ISO15118, IEC61851, OCPP.
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av projektledning och god kommunikationsförmåga.
Proaktiv, flexibel och samarbetsinriktad.

Övriga Krav
Flytande svenska och engelska.
B-körkort och möjlighet att resa mellan olika arbetsplatser.
C-körkort för tunga fordon är meriterande.

We are now looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to work across web and mobile interfaces for our client within automotive industry in Gothenburg.
Work description
· Design, update, and maintain reusable components and design patterns
· Enhance design system foundations (typography, colors, spacing, corner radius, etc.)
· Document best practices and guidelines
· Support teams and projects with usage guidance
· Contribute insights, ideas, and peer reviews within the team
· Assist in creating presentations, newsletters, and events related to design system delivery
· Actively participate in scrum ceremonies and foster strong stakeholder relationships
Experience and skills needed:
· Extensive experience in UX/UI design for omnichannel products or services
· Proven experience with design systems (building or using extensively)
· Skilled in Figma, Adobe, Sketch or similar tools, with knowledge of tokens and variables
· Strong systems thinking and ability to tackle complex design challenges
· Holistic mindset to ensure cross-platform consistency
· Excellent visual design skills with a refined eye for detail
· Knowledge of motion design and accessibility principles
· Interest in AI and its applications in design
· Strong communicator and facilitator with stakeholder management experience
· Team-oriented, open-minded, and positive attitude
· Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills
· Patient, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment
