För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har grundläggande kunskaper om material som plast, aluminium och rostfritt stål, samt kan läsa och hantera tekniska ritningar. Du kommunicerar obehindrat på engelska i både tal och skrift. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av LabVIEW, PLC-programmering, DAQ, samt kunskap inom APQP och PPAP. Din framtida utmaning

Som testingenjör av produktionsmiljö arbetar du med att utveckla framtidens testsystem för produktion av elektronik för avancerade luftvärnsystem. Uppdraget kommer utföras hos leverantör och du kommer jobba med både nyutvecklig och underhåll av testutrustning för produktionsmiljön för att säkerställa robusta testprocesser och hög leveransprecision. Här får du en central roll i att säkerställa att PCBA-enheter håller högsta kvalitet från inkommande leverantörsled.

Du kommer att vara en nyckelperson i felsökning, rotorsaksanalyser och förbättringsarbete samtidigt som du bidrar med teknisk expertis kring testmetodik och testutrustningar. Arbetet sker både självständigt och i tvärfunktionella team tillsammans med produktionstekniker, utvecklingsteam och underleverantörer.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

- Nyutveckling och underhåll av testsystem för produktionsmiljö

- Systematisk felsökning av avvikande PCBA-enheter med hjälp av både visuell inspektion och elektriska mätmetoder.

- Utföra analyser av lödproblem, komponentfel, mekaniska defekter samt kontaminering.

- Genomföra testning i befintliga EOL-riggar och utvärdera testresultat.

- Utföra rotorsaksanalyser baserat på elektriska, mekaniska och processrelaterade data och återkoppla till leverantörer och interna funktioner.

- Se över befintlig testutrustning och driva förbättringar, uppgraderingar eller duplicering av teststationer.

- Bidra till robusta testflöden i produktionen, inklusive dokumentation, riskanalyser och kvalitetssäkring.

We develop and operate a Remote Vehicle Access (RVA) solution, written in Golang and running on Android Automotive, which collects, processes, and offloads vehicle data over-the-air to the cloud. Privacy, cybersecurity, reliability, and fast response times are fundamental design principles.

Your Purpose
As a System Test Engineer, you are responsible for safeguarding the quality of the end-to-end vehicle data collection solution — from embedded software in the vehicle to cloud interfaces — ensuring reliable performance in every software release.

Design and execute system-level and end-to-end test scenarios based on a deep understanding of the complete architecture.


Plan, prepare, and perform testing in RIGs, HIL environments, and complete vehicles.

Description
You will belong to Integration & Verification lead, within SW Factory and Enablers, we are a team with the purpose to coordinate integration on the complete software and electronics system level for all Volvo platforms.

We are now looking for a colleague who can help us bring it all together from functional needs to well defined baseline candidates in car products, via continuous integration and automatic testing flow.

Your key tasks As an Integration Leader the assignment will be to coach and lead integration of a complete baseline, safe guard the quality and intent of Baseline Qualification and Extended testing, over time. You will be part of a team that will drive the daily work from merge to release.

You will orchestrate the integration flow at the complete level and collaborate with integration leaders at all engineering units within Volvo Cars. You will work to make sure focus is to always have a working master – through pushing for deliveries, prioritize incoming request, review content and test results and initiate fault tracing. And it is important to be able to summarize the product status, additional risk assessment and data driven recommendation for regular and high iteration of continuous decisions.
You will work in close collaboration with various stakeholders both inside and outside R&D.

To become successful in the role you need to have experience from working with SW development and it is beneficial if you have experience from Volvo Cars development process and programs.
You also need to have excellent communication skills, great collaborations skills and be fluent in English.

