Tjänstebeskrivning:
Som Compliance Officer på Malsom AB kommer du att vara en nyckelperson i vårt arbete med att säkerställa att vi följer alla gällande regler och förordningar inom betalningstjänster. Du kommer att tillsammans med teamet upprätthålla och utveckla våra compliance-strukturer och rutiner, och särskilt fokusera på att motverka penningtvätt och finansiell brottslighet. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med både interna och externa parter för att säkerställa regelefterlevnad och att Malsom AB fortsätter att vara en pålitlig och säker leverantör av betallösningar.
Vi söker dig som:
Har flera års erfarenhet av en av området, gärna inom betalningstjänster, bank eller finanssektorn.
Har kunskap om regelverk kring penningtvätt (AML), KYC (Know Your Customer) och andra relevanta lagar för finansiella tjänster.
Har erfarenhet av att utveckla och implementera compliance-strukturer och interna processer.
Är noggrann, analytisk och har förmågan att ta beslut i komplexa frågor.
Har god kommunikationsförmåga både i tal och skrift.



Meriterande:
Erfarenhet från bank, fintech m fl
Relevant certifiering inom compliance eller penningtvätt.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta med internationella regelverk och tvärfunktionellt samarbete.

About the role:



As Lead Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the valuation analysis of debt portfolios being assessed for acquisition, including the construction of target gross collection and cost curve forecasts, and proposing associated pricing recommendations to Investment Committees.



This role will also be responsible for approving pricing work under the Pricing Risk Management Policy up to €5m CapEx, leading the work of junior analysts and deputizing for Nordic Pricing Manager at Investment Committees.



Further responsibilities include engagement with Co-Investors, preparing high quality materials and providing analytic insight to get investors comfortable with the investment and structure at hand. Vis-à-vis for securitization deals.





Accountabilities & Responsibilities:



You will be directly responsible for the valuation analysis and investment case assessment of new prospective debt purchase transactions assigned to you, and which will typically entail the larger, riskier and/or more complex transactions being evaluated within the region at any moment in time.





You will also:

* Partner with key stakeholders across the business (including Client Teams, Portfolio Forensics, Operations and Compliance) to understand client context and portfolio performance in order to complete robust transaction evaluations as part of a wider deal team that is responsible for the shared goal of managing new Debt Purchase opportunities.
* Generate high quality presentations, covering the pricing evaluation of new debt purchase opportunities, to be delivered at Investment Committee (including Nordic and Group Executive members) as well as external investors.
* Provide analytic thought leadership in partnership with the wider team to ensure continuous improvement of processes and success on project goals that help realize the team's overall strategy.





Who are you:



To be successful as Lead Pricing Analyst we believe you need a practioner background likely to include 3-5 years of direct experience with asset valuation, debt collection, cash flow forecasting and portfolio analysis. You possess a leading capability to assess varied investment opportunities to form considered appraisals and make associated decisions relating to significant capital expenditure.



You have a Masters or Undergraduate degree in economics, business, or a quantitative field (or equivalent experience). It is also essential as Lead Pricing Analyst to have a day-to-day experience with or equivalent programming language (, Python, R etc.).



Other qualifications are:

* Excellent skill set concerning asset valuation, including the analysis, forecasting and valuation of cash flows using relevant financial techniques (including NPV).
* Experience of working in a dynamic commercial environment, facing numerous simultaneous deliverables at any one time, often characterized by short timescales, and shifting priorities.
* Ability to analyses and understand portfolio characteristics and operational activities in the context of assessing portfolio performance.

Om tjänsten
Som Analytiker kommer du att analysera och utvärdera portföljer för att säkerställa långsiktig hållbarhet och avkastning för pensionsspararna. Investeringsverksamheten innefattar både fondinvesteringar och co-investeringar. Du jobbar oftast i team med senior kollega där dina främsta uppgifter blir att utvärdera nya investeringsmöjligheter, ta fram beslutsunderlag och genomföra löpande portföljanalyser för flera projekt samtidigt. Skilled in Excel, Power point and other office tools

The main task for a Product Finance Engineer is to visualize the product cost for a system and/or technology area. Required knowledge/experience:
Master of Science or equivalent.
Experience from the automotive industry.

VEM ÄR DU?

What do we offer?
The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team is a strategic resource within Volvo Car Group focusing on accelerating value creation. In addition to global responsibility to lead mergers and acquisitions, the team leads equity market projects, is responsible for capital structure, rating and equity-based incentive programs. We lead large scale strategic projects with a significant finance component. Our team also support with strategic and operational aspects including carveouts, integrations and restructurings.

As Manager in the team you will contribute in large and complex M&A transactions from initiation to closing and you will lead smaller M&A transactions. Rating related activities as well as the work with Volvo Car Group’s capital structure, will also be a part of this role. You will work with deal structuring, financial modelling, valuation, and lead negotiations. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Drives the implementation of charging infrastructure solutions for Equipment-as-a-Service (EaaS) use cases
Coordinates cross-functional and external parties to successfully implement charging solutions for use cases with the local markets and regions with Business Areas and VFS
Acts as the charging infrastructure and solutions subject matter expert for the EaaS & Electromobility teams

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Bachelor or equivalent degree at a minimum, MBA or graduate degree preferred
5+ years charging infrastructure solutions experience
2+ years in transportation/equipment financing
Certification a plus in project management or corresponding agile methodologies – PMP, AgilePM, CSM, PSM, etc.

Fossil-free Material Purchasing was formed early 2022 and focus on developing partnership with Raw Material Manufacturers to drive fossil-free material for current products and prepare / secure capacity of Fossil-free materials for future AB Volvo projects.


Background of thesis project
A lot of different projects and working groups within AB Volvo teams (Trucks brands like Volvo and Renault, Volvo Buses, Volvo Penta and Volvo Construction Equipment) are putting their resources currently to develop Fossil-free materials to introduce in their products line. Develop an easier communication method and channel will find great synergies (QDCFTSR) with the Volvo Group.

Equipment as a Service (EaaS) is a Volvo Group offer that bundles all of the services and solutions provided by the Group and its partners, providing customers a contracted level of electric vehicle capacity, rather than requiring an outright purchase or lease or an electric vehicle.


In partnership with the Volvo Group brands, VFS is facilitating the development of a common platform that will serve as the foundation for the Volvo Group’s EaaS activities in the future. To accomplish this, VFS is applying a commercial CAST approach to further define and develop a single platform for EaaS across the Volvo Group. Using CAST, or Common Architecture, Shared Technology, thinking allows VFS to create a scalable, cost-effective solution, while giving Group brands the ability to fully customize offers for their customers.


The Equipment as a Service Infrastructure Analyst is part of VFS Global Headquarters and reports to the Strategic Projects EaaS Director. The location for this role will be in Gothenburg, Sweden.


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Drives the implementation of charging infrastructure solutions for Equipment-as-a-Service (EaaS) use cases
Coordinates cross-functional and external parties to successfully implement charging solutions for use cases with the local markets and regions with Business Areas and VFS
Acts as the charging infrastructure and solutions subject matter expert for the EaaS & Electromobility teams
Responsible for mapping, understanding and delivery charging infrastructure solutions that support business requirements of the use case, integrate with local operations and systems while driving input back to the EaaS platform and ecosystem for long-term development
