Job Description – IT Technician
As an IT Technician, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues across our client engagements. You will work closely with our consultants and clients to ensure that IT systems run smoothly, incidents are resolved efficiently, and end users are supported to the highest standard of service.
What you'll do
Provide first- and second-line IT support to end users via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.


Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.


Troubleshoot and resolve network, connectivity, and system issues across Windows and macOS environments.


Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions using Active Directory and related tools.


Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets, maintaining accurate records and meeting agreed SLAs.


Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and account provisioning.


Assist in the maintenance and patching of IT infrastructure to ensure security and compliance.


Monitor system and application event logs on a scheduled and ad hoc basis, identifying patterns, anomalies, or recurring errors that may require escalation or deeper investigation.


Support security incident reporting and escalation in line with internal procedures and client-specific requirements.


Document technical procedures, known issues, and solutions to build a shared knowledge base.

What you bring (must?haves)
Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.


Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Linux and Microsoft 365 administration.


Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.


Good computer networking skills (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, etc).


Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Freshservice.


Familiarity/understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)


Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults independently.


Strong communication skills and a service-oriented, customer-first attitude.


Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have
Experience with macOS support and Apple device management (Jamf or similar).


Exposure to cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Intune (MDM/MAM).


Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and GDPR awareness.


Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco, Network+, or Microsoft MD-102.

Job Description

As a Security Test Engineer, you will work on exciting customer projects and use your knowledge and expertise to help customers assure the quality of their products and services. You will be responsible for the testing and quality assurance of connected embedded systems and digital cloud services. You will be part of cross-functional teams consisting of product owners, system architects, systems engineers, requirements specialists and will have the opportunity to bring your unique experience to make a difference to the team.



Responsibilities

Develop test strategy, test plan, test procedure, and test reports.

Write cybersecurity requirements for product features and functions.

Analyse product cybersecurity requirements, technical specifications, and system architecture diagrams to develop test cases.

Develop and execute manual and automated test cases.

Verify and validate cybersecurity requirements.

Prepare defect reports for identified vulnerabilities and follow-up with supplier developers.



Requirements

You have experience in testing and verification of embedded systems/devices (preferably in the automotive area).

You have some knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and principles.

You have a relevant education/qualification in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) academic discipline. (It can be degree or non-degree(diploma) qualifications. Other non-IT disciplines (Business/Management, Law, Finance, etc.) shall be considered if relevant skills/experience can be demonstrated.)

You have decent skills in Linux and Python.

• Work with cloud infrastructure and product teams to design, develop, and implement hybrid solutions between multi-cloud platforms.
• Analyse new or existing solution architectures and provide recommendations for enhancing reliability and security.
• Brainstorm with cloud architects/developers to define security mechanisms needed to secure solutions.
• Participate in risk assessments, security reviews and audits.
• Contribute to the improvement of processes for cloud operations.

Requirements
• You have a solid understanding of cloud technologies with one or two years of experience setting up, configuring and managing popular services of at least one of the following cloud technology providers – Amazon (AWS), Google (GCP), Microsoft (Azure), Alibaba (Aliyun).
• You have relevant education/qualification in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) academic discipline.
Degree or non-degree(diploma) qualifications are accepted.
Other non-IT/Engineering academic disciplines (Business/Management, Law, Finance, etc) shall be considered if relevant skills/experience can be demonstrated.

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity.
• You have a good understanding of SW development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• You are innovative and have good problem-solving skills.
• You are a team player and have effective communication and documentation skills.
• You have a passion for cloud technologies.

Meritorious/Very good to have
• Good knowledge/experience of automotive/IoT/embedded systems.
• Good software development (programming/ scripting) skills.
• Good knowledge of DevOps and good Linux skills.
• Good knowledge and experience in information security (threat modelling, risk analysis, etc.).
• Relevant Cloud certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, etc.)

Job Description
You will work on client projects as a Test Engineer responsible for test and verification activities. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Development and execution of manual and automated test cases.
- Planning and preparation of exploratory tests.
- Reporting defects, bugs, and software issues.
- Preparing test reports and presenting to stakeholders
- Participating in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
- Coaching developers on test/QA techniques and methods.


Who are you
You are passionate about SW Testing/Quality Assurance/System Verification.
You have a vocational college (Yrkehögskola) diploma certificate or a university degree, preferably in a business or technical subject area (Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT Management). Certificates or degrees in non-technical subject areas will also be considered if the candidate has relevant experience.
You have 1 – 3 years of experience in an IT role such as a Test Analyst/Engineer, Business Analyst, System Analyst, etc.
Relevant Sofware Testing certifications (ISEB/ISTQB).

Meritorious Experience (Not mandatory)
Experience of Agile and DevOps culture.
Knowledge of microservices-based solution architecture and technologies.
General knowledge of popular cloud services and technologies from any of the top 3 cloud providers - AWS/Azure/GCP.
