As e-Com Key Account Manager you will drive e-commerce growth by delivering customer commercial objectives in line with country strategy. Build strong account plans, optimise distribution and promotions, and ensure our brands win at every digital point of sale.
Your Tasks
Execute customer investment and sales plans aligned with long- and short-term business goals.

Fluent in Swedish & English
FMCG experience with exposure to eCommerce customers

Your Tasks

Your Tasks
As our Revenue Growth Manager, you will lead the commercial financial planning and development of commercial plans for your designated categories/brand across the Nordics. You will have a good understanding of the RGM levers that can drive sustainable profitable growth. You will challenge and use data/insights to steer and maximise revenue and profit growth. Assortment Management
Create Nordic CPPAs (Channel Price Pack Architecture) per category/brand, identify white spots and find distribution opportunities with both existing core articles and new innovations. Responsible for tracking distribution and flagging deviations. Work with the Nordic marketing and sales teams to ensure we have the right assortment to deliver our growth plans in each channel, both short and long term.
Promotion Strategy
Develop promotional strategies per category/brand and follow up / steer with the sales teams, ensuring alignment to agreed promotional strategy.
Work with Nordic and local Sales Controllers to monitor and evaluate promotional performance internally and externally to ensure our activity is effective within each category/brand and make recommendations to local sales teams on how to maximize promotional activity going forward.
Pricing Strategy, NSP Management & Evaluation
Work with a long-term pricing strategy per category/brand, including tracking RSP and be responsible for Nordic RRSP* on both current assortment and on innovations/ go to market projects (*RRSP is at the discretion of the retailer).
Monitor NSP and TTC development on a Nordic level and propose actions to improve by country/customer. Monitor against European floor price adherence. Make recommendations to sales leaders/KAMs in the countries on how to execute plans to improve GM, NSP and TTCs going forward.
Business Planning
Provide financial evaluation during the annual business planning process to support the development of 3 year plans to deliver revenue, NSP, Market shares and profit growth.
Analytics & Insights
You will be confident using a variety of data sources (e.g. B.One/Luna, Nielsen, IQVIA) to identify commercial and category opportunities through data-led recommendations.

Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful and actionable insights and recommendations
Good understanding of the links between commercial and financial decisions to ensure all decisions are well balanced within the bigger picture

The Nordic Marketing Manager reports to the Pharmacy Director for Nordics, is part of the Derma Nordic Management Steering Group and is leading a team of 5 dedicated colleagues. The role is based at our Nordic Headquarters in Gothenburg.
Your Tasks
Define the Marketing strategy for the markets. Accountable for all marketing activities in the Nordic region.
Steer the planning process, ensuring we have clear plans for communication investments and activities, launches/relaunches which aligns with the targets, supported by marketing team and in cooperation with the European Marketing function.
Steer Brand performance and market share development, with support from the team. Based on digital targets, decide on correct actions to drive the brand
Responsible for all communication material to consumers to ensure it meets the local requirements from a legislative, market and consumer perspective. Secure alignment with and support the communication to professionals.
lowercase: Responsible for effective PR and responsible for issue management on all platforms and channels including consumer contact management.
Accountable for setting and steering of the marketing budget

Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in business/ marketing. Master's degree preferred
Relevant job experience in Marketing Management and Communication, preferably FMCG
2-5 years' minimum experience of digital Marketing and Sales, with proven track record

Team leader with strong communication skills and working as part of the team

As a Demand & Supply Planner you will be a part of a Supply Chain team of 18 people. You will split the planning role with three other people and be responsible for some of the Beiersdorf brand groups. In order to make a good forecast you will be in close contact with many different departments such as Marketing, Sales and Finance in all the Nordic countries.
Your Tasks
To manage the planning of products, from forecasting to delivery to our warehouse, in order to meet customer demand. To calculate an accurate volume and value forecast based on sales history and market intelligence to be used for short/ medium term business planning, as well as for optimizing production planning to support service level and stock coverage targets. You will manage inventories and safety stock using alert-based planning in order to deliver a high level of product availability.
Key Responsibilities
To calculate and review an accurate forecast using appropriate forecasting methods and market intelligence/ historical information for each brand/ product.
S&OP; – Support the monthly S&OP;-meetings that will be held with country managers, finance and supply chain in order to challenge and agree upon a consensus forecast in S&OP; meetings.
To critically review personal forecasting performance via various KPI's on a brand & nart level.
Monitor alert-based planning to highlight and communicate potential supply problems in the short/ medium term. To work closely with suppliers to ensure stock is received in line with requirements to maximize availability & service.
To calculate optimal safety stocks using a mixture of statistical/ manual approaches in order to maximize product availability and minimize stock holding.
To plan launches/ re-launches ensuring service is maximized while leftovers are kept to a minimum.
Supply Chain owner for brand to collaborate internally to ensure products are sourced and supplied in most effective and efficient way; generate ideas and manage value engineering initiatives for our brands to reduce costs.



Your Profile
A universe degree within Economy or Technology, preferably with a focus towards Logistics or Supply chain.
Analytical with a focus on detail, results orientated with good influencing and relationship building skills.

Role Purpose

Main Priorities
Regulatory Affairs
· Keep abreast of the legislation and regulatory guidelines in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland and Finland, which relates to product ingredients, licensing, labelling, packaging requirements and permissible claims. Review industry codes of practice and consultation documents and respond/contribute as necessary to best protect the commercial interests of Beiersdorf.
· Work with wider Northern Europe Regulatory function to formulate regulatory policies and provide strategic recommendations to Northern Europe Management.
· Provide training and summaries/reference materials to stakeholders in relation to the regulatory issues relevant to the Beiersdorf business, to include (non-exhaustively) ingredients, testing, packaging, claims, storage and sell-by dates.
· Ensure all labelling and product related copy on pack and on leaflets is legally compliant.
· Ensure good pharmacovigilance and cosmetovigilence practice.
· Provide technical support to Marketing (including digital and external agencies as required) to enable the Nordic businesses to ensure that all promotional materials and communications are technically correct, clear, do not mislead the consumer and do not breach the laws and relevant advertising codes applicable in each Nordic country.
· Work with the Beiersdorf Hamburg Research and Development team to ensure that product claims for the Nordics can be supported from a technical perspective. Collate and evaluate technical data and ensure Nordic regulatory expertise is provided to the global product development teams.
· Prepare technical claim justification dossiers and negotiate with advertising clearance agencies/regulatory authorities and government bodies to achieve relevant marketing approvals.
· Manage local requirements for the appropriate marketing medical devices in accordance with EU and local Nordic laws.
· Liaise with and make presentations to regulatory authorities and government bodies as required to defend Beiersdorf’s marketing position.
· Work with Legal team to address authority, retailer and competitor challenges.

The purpose of the job is to actively contribute to achievement of relevant product category and specific brand objectives. To provide support to the Brand Team in the development of the brands through the co-ordinated use of specified elements of the marketing mix and take lead in given projects. Who are you?•             You are available for at least one year, before your graduation or studies abroad  •              The role assumes commercial awareness and preferably exposure to a business environment.•             Effective communication is required in order to manage diverse relationships both locally and internationally.•             The ability to work both autonomously and as a team member is required.•             Analytical and creative skills combined with an enthusiastic “can do” attitude.•             You are up-to-date in the social media, and digital environment and landscape.•             You are preferably studying business and/or marketing at University level. •             Fluent in Swedish and English.