What will you do
In this role, you will serve as a pivotal member of our product development team. You will be tasked with designing and integrating cutting-edge energy storage solutions that utilize the advanced capabilities of Volvo Group batteries. Your expertise and strategic partnerships will be essential in establishing the engineering foundation necessary to bring the vision for our battery energy storage systems to fruition. RF Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and driven RF Engineer to join our R&D team. You have an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in engineering physics, electrical engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in microwave engineering and/or cryogenic design. In this role, you will work closely with our internal engineering teams as well as with customers and partners. You’ll be involved in both hands-on development and in shaping the future direction of our technology. The “Regulatory Works” team within Emission Compliance department consists of two Regulatory Affairs Managers, who focus on lawmaking and lobbying activities for marine and industrial emission regulations, and two Regulation Engineers, who ensure compliance by integrating published regulations into Volvo Penta projects.
The department also includes dedicated teams for certification, post-certification, and regulatory works, along with country managers. This highly skilled team is spread across Sweden, U.S., China, and South Korea.

Vehicle Certification is part of the Complete Vehicle (CV) Organization within Group Trucks Technology (GTT). What you will do

In this role you will be responsible to build a strong quality and process team that will lead the quality assurance and development processes for the organization.
* Ensure that Quality Processes are developed, followed and undergo continuous improvement over time.
* Define and monitor KPIs, including performance dialogues.
* Ensure that Software and Electronics development processes run effectively, supporting both internal as well as external customer needs.

dSPACE jobbar som ett kompetensföretag snarare än ett konsultföretag. Fokus ligger på vad kunden vill ha för kompetens och lösning snarare än en person till varje uppdrag och kund vilket innebär att dina arbetsuppgifter blir varierande och givande. Responsibilities
We are now looking for our next Embedded Software Developer to join the team. In this role you will:
Collaborate with product owner and rest of the engineering team to break down product requirements into actionable tasks and milestones.
Design, develop, and debug software both for microcontrollers and embedded Linux platforms.
Add new features, maintain existing code, and developing products from scratch.
Work closely with hardware engineers to set hardware architectures and make optimal design choices.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
Create documentation for software designs, algorithms, etc.

About you
We believe you have solid knowledge and experience in developing low-level embedded systems. You have a ‘maker’ philosophy where you are not afraid to step outside your direct responsibilities to deliver on the teams’ goals.
You are used to debug firmware that interacts directly with the hardware, and knows the ins and outs of oscilloscopes, logic analysers and other testing tools.

About us
The department Energy Efficiency Centre belongs to Complete Vehicle Engineering and is responsible for leading Energy Efficiency within Research and Development. Aerodynamics is one of several attributes within the department.
At Aerodynamics, our purpose is to lead and guide Volvo Cars in Aerodynamics by integrating and optimizing the Aerodynamic capabilities of our future cars, with respect to the prerequisites of each car. We work closely together with other engineering departments and Product Design to develop the vehicle exterior as well as components and for increased energy efficiency and to achieve stable driving dynamics. Our assignment stretches from start-up of a product concepts to final validation, setting and confirming target fulfilment and product data. We are also involved in research and external collaborations together with national and international partners.

Your mission
Over time, you will be involved in all phases of the design and development of our products, including the pre-study work for vehicle programs. You will collaborate with Product Design and other areas affecting Aerodynamics. You will work with improving our products, setting data and be responsible for analysis work (physical and CAE).

You will also:
• Plan, prepare and perform CFD simulations and wind tunnel tests
• Develop new testing equipment and analysis methods
• Conduct analysis and create recommendations
• Contribute to the development of the group
• Represent and present the attribute in various foras and systems

About you

About the role
This is a central role in our quality strategy. You will be working together with another four PQLs, taking care of the quality in a wide area related to electrical and electronic components/systems and telematic services. You will be working with both software and hardware, and you will execute most of your work within the issue detection and pre-study areas.
We use different sources of data and information (i.e.: telematics, warranty, market reports, Technical Support, our dealer net, our brands, etc.) to identify quality issues and prioritize them according to their impact to our customers and our business. After that we prepare pre investigations containing technical details about the failure modes and their business impact. Next step is then to support the Product Owners in securing that appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Our typical goals are to identify important quality issues and protect customers as fast as possible. Hopefully we can find and mitigate those even before they become evident to the customers.
As a PQL you will also ensure communication on product quality and customer satisfaction within Volvo GTT and to our stakeholders.

