As a Category Manager for EMS & PES you will strategically source goods and services to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain reliability and sustainability. You are working closely with buyers and senior buyers within the category. You will own relevant strategic global procurement activities for your assigned categories. · Experience of procurement from automotive industry is meritous.
· Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English is a requirement.

As Content Marketing & Communications Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of content creation across digital, social, and traditional media channels, including events.
Based at Aurobay’s Gothenburg office and with Global and Group responsibilities, you’ll report directly to the Head of Communications and ensure the development of high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content that supports global marketing, communications, and business objectives. The Tax Manager will be part of the Finance team of Aurobay Sweden supporting the entity and its Swedish affiliate in tax compliance and providing tax advisory business support. This position will play the main role in the management of the Swedish tax affairs, ensuring the compliance with tax regulations and risk management, establishing tax policies and identifying tax opportunities. The successful candidate will demonstrate a profound understanding of Swedish tax laws which will be needed to ensure that tax activities within Aurobay Sweden are carried out in a coherent, centralized, efficient, and effective manner.
Strong analytical skills and a commitment to best practices are essential for success in this role.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
A Master’s degree in Taxation is advantageous.
Minimum of 7 years of in-house experience in a similar role and/or at a Big4 firm.
A combination of in-house and Big4 experience and/or previous industry experience is a plus.
Experience in international taxation, transfer pricing, and/or e-invoicing is advantageous.
High proficiency in English (both oral and written).
Additional language skills are a plus.

Optimize the behavior of the powertrain thermal management system and virtual sensors to fulfill the performance/emissions/durability and cabin climate attributes.
Work in a project driven organization.
Perform tests in test cells and in vehicles.
Make test plans according to the project timing and gates

Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering area.
Minimum five years of experience within Base Engine for combustion engines.
Practical and theoretical knowledge of the product development process.

Your role at Aurobay
As a Senior Base Engine Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by leading the development of critical components: the Base Engine Timing Drive system and the Front-End Accessory Drive (FEAD) for our internal combustion engines. Collaborating closely with our Design Engineers, you’ll define system requirements, verify components with component owners and systems, and ensure the successful delivery of program content within specified timelines and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Component Development and Verification:
Lead the design team (component owners) and develop and validate with them the Base Engine Timing Drive system and FEAD.
Ensure compliance with system requirements and performance specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these components seamlessly into our engine architecture.
Quality Assurance and Program Delivery:
Secure timely delivery of program content, adhering to cost and quality targets.
Report progress and challenges to both the line organization and project management.
System Planning and Technical Support:
Participate in system-planning activities, considering long-term implications.
Provide technical guidance and support to the design team.
Address any quality issues that arise during development.
End-to-End Involvement:
Engage from the concept phase through sourcing and into production.
Collaborate with Base Engine, Analyze & Verification, Engine Calibration, and NVH teams.
Contribute to the overall success of our engine development projects.

As Quote Leader you will join our expansive and driven Sales and Market Team. The role as Quote Leader is a new role within the company and is an important role for creating and coordinating the Aurobay response to the customers requests (Quotes, Indications etc.).

It is a senior role where you will lead the Quote teamwork in cross functional context. Quote Leader is a position with the authority to direct and challenge all functions representatives involved in quotation work. The Quote Leader will also report the progress in management forums.

The role belongs in the Commercial Business Office, the part of our organization that enables and support our short and midterm growth.

As a Quote Leader you will:

- Plan, organize and follow up the Quote teams activities/deliveries to secure a Qualitative response to the Customers.

- Challenge the in-put given by the teams.

- Creates total cost overview. Reviews total cost and provides improvement feedback.

- Prepares and presents suggested price

- Provide KAM/ SDM & PL with inputs for quote pack compilation

- Analyses quote financial and process performance

- Secure that all Quote Teams activities are performed before the hand-over to the implementation project
