About the job
As the Gloves Product Developer you will integrate customer needs and voices into the product development projects and roadmap. You will be leading the identification, development and implementation of new products in order to meet customer needs and growth goals.
This position will be a subject matter expert in gloves customers, product development, and project management. In addition, the role will implement ideation, concept development, and evaluation to identify customer-preferred solutions. Also you will execute development and commercialization activities to bring solutions to market.
In this position you will partner with R&D team members and external partners to identify and develop enabling technologies to support the innovation projects.
This role gives you the opportunity and requires that you will travel globally now and then and to have a flexible schedule due to working across multiple time zones.

These are the main accountabilities for this position
Identify and connect customer needs to product solutions through generating new ideas, refining concepts, and commercializing new products.
Initiate and analyze research to develop the right solutions.
Project co-leadership, with marketing function, to establish project scope and strategy; managing stage-gate process.
Lead moderate complexity projects within the product development process to enable smooth transition in the introduction of new products to manufacturing; with cross-functional input, establish project scope, develop timeline and deliverables, identify resource needs, and manage project implementation accordingly.
Plan and execute VOC and customer feedback at identified milestones in the development process.
Support the development of product and project roadmap for Innovation and new products.
Secure necessary IP for own products and monitor IP environment to ensure manufacturability and deliverability of own products.
Develop new and improvements to product development and project management tools, processes, and ways of working.
Plan and formulate all aspects of assigned product development projects such as objectives, purpose of projects, application cost of projects, equipment and resources needed.
Follow project planning processes and procedures. Provide updates on project status, timeline, and resourcing. Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
Provide budgetary estimates and manage projects according to committed budgeting decisions.
Co-operation with R&D and cross-functional partners to develop solutions and deliver project scope.
Engage and manage stakeholders throughout the project, aligning on scope and project strategic direction and conducting routine updates.



What you’ll need
In this role we would like you to have this capabilities, qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or technical field. Masters or PhD preferred.
Advanced certifications in Project Management or Product Development will be an added advantage.
5+ years of overall experience in product development
3+ years of overall experience in medical device
Experience with a variety of innovation practices including voice of customer, ideation, concept development and design
Experience leading moderate complexity projects and teams delivering new products to the market
Preferrable to have experience of leading cross functional projects in an international – multicultural environment.

This position will sit in our Operating Room Solutions Business area (Region North) and can be based anywhere across the Nordic region.
In this role, you will play a key role in advancing Mölnlycke’s sustainability agenda by leading and implementing strategic initiatives within the commercial space. Your main tasks include:

Generating new commercial sustainability initiatives based on customer trends and Mölnlycke’s agenda, including evaluating business cases/return of investment, where required.
Active participation in local pre tender planning and execution of pre tender activities.
Together with the Global Corporate Sustainability organisation, being the internal go-to expert in WeCare specifically and sustainability in general for commercial organisations, including tender support.
Organising engaging, inspiring sustainability activities across organisation that add knowledge and bring inspiration, such as workshops bridging the corporate and global plans into marketing messages.
Act as Region North representative in the Commercial Sustainability Forum.


What you’ll need
Academic degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, engineering or chemistry
3+ years of experience in driving a comprehensive sustainability agenda, preferably within a matrix organisation
Experience in a commercial sustainability role within an international company, particularly in the medical or healthcare sector is seen as meritorious
Experience of working in a global context and participating in sustainability continual improvement projects
Broad knowledge in sustainability topics

What you’ll need
University Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
Minimum 5 year’s work experience in IT-solution development including leading development activities.
Experience from agile development and DevOps methods including of end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes.
Experience from applying digital technology creating business effect relevant in area of responsibility.
Technical expertise in relevant platforms & technologies within the area of responsibility.
Demonstrated business acumen and relevant experience of business, customers and/or functional area.

Experience from Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry preferably within Clinical Research/Clinical Evaluations.

For this position, we are open to have this position placed at our global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden or remotely across Czech Republic and the UK. This position plays a key role in managing relationships with both new and existing suppliers of single-use medical devices within our business are Operating Room Solutions (ORS), as well as overseeing the assortment of products included in our surgical procedure packs. The core of the role is supplier management, where you’ll focus on getting the best from our supply partners, ensuring quality and service level excellence to support the customer centric mindset embedded within our organization.

What you’ll do:
Work with Procurement Managers within the team on Cost of Goods projects.
Support the team with identification of projects, analysis of offers and opportunities, selection of the right opportunity for Mölnlycke Health Care and then support implementation.
Manage new request for additional components from already approved and validated suppliers, negotiate prices and support with the implementation.
Benchmarking current cost of components, with market prices – highlighting products and product families above market price, ensuring components remain at a competitive rate.
KPI reporting in respect of (1) value of cost savings/waste removal/quality improvement (2) conversion success rate of projects/opportunities and (3) components approved for implementation.


What you’ll need:
The role requires a good level of understanding of all procurement procedures, to be carried out in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Experience of working within, or in collaboration with, a strong procurement team in a highly regulated industry is essential, preferably in the industry of medical devices
Ideally CIPS qualified or working towards a professional procurement certification would be advantageous. Experience in both the theoretical and practical procurement
The successful candidate will need to have an efficient and professional manner at all times, and will be an exceptional communicator and good at problem solving

Drive sustainability in the supply chain in accordance to company scope 3 targets.
Plan and lead sourcing activities of strategic direct material for optimal commercial terms, quality, delivery and service in order to maximize the purchasing power, through global tenders or other commercially driven processes.
Identify and implement mitigation plans for supply risks and establish a qualitative and value-driven supplier base.
Monitor market and industry trends that affect assigned areas, including cost drivers, manufacturing costs, material development and the global supply base to be used in cost reduction activities and price negotiations.
Perform supplier reviews to ensure that current and potential suppliers fulfil quality, environmental and ethical business standards and that required capacity is available.

About the job
We are looking for someone to manage and take responsibility together with Group Tax Director and Group Tax Manager in different ongoing Transfer pricing projects and day-to-day tax issues in the Group.
In addition you should be able to manage the Transfer Pricing Documentation for all the MHC ABs Group Companies and the compliance related to the Transfer Pricing Documentation.

These are the main accountabilities for this position
In this role you’ll decide together with Group Tax Director how to prepare documentation, to decide about new transfer pricing set up and to be responsible for Transfer Pricing question relating to new M&A acqusitions.
You’ll be responsible to implement new Transfer pricing documentation rules and prepare full Transfer Pricing Documentation.
You’ll manage and the annual updating of the Transfer Pricing Documentation.
You’ll analyse and calculate transfer prices and the effects on Group taxes and you’ll analyse intra group financing/calculation of interest cost.

The purpose of the position:
The Corporate Medical Safety Advisor, under the direction of the Corporate Medical Director, is responsible for the assurance of medical safety within the company.
