The Opportunity
Working in the Global Finance Transformation team offers a unique opportunity to interact with a wide circle of contacts within Polestar. The selected candidate will report to the Global Finance Process Owner within Finance and will have one direct report. You’ll be working globally and cross-functional, with a broad scope of the financial activities within the group.
The Process Owner we are looking for will focus on our Record to Report processes, which covers a wide range of sub-processes in accounting, with the purpose to efficiently provide timely and accurate reports to management as support for decision making. In this role, you will work closely with the business and the line organization within Finance, to secure state of the art end-to-end processes.
The Global Finance Transformation team is also involved in various projects, such as new market establishments and ERP implementations where you will have a key role. For the new market projects, you will act as the overall finance-lead to secure a compliant and functional setup of all finance processes, not just within Record to Report.

The Responsibilities
Process Leadership: Develop and optimize the Record to Report processes globally and continuously strive toward operational excellence
Documentation: Develop and improve process flow documentation
Automation & Innovation: Identify and implement automation opportunities together with internal stakeholders and digital teams to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
Compliance: Ensure processes adhere to internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Participate in prioritization forums and collaborate on finance-related development initiatives.

The Opportunity
The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and efficient workplace experience at Polestar HQ. This role is responsible for front desk management, office administration, and facility coordination, serving as the primary contact for employees, visitors, and service providers. The Office Manager reports to Head of Real Estate and works closely with Global Real Estate & Facility Management Team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gothenburg, Sweden, with working hours Monday – Friday, 07:00-16:00. The role requires the ability to work during the standard summer vacation to keep HQ open and occasionally on weekends if events are scheduled.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Management
Serve as the primary contact for visitors, clients, suppliers and employees ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment. Very important with high social skills since the position is often the first interaction face to face with the company
Manage reception and visitor services, including security access and parking registrations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional office space.
Oversee office supplies and food orders, ensuring timely replenishment and budget adherence.
Handle mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate tracking and distribution, with particular attention to important mail such as debt collection notices (inkasso). There for Swedish is a key skill for this position.

We're currently looking for a Pre-Owned and Whole Life Costs Manager to join our Global Fleet Sales team in order to support the Polestar pre-owned programme, whole life costs and residual value reporting, provide market support and maintain process documentation. This position can operate on a remote basis, located in one of our European Markets.
The responsibilities
In this role, you'll be expected to drive the regular assessment of Polestar vehicle costs throughout their lifecycle, including purchase, financing, service, maintenance and repair, insurance, fuel, and depreciation. You will work with a number of HQ functions such as Global Fleet Sales, EMEA & ROW sales, digital, finance, legal, product, brand and marketing. Position Overview:
The Head of UX Design is responsible for overseeing the UX design development teams at Polestar Design. We’re currently looking for our next Product, Strategy & Business Development Manager I SW Product Management. As a Vehicle Security Incident Manager, you will be responsible of the end-to-end Vehicle Security Incident Management within Polestar on a global level. You will handle our product life-time processes, procedures, and guidelines of identifying, containing, analyzing, and recovering security breaches or cyberattacks. About the Manufacturing and Logistics team within the Digital Industrial domain
The purpose of the domain is the digital enablement of industrial manufacturing, supply chain and O2D for Polestar. This is a newly established domain, that will grow over time to enable the next step in Polestar's growth.

The Manufacturing and Logistics team is responsible for the digital solutions used to build and deliver our cars. The digital solutions in this area help bring materials from the suppliers to the plant including Customs clearance, as well as to steer the logistics and the manufacturing processes inside the plant. Once the car is produced the Yard and Outbound logistics solutions will support the distribution of the car to the customer including support for different Customs processes.

The responsibilities
As the Area SME, you will work closely with the business and the digital leads in order to understand the business requirements and form them into future proof digital solutions. You value simplicity and are willing to challenge technical constraints and procedures to achieve robust and scalable solutions. You will be the visionary force securing that the digital solutions are aligned with the business processes and provides world class support for the users. - A BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field
- Proven track record in Business Development, Project Management, or other managerial positions
- Experience in Information Technology, Business Operations, Distribution or Transport Logistic, Outbound Vehicle Logistics, and Supply Chain or Value Chain Management areas
- 3+ years of experience with using, setting up, and maintaining Transportation Management.
- Thorough understanding of IT processes and procedures relative to system launch, drafting system-level requirements and UAT, and roll-out of enhancements
- Excellent knowledge of MS 0365 Suite and performance evaluation and change management principles.
