OM TJÄNSTEN:

Vår kund är ett tekniskt företag i Göteborg som nu söker en strategisk inköpare till sitt team här i Göteborg. Teamet består av såväl operativa som strategiska inköpare och besitter en mångårig erfarenhet där de dagligen arbetar nära företagets andra avdelningar, samt leverantörerna.

I rollen som strategisk inköpare spelar du en nyckelroll för att säkerställa optimala affärslösningar inom grenen kablage och elektromekanik. Du kommer i rollen att ges kommersiellt ansvar för strategiska leverantörer och driver inköpsaktiviteter inom både standardkomponenter och egendesignade produkter. Fokus ligger på att etablera och förbättra leverantörsavtal, säkerställa leverantörsprestanda samt stödja den operativa inköpsorganisationen.

Du kommer till exempel att:

Ha löpande kontakt med leverantörer och interna intressenter inom produktion, produktledning och produktdesign.
Driva upphandlingar och förhandla leverantörsavtal.
Identifiera och analysera kostnadsstrukturer för att optimera inköp.
Stötta den operativa inköpsorganisationen genom att hantera leverantörsrelaterade eskaleringar.
Bidra till strategiska inköpsinitiativ, såsom lokalisering av försörjningskedjan.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM:
Har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom inköp, supply chain, logistik eller likvärdig.
Har minst två års arbetslivserfarenhet av strategiskt inköp.
Har ett tekniskt intresse och trivs i en teknisk miljö.
Har bevisad förmåga att driva effektiva leverantörsrelationer.
Talar och skriver flytande svenska samt engelska, då båda språken används i det dagliga arbetet.


Det är meriterande om du även har:

Erfarenhet av strategiskt inköp av elektroniska och/eller mekaniska produkter.
Kunskap och/eller erfarenhet från Lean, Six Sigma, 5S.

Vår kund söker en person inom indirekta inköp som kan hantera sourcingaktiviteter på ett kreativt och effektivt sätt. Du kommer att samarbeta med interna team för att förstå deras behov och erbjuda lösningar som är i linje med verksamhetens mål. Rollen kräver att du balanserar dagliga operativa uppgifter med strategiska initiativ, anpassar dig till förändringar och upprätthåller starka leverantörsrelationer. Om Teamet
NCC Industrys inköps team är en nordisk funktion med ca 20 medarbetare. Du arbetar tätt med kollegorna inom inköp, såväl hos NCC Industry som inom andra affärsområden. Du har också nära kontakt med våra produktionsenheter inom Stenmaterial och Asfalt för att säkerställa fungerande inköpsrutiner och processer samt identifiera ständiga affärsförbättringar.

Vi söker dig med kandidat- eller magisterexamen inom teknik/ekonomi eller annan relevant högskoleutbildning. Du har minst 5 års erfarenhet av liknande arbete och har mycket god kunskap och förståelse för komplexa inköpsprocesser. Du är en skicklig förhandlare och är flytande i tal och skrift både på svenska samt engelska. Vi ser gärna att du är van vid att arbeta datadrivet inom komplexa IT miljöer.

Uppdraget innefattar bland annat att stötta stiftskanslier och församlingar i arbetet med hållbara resor och transporter samt att leda projekt och upphandling av mobilitetslösningar för att stärka klimatnytta och hållbarhet.

Arbetet med färdplan för klimatet går in i sin andra etapp och intensifieras. We are looking for a Sustainability Manager - People & Human Rights for a global company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.
Mission:
As Sustainability Manager you will in this position have the responsibility to drive the compliance and due diligence of the supply network related to protecting people and human rights. You will be part of developing and implementing processes to ensure robust, easy, and efficient mechanisms to comply with applicable forward-looking regulatory requirements and full adherence to the Supply Partner Code of Conduct. Provide the organization with direction and coaching on Human Rights compliance and due diligence based on current and future regulatory landscape globally.

Qualifications:

Som regioninköpsledare ansvarar du för att driva igenom inköpsstrategier för väg- och anläggnings inköp inom regionen samt ansvarar för att hålla ihop gruppen av inköpare samt leda och fördela deras arbete. Du kommer också aktivt jobba med inköpsarbete i våra projekt. Avtalen spänner över både leverantörer och underentreprenörer och inköpen innefattar både internationella- och nationella förhandlingar. Du kommer också delta i anbudsarbete för att säkerställa att vi har rätt priser i våra kalkyler.

En dag på jobbet:

- arbetar du tillsammans med projekten ifrån anbudsfasen till slutförande
- stöttar du projekten vid genomförandet av projektspecifika upphandlingar
- samordnar och planerar inköp över flera projekt med totalkostnaden i fokus
- genomför du tekniska utvärderingar och hittar innovativa lösningar
- driver du användning av ramavtal, arbetssätt och verktyg.

Din profil

Du har produktionserfarenhet och förstår hur inköp kan påverka projektets framgång. Du har nära koppling till vår verksamhet och förstår samarbetet mellan produktion och inköp. Du har ett stort intresse att jobba med inköpsfrågor och har förståelse för inköps betydelse.

About the role

About you

University degree in relevant field, such as business, marketing & communication.

