About the Platforms team
The Platforms team at LumenRadio consists of dedicated engineers, laying a stable foundation for LumenRadio's product portfolio. The team selects, refines and develops technology into a platform used by our product development teams. We are currently seeking an Embedded DevOps Engineer to oversee our test environment, test processes, unit tests, HIL tests, and test beds. You will play a central role, supporting the entire R&D department and influencing our quality and test practices significantly. With our unique products and technologies, there are few ready-made test solutions available. As such, you will be the expert in identifying and developing the best and most suitable solutions.
You will be part of a cross-functional team that includes Embedded Software Developers, Electronics Design Engineers, and a Production Test Engineer, all focusing extensively on quality. In our R&D department, all engineers share responsibility for QA without a dedicated department. This positions you as the frontline leader in QA efforts, collaborating closely with various product development teams to innovate and implement solutions based on your expertise.

Your future
We are looking for our next Embedded Software Developer to join our product development team withinBuilding & Infrastructure Control Systems. In this role, you will take on senior responsibilities and be accountable for new development projects as well as maintenance assignments on system level, e.g. drawing up requirement specifications, pre-studies, proposals, system design, system testing (QA) and acceptance test. You will also plan and execute product/project plans and drive process improvements.

We are now looking for our next Embedded Software Developer to join the team. In this role you will:

- Collaborate with product owner and rest of the engineering team to break down product requirements into actionable tasks and milestones.

- Design, develop, and debug software both for microcontrollers and embedded Linux platforms.

- Add new features, maintain existing code, and developing products from scratch.

As a Sales Manager Nordic HVAC & Building Automation, you will be responsible for identifying new sales prospects, building a network, and creating new sales and long-term relationships with our customers. Your daily work will include customer visits, attending different network forums, industry events, and trade shows. We are in an expansive phase and are now looking for a Hardware Test Engineer for our hardware products within lighting-, building-, and industrial automation. We are looking for you with a genuine interest in technology and a broad experience of measuring- and testing tools and methods within electronics and hardware. In this role you will have the overall responsibility for the test stations for both circuit test fixtures and for end product functional testing.

You will work closely with our contract manufacturers, and make sure everything is up and running and works smoothly. We have a couple of test stations in-house and the rest of the test stations are out-sourced to subcontractors.