Du kommer vidare att planera testningen och bestämma vilken data som behöver samlas in. Det innebär att välja lämplig mätutrustning som exempelvis accelerometrar, mikrofoner, eller avståndssensorer. Testerna kan variera från komponentjämförelse mätningar till hållbarhetstester och tester på kompletta drivlinor och fordon. Vidare kommer du ha en central roll i att utföra dataanalys och sammanställa resultaten i en testrapport.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic Verification Engineer to work with the Battery Management System testing!


Our team consists of colleagues passionate about verification and testing. The team operates in an open environment, perfect for collaboration, as well as labs. The mission of this team is to ensure that the Battery Management System (BMS) is functioning correctly in regards of safety, performance, and functional requirements. The day-to-day work is primarily conducted in a Hardware in the Loop (HIL) environment where we define and perform tests. We are also developing new test environments and rigs to meet the current and future testing demands.


Within the team’s scope, there are plans on increasing the automation of testing and development of methods and test requirements for the BMS area.


What is your scope within the test and verification department?


As a verification engineer within the team, you will play an active and important part in making sure that we meet our goals and create a sustainable product. You will be doing verifications of the BMS software as well as planning, performing, reporting, and follow-up different verification deliverables. Collaborating closely with the neighboring teams as well as the development teams, making sure that the new functions are tested in the most optimal and effective ways.

Infotainment test leader
As an Infotainment test leader, you are responsible for the verification of parts of the Infotainment systems as within Enabling Platform Verification Department, Feature Verification Team. The team consists of three main areas of responsibility; verification in domain and subsystem within Infotainment, Motion and ADAS. The teams focus is on sub-system as well in vehicle and function verification and delivers tested and reported SW into Integration activities
Responsibilities and tasks
• Be a part of making the verification plans within EPV area and be a part of test strategies creation.
• Lead the verification work in sub areas in the daily test activities in the Infotainment test team
• Involvement in the execution of testing for E2E
• Reporting test progress to the system owner in validation for the Infotainment verification area and project team. Also identify and escalate verification risks to management.

SEEL, Swedish Electric Transport Laboratory, is a collaboration between Chalmers and RISE for research and development of electromobility. SEEL is currently finalizing the establishment of three state-of-the-art testing facilities in Gothenburg, Nykvarn, and Borås. About the Role
As a test cell engineer, your role will involve planning, preparing and supporting the execution of tests, followed by evaluating and analyzing data before delivering it to our customers. Typical test objects include batteries, both as cells and as modules or complete battery packs. In Gothenburg, our team is also responsible for a lab for charging functions. Expected operational and strategic tasks may include:

- Developing, maintaining, and executing test methods for the aforementioned test objects
- Conducting and supporting risk assessments related to electrical safety
- Maintaining contact with suppliers of laboratory equipment
- Keeping laboratory equipment up-to-date to meet future needs and acting as an advisor for future investments
- Developing test automation systems to optimize usage
- Maintaining all necessary documentation in the laboratory environment

Who You Are
We are looking for a test cell engineer with at least a few years of experience in testing components or systems related to the automotive industry, preferably with experience in battery testing. Your practical experience is essential, also your understanding of typical test objects and measurement techniques. Knowledge of communication protocols in vehicles and automation systems (such as MORPHEE, PUMA, or similar) and programming (Python, C++, or CAPL) is also necessary for succeed in this role.

Your educational background is in electronics, mechanical engineering, or within related field. We communicate in Swedish and/or English, so you need to be fluent in at least one of the languages. Driver's license B is mandatory. As a person, you are driven, eager to learn, and have the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and tasks. You are a team player with a strong interest in developing both yourself and others.

Who are you?

You will be part of a team responsible for a test automation framework used to verify HMI features at ECU (Electronic Control Units) level.