As Chapter Lead Salesforce you are a technically skilled domain expert with the additional responsibility as line manager. You will contribute to common ways of working across other Salesforce Chapters through methods and best practices according to standards, technologies, and trends. Your focus area will be:


Global segment leader and Senior Buyer will be responsible to develop and drive the global strategy for Volvo Group. Accountable for the Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability, and Risk Management (QDCFTSR) of suppliers within the Chemicals segment. Lead the global network of commodity buyers, securing synergies & best practice sharing. Actively participate in the strategic line activities
Develop the segment business plan (strategy) and action plan together with the buyers, as well as key stakeholders to support Volvo’s strategic objectives. You will ensure cross functional alignment
You will be globally responsible to drive activities in the segment and build strategy, you will also manage operational activities in Belgium, France & Sweden
Support Commodity buyers different activities eg; negotiations, supplier issues for global segments as an escalation point, business model, review meetings etc..
Execute local/regional/global sourcing activities within the segment to the defined project timelines and approved sourcing strategies. Carry out global/regional contract negotiations and management
Securing the performance in accordance with the purchasing focus areas
Identify and drive synergies with other Business Areas when relevant and share best practices within the Volvo Group
You will be the one point of contact for one of the interesting area and contribute in future development of chemicals which should be more sustainable and with low emission levels

What will you be doing?


As our Segment Leader for Packaging Material, you will secure that the global segment strategy (segment business plan) is implemented through the selection of the right suppliers. What will you do

You will lead the global category team responsible for a team that consists of procurement professionals in Europe, China, and the US working as buyers and supplier quality engineers. The category has a significant turnover with strategic suppliers, and complex parts with high content in Raw Materials, steel, and aluminum.

As GCM for this category, you should:

What you’ll do:

What you'll do

We are looking for a Contract & Risk Specialist supporting the deployment of a proactive procurement strategy through contract management and efficient procurement processes addressing and mitigating risk.

The role Contract & Risk Specialist is part of Polestar’s global Indirect Procurement (IDP) organization and have the responsibility to advise and coach buyers on analyzing, managing and negotiating supplier contracts and identify, flag and mitigate specific supplier risks in procurement.

You will also:

- Review and negotiate supplier contracts to balance risk appetite with commercial objectives and advise buyers, in particular in relation to purchase of IT-products, such as license terms and software as a service (SaaS)
- Support buyers in first round negotiations of contractual clauses with suppliers to reach agreements which reduce and mitigate risks in the best interests of the company.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with the Legal team and other key stakeholders at Polestar.
- Onboarding of new suppliers in accordance with the company’s policies and instructions.
- Conducting due diligence and risk evaluations on new suppliers according to the company’s policies on trade sanction and anti-corruption due diligence.
- Create a proactive supplier risk management supporting proactive risk assessment and decision-making instead of firefighting.
- Support the development of an integrated risk framework to identify, assess, manage and mitigate financial and non-financial risks. Provide buyers with guidance on contract management and be responsible for related processes and procedures.

What you will do

In this position, you will lead the global Development & Test Investment team within Investment and will be responsible for the business deliveries. The team consists of procurement professionals in Europe, China, and the US, working as buyers. The projects & commodities in this team are of a high complexity based on scope, level of technology, supplier base, and project setup and contain for example test equipment within the field of electrification, battery, AD/ADAS, charging. 
You will work closely with our R&D and Manufacturing Engineering stakeholder. Together with the stakeholder, you will align on sourcing strategies and supplier base. You will be accountable for relevant commodities has an updated valid category strategy. You need to be able to challenge our stakeholders, specification, and ‘normal’ way of working in order to optimize our sourcing setup. As we are in an exciting phase of adopting new technologies in our electrification journey you will have the opportunity to apply the ‘best-fit’ sourcing approach for these commodities.  

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

Strategy / Procurement Deliveries Execution:
* Accountable for Procurement end-to-end deliveries for the global category team (Strategy, Sourcing, Supplier portfolio, Industrialization, Running production, End of life)

Intake Management:
* Decide on new intakes to the global category team backlog based on different stakeholder needs and fast shifting priorities. 

Backlog management:
* Own, prioritize and secure the Procurement deliveries by the global category team to maximize the business value through the whole lifecycle. 

Global Category Team Facilitation:
* Lead planning events, remove impediments and facilitate problem-solving, collaboration, and workload distribution to enable efficient delivery by the global category team.

Stakeholder Engagement:
* Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns, and reacting to these to support business information and decisions.

Risks and Issues Management:
* Manage identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating these where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these. 

Horizon Scanning:
* Maintain an understanding of current and future trends within the category area

Continuous Improvement:
* Review existing operations and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure the required continuous improvement.

Personal Capability development:
* Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry best practices through continuous professional development.


Do you fit the profile?

You have a Bachelor’s degree Technical or Economical) or equivalent experience within the field.
You are proficient in English, both spoken and written, and computer skills.
You have been working within Purchasing with sourcing and business agreements.
You are a natural leader and have the ability to see the whole picture of a business case.
Supplier relationships are important and where your communication skills are a great ability.

On a personal level

This position is for you who enjoy building and maintaining relationships. You like to take initiative, and ownership and work both independently but also coordinating a team. You enjoy using your communication skills to coach and drive the suppliers forward. You are not afraid to face demanding situations and take action.
