Om uppdraget
Du kommer in i en verksamhet inom fastighetsförvaltning med ansvar för kommersiella lokaler och ett nära samspel mellan förvaltare, tekniska förvaltare och hyresgäster. I rollen som förvaltningsadministratör får du en varierad vardag där du avlastar organisationen med kvalificerade administrativa uppgifter och bidrar till en effektiv och välfungerande förvaltning.
Rollen är bred och kombinerar stöd till både förvaltare och tekniska förvaltare. Det innebär att du arbetar med allt från uthyrnings- och avtalsrelaterade frågor till hantering av felanmälningar och samordning med entreprenörer. Du blir en viktig kontaktpunkt i det dagliga arbetet och arbetar i verksamhetssystem som PM, Proceedo och Summera.
