The objective of this internship is to explore possibilities for Mölnlycke to support people suffering with wounds outside of hospital setting. Focus will be to investigate opportunities especially within the pharmacy channel.
As a contributor in the team, you will gain hands-on expertise in key areas of sales and analysis.
This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field, and make a meaningful contribution to our team. As an intern with Mölnlycke, you will support the Nordic Sales Team with focus on some key critical projects, such as:
Analysis Pharmacy channel:
Who are the customers
What are the needs
What kind of solutions
How can we develop this channel
Develop a future vision and proposal for different sales channels to engage with customers
Solution orientation: Assist in the development within identified channels
Knowledge and experience
Studying for Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree within Economics/Marketing/Sales, within the third year
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge within sales channels.
Analytical skills
Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
Good level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Personal qualities:
Self-motivated, proactive in suggesting ideas and improvements
Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Creative thinker with the ability to innovate
