Requirements:
Academic degree within Electrical Engineering with focus on high frequency electronics
Work Experience in:

Basic knowledge of 3D-modeling
The ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Huawei Gothenburg research center seeks a Photonics Engineer in Microwave Photonics and/or PIC research. As a technical expert, you are expected to participate in and lead photonics research, a core business area for Huawei. We are currently looking for a Digitalization Engineering Expert/MBSE Expert to strengthen our systems engineering infrastructure and accelerate our development processes for safety critical systems. This expert extends our engineering process infrastructure to enable robust MBSE and Model-Based Design (MBD), with bi-directional traceability from product requirements to validation. Given the extreme safety-criticality of autonomous driving applications, the MBSE infrastructure will form the safety-critical backbone of our automotive solutions, and will support continuous improvement of our agile development methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:

- Act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of model-based systems engineering, including developing appropriately tailored simulation & analysis methods to generate robust requirements for defensive driving and other complex autonomy behaviors;

- In the industry digital design tools, methods, and processes, from the product requirement -> system-level system architecture design -> system simulation modeling -> cases of the detailed design verification, and achieve end-to-end digital design, final substituting virtual prototype for physical prototype verification, and improve the development efficiency.

- Constructs a digital twin environment, streamlining and development and production, procurement, supply chain, data flow, and implement research and development to the back-end seamless transition.

- Research MBSE, RFLP, Digital Twin technologies, such as model-based collaborative development environment, and modelling languages e.g., Modelica and SysML, build an end-to-end (including research and development, supply, manufacturing and delivery) of the shared data source and structured development process.

Job Requirements:

- MSc. or Ph.D degree in robotics, mechatronics or other automation-centric field, including systems engineering, control engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, robotics, or a related engineering field;
- 8 years of experience in MBSE, including experience using MBSE in highly-regulated safety-critical industries like automotive, aerospace and defense, or medical robotics;

- Deep competence in at least one core robotics and autonomy discipline, especially systems control, system architecture, embedded software, or artificial intelligence & machine learning (AI/ML); Strong knowledge and experience in safety systems/cyber physical systems

- Experience integrating optimization-based methodologies into architecture design and analysis;

- Familiar with SysML modeling tools such as Sparx EA, or Dassault CSM or IBM Rhapsody ;

- UPDM (Unified Platform for DoDAF and MoDAF) and (SoS -System of Systems) modeling experience and embedded software development experience in an MBSE-centric framework, including use of autocode tools like Matlab-Simulink.

About us - SW & Electronics Core System (ART SWECS)
In the execution of our development strategy, there is a need of a focus on balancing and securing the system characteristics for the Core System with all applications (i.e. “SW-on-HW Core System”). The distributed way of working will stress the need of centralized guidance and quality assurance.

This centralized guidance is driven by SW & Electronics Core System (ART SWECS) with the main tasks of:
•    Set, guide, drive and guard the coherence to the Strategies & Architecture ensuring the Core System quality and performance.

What you’ll do
At Electrical Performance we focus on customer benefit throughout the service life of the car with respect to reliability, safety and availability related to the electrical system and its hardware. We provide requirements to design departments and give technical support to function, system and complete vehicle in order to reach the attribute target. We predict attribute status based on requirement fulfilment during the development phase and we verify, mainly on complete vehicle, before start-of-production. We continuously develop and benchmark our requirement set, physically, virtually and networking internationally eg through participating in international standardization working groups.

As Attribute Architect you will lead the strategic development of the Attribute based on today’s and future customer needs. This is a new role, strongly connected to the complete vehicle sub-team, with purpose to speed up strategic development. You will set the goals for the strategic work and drive the continuous strategic planning including roadmap and related features. Your focus areas will include:
-    Gathering of field data

About us - SW & Electronics Core System (ART SWECS)
In the execution of our development strategy, there is a need of a focus on balancing and securing the system characteristics for the Core System with all applications (i.e. “SW-on-HW Core System”). The distributed way of working will stress the need of centralized guidance and quality assurance.

This centralized guidance is driven by SW & Electronics Core System (ART SWECS) with the main tasks of:
•    Set, guide, drive and guard the coherence to the Strategies & Architecture ensuring the Core System quality and performance.
•    Manage and balance shared Core System resources.

What will you do?
We are currently looking for a Product Owner for the Applied Network Communication team within ART SWECS that will lead the work to maximize value-added work by owning and deciding upon priorities in the Team Backlog from a business perspective.
Your will: own, build, prioritize, decide and refine team backlog supporting the roadmap of the Core System, lead our Team together with Team Manager and Scrum Master, work with Product Managers and other Product Owners to define and maintain the team backlog, maintain a dialog with all our Stakeholders both for team intake and as a team ambassador and validate backlog items making sure they meet the acceptance criteria and definition of done (DoD) for our teams.

About our R&D - Platform Integration & Release

Role Description

The EDS Doors, Roof, Bumpers, Tailgate & Main Battery team exist within the complete Agile Release Train - ART ‘EI - Electrical Infrastructure’. This team is responsible for the mechanical design and development of a vehicles electrical 'nervous' system, called wiring harnesses, particularly bumpers and tailgate harnesses. What you’ll do
A position is now available as a Wiring Harness Design Engineer to help us define and develop our future galvanic electrical structure. The engineer’s responsibility is to design and develop the harnesses located within the bumpers and tailgate area. The job entails mechanically routing or physically connecting electrical components with wiring bundles, fulfilling numerous requirements and guidelines from Electrical performance, EMC and making sure that the end product is of high quality, can be manufactured by suppliers and assembled with ease in vehicle assembly plants.  

