Qualifications:
10+ years experience in pure fashion e-commerce players (both mono brands and marketplaces)
3+ years of experience in executive positions in senior management
A successful exit experience with a +500M USD valuation from a fashion e-comm company (IPO, Acquisition, etc.)

Purchasing Controller

As a Purchasing Controller at NA-KD, you will play an important role within the planning team, and we are offering a unique opportunity to be part of a critical function at one of Europe's fastest-growing companies. As a Purchasing Controller, you will have end-to-end responsibility for a defined purchase category in order to achieve sales and inventory plans aligning with financial targets and company objectives. We’re looking for a talented Senior Design Lead who’d love the opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing e-commerce fashion brands on the market.

At NA-KD, we are passionate about great visual design and are now looking for an equally passionate Senior Design Lead to work within our Creative Communication team.



The Role & the Team

As the Senior Design Lead, you will work directly with the Head of Creative Communication in elevating visual communications (design) and build up NA-KD’s brand characteristics through a consistent and evolving campaign design system to be executed across all channels.

You will own the visual design ecosystem with a strong focus on digital/motion design for web/mobile. You will be responsible for developing our in-house design team by bringing inspiration from art, design, typography, illustration, and video.

You will also be hands-on, working on the most strategic projects for our collabs and private label campaigns, responsible for driving high impact, and collaborating with web designers, web editors, front-end developers, and motion designers.

This role will work closely with our Marketing, Social Media, CRM & Performance teams, being the creative consultant for applied brand design within campaigns and internal communication.

- Lead, inspire and guide the Digital & Motion Design team.

- Develop and implement best processes and practices for visual/motion design.

Job Description

In the role as Overstock Manager, you will work within our Wholesale department and with our B2B customers. You will establish and execute our stock clearance plan avoiding channels conflicts and protecting our brand image. You will also drive operational and tactical aspects for the key account relationships with clearance customers, both new and existing. Furthermore, your responsibility will cover our consignment outlets monitoring and optimizing their performance based on stock supply.

Your job will include all day-to-day tasks within accounting and in close collaboration you will work to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Your Future
- Daily bookkeeping, for example handle incoming invoices by verifying, coding and posting invoices
- Independently work towards reporting deadlines and assist with different tasks during monthly closing
- Pay invoices and refunds and book payments daily to keep accurate books
- Collection and booking of payments from customers and Payment Service providers

As a Group Product Manager (GPM) you will be part of shaping the best possible user experience for our customers. At NA-KD we are passionate about our customers and we are now looking for an equally passionate Group Product Manager. In this role you will lead Product Managers in the Transaction Tribe where our common goal is to improve the customer experience by making purchases easy, deliveries delightful, and our sustainable marketplace NA-KD Circle a category leader.

In this role you will lead and coach autonomous Product Managers and ensure they have everything they need to create and manage their squad’s roadmap for digital products and solutions. Head of Security (Infosec)

As a Head of Security at NA-KD you will be responsible to ensure our software, cloud, hardware, and related components are protected from cyber threats. The job will include developing security systems, analyzing current systems for vulnerabilities, and handling any and all cyber attacks in an efficient and effective manner. Candidates should have strong IT skills and a deep understanding of cyber threats. Our platform is based on Microsoft technologies, hosted on Azure. As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at NA-KD you will be responsible for helping squads solve challenges to build and extend an international e-commerce platform, by establishing operational and DevOps best practices. Our platform is based on Microsoft technologies, hosted on Azure. As a Brand Project Manager, you will be responsible for a number of NA-KD collaboration brands; where you develop each brand concept to be unique and socially engaging, whilst maximizing commercial opportunities and reaching agreed sales targets.