The work includes, but is by no means limited to, the design and development of virtual harness models, creating corresponding 2D/3D drawings for specification, coordinating with suppliers making sure that they deliver top quality harnesses manufactured based on the design, as well as, verification of harnesses to make sure that the solutions work robustly as intended. Working in a highly effective team, you strive to continually develop yourself and the team; you contribute in developing new ways of working to be at the forefront of industry.

About us - SW & Electronics Core System (ART SWECS)
In the execution of our development strategy, there is a need of a focus on balancing and securing the system characteristics for the Core System with all applications (i.e. “SW-on-HW Core System”). The distributed way of working will stress the need of centralized guidance and quality assurance.
This centralized guidance is hosted and driven from SW & Electronics Core System (ART SWECS) with the main tasks of:
•    Set, guide, drive and guard the coherence to the Strategies & Architecture ensuring the Core System quality and performance.
•    Manage and balance shared Core System resources.
•    Ensure integration, test, trouble shooting and optimization for the shared Core System resources.
•    Run release- and life cycle management.
To support this, the structural/organizational setup will initially have 3 types of teams. One in each of the areas Architecture, Integration and Release, each led by one PO and coached by a Scrum master. The manning of those teams is handled by a Team Manager.
What you’ll do 
You will be a part of a scrum teams using agile way of working and SAFe methodology, creating and running a software operation arena to drive and synchronize the Software Integration in alignment with systemization of the currently developed Core System. You will run troubleshooting of the system, develop test and test environments/riggs, fitting the purpose including setting up and continuously visualize technical KPI’s, strategies, priorities. In essence you will, together with the System Architects constitute the technical lead across the Core System, securing performance, minimizing the short- and long-term technical debt and build a culture of collaboration and integration pull.
You and your skills
You have a M. Sc in Electrical or Software Engineering or similar relevant experience. Relevant experience of the art of Integration (SW and HW) or CI, designing/running a subset of tests, measurements and visualization of results and trends for fast feedback to application owners and developers. This includes trouble shooting, regression-tests and verification of characteristics (complete test scope), giving input to formal release (incl. documentation). You are experienced in SW Integration management, used to create and drive Integration anatomy, write and implement automated test cases, measure and visualize measurement results all based on what new SW/functions to integrate, in what order, on what CPU, within the Core System.
Meritorious:
A strong technical background or proven ability to work with Embedded Linux, QNX Development and general POSIX. Experience in development of efficient Software test methods, including automatization and integration testing, setting up and execute a CI flow. The Verification engineers’ main tasks are to develop test methods (primarily manually executed but also some automation), integration work, develop simulations and verify the entertainment/telematics products on system level.

To orchestrate such a huge software-centric system, we need a computer that is powerful enough to carry all features from control loops to AI/Machine Learning capabilities. Our strategic and operational work on our SW & Electronics Core System plays an important role in enabling this transformation. In this quest of pushing the boundaries we need people with competence and knowhow within development of complex Software and Embedded System.
About us - SW & Electronics Core System (ART SWECS)
In the execution of our development strategy, there is a need of a focus on balancing and securing the system characteristics for the Core System with all applications (i.e. “SW-on-HW Core System”). The distributed way of working will stress the need of centralized guidance and quality assurance.
This centralized guidance is hosted and driven from SW & Electronics Core System (ART SWECS) with the main tasks of:
•    Set, guide, drive and guard the coherence to the Strategies & Architecture ensuring the Core System quality and performance.
•    Manage and balance shared Core System resources.
•    Ensure integration, test, trouble shooting and optimization for the shared Core System resources.
•    Run release- and life cycle management.
To support this, the structural/organizational setup will initially have 3 types of teams. One in each of the areas Architecture, Integration and Release, each led by one PO and coached by a Scrum master. The manning of those teams is handled by a Team Manager.
What you’ll do 
You will be a part of a scrum teams using agile way of working and SAFe methodology, creating and running a software operation arena to drive and synchronize the Software Integration in alignment with systemization of the currently developed Core System. You will run troubleshooting of the system, develop test and test environments/riggs, fitting the purpose including setting up and continuously visualize technical KPI’s, strategies, priorities. In essence you will, together with the System Architects constitute the technical lead across the Core System, securing performance, minimizing the short- and long-term technical debt and build a culture of collaboration and integration pull.
You and your skills
You have a M. Sc in Electrical or Software Engineering or similar relevant experience. Relevant experience of the art of Integration (SW and HW) or CI, designing/running a subset of tests, measurements and visualization of results and trends for fast feedback to application owners and developers. This includes trouble shooting, regression-tests and verification of characteristics (complete test scope), giving input to formal release (incl. documentation). You are experienced in SW Integration management, used to create and drive Integration anatomy, write and implement automated test cases, measure and visualize measurement results all based on what new SW/functions to integrate, in what order, on what CPU, within the Core System.
Meritorious:
A strong technical background or proven ability to work with Embedded Linux, QNX Development and general POSIX. Experience in development of efficient Software test methods, including automatization and integration testing, setting up and execute a CI flow. Experience from working with platform features in embedded systems, of full software development lifecycle, problem definition, design, development and release.

We are searching for a candidate with great knowledge within Ericsson Packet core products, with both EPG and MME experience. We believe you have a master education in Telecom and is used to Linux/Unix environment. You have a keen understanding of IP protocols and IP-based routing. Your English is fluent.
