Your role

As a Business Controller at Surface Sensor Solutions, you will play an important role and work with our programs and the operation as a whole. Your overall goal will be to generate a positive business impact, provide early indicators to management and secure that Saabs accounting rules are followed. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Business Control Surface Sensor Solutions, you will also be a key member of the Finance Team and work closely together with the program managers.

Your main responsibilities are:

* Be a co-pilot to the program managers in financial matters

Your role


As a Strategic Purchaser, you will be part of a team driving the strategic agenda in relation to key suppliers and cutting-edge technology for Saab Surveillance's products. You will have an account responsibility for strategic suppliers, meaning commercial responsibility to secure optimized business solutions for Saab. You will work closely with production, product management, product design and suppliers to align requirements and find opportunities to add value for Saab in terms of quality, cost and technology. You will also be responsible for supplier performance, supporting the organization for escalated issues.

Our Strategic Purchasers have an important role in development projects to drive sourcing activities and commercially sound decisions within each project. Your responsibilities are to focus on long-term cost activities, set up supplier agreements, and continuously govern and improve cooperation with our suppliers.

In this role you might also be assigned to specific projects, such as strategic make-buy decisions or localization of supply chain in strategic countries.

Category Procurement


As a Strategic Purchaser you work within one of our categories across Saab Surveillance's four sites in Gothenburg, Huskvarna, Järfälla and Arboga. The category teams each consists of Strategic and Operative purchasers, 10-15 persons located at the different sites. Produktionsenheten för Microwave, Power and Digital Test ansvarar för montering, provning och mikrovågsprovning av enheter som sitter i ett flertal av våra system. Vi har en bred produktportfölj som gör att det är en utmaning då vi jobbar med både nyproduktion samt service och garantiåtagande.

Du kommer att bli en del av vårt produktionsteam som ansvarar för montering och provning av mikrovågsprodukter, kretskort och kraftkort för våra olika radarsystem.

Som provare inom mikrovågsproduktionen ansvarar du för trimning, provning och felsökning av olika delar till våra radarsystem.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av mikrovågsprovning. Du ska ha en god instrumentförståelse då vissa tester kräver byggnation av testplats.

Delar av arbetet görs i mätriggar, men även manuella mätningar och uppkopplingar förekommer ofta. Instrumenten som används är allt ifrån universalinstrument till nätverksanalysatorer. Vi ser gärna att du har en teknisk utbildning/bakgrund.

Your Role

As Managing Director for the company and Head of the Product Area Air Traffic Management Tower Systems (ATM TS), you will lead our software centric business to stay the market leader in ATM systems at airports, both traditional tower solutions and digital/remote solutions, securing safe movements of aircrafts at the airports.

The section responsibility lies within multiple sensor and communication systems, both internally designed and purchased systems for our Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) products. Being part of our senior strategic sourcing team, you will be a key enabler for integrating Sales, Project Management and Suppliers in customer tenders to achieve competitive businesses and customer satisfaction.


Your role

As Senior strategic purchaser within Procurement at Business Area Surveillance at Saab, you will be part of our strategic team and work closely with Sales Management and bid-teams to flow down customer requirements into Supplier contracts.

You will act as lead in the Programs for large sourcing cases for complex systems for Saabs major projects within the Business Unit Surface Sensor Solutions and/or Airborne Early Warning and be commercial responsible for supplier contracts, compliance towards these contracts as well as maintaining Supplier Relationship Management with the most strategic suppliers.

Join our Core Team as a QA engineer and ensure product quality for our clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, assess risk, and design test activities. Din profil

Vi tror att du har flera års erfarenhet av systemkonstruktion mekanik eller som beräkningsingenjör. Du har intresse för systemdesign som ett tvärdisciplinärt arbete och har förmågan att med hjälp av överslagsberäkningar göra bedömningar om en konstruktions hållfasthetsegenskaper. Vi ser att du har god kännedom om att arbeta med kravnedbrytning och ett strukturerat arbetssätt och vana att ta fram teknisk dokumentation. Vi tror vidare att du har:

Business Unit Surface Sensor Solutions is responsible for profit & loss of Surface Sensor Solutions portfolio, including both systems sales and services business. We are around 1900 employees, operating in an international environment.

The system safety team is looking for a new colleague in times of many interesting projects. Is it you we are looking for? Your role

The person we are looking for will primarily be a part of our Giraffe AMB and Arthur Integration and Verification team. Today we are 13 people working with integration and verification of our projects, and customer releases as well as demos to potential customers and supporting integration of our product into system solutions. The work is both in a laboratory environment as well as in field with the complete sensor system.

An important factor is feedback and communication. To find recommendations and modification to improve performance. A key to ensure a robust product that fulfills our customers needs.

You will work closely with project management and system responsible to set expectations and meet deadlines. You will also work closely with engineering teams to build solutions to meet client needs. Your role covers analyzing requirements and design verification tests and perform formal verification and acceptance test together with our customer. You will also assist installation and service activities at our customer.

Your profile

Integration of complex systems covers a lot of expertise and a variation of competences.

If you want take on this job you have a couple of years experience in a relevant field. An education within software, electronics, mechatronics and/or computer engineering is preferred. You can plan and lead integration. It is beneficial if you are familiar with communication networks and computer platforms. A bit of practical experience of hardware for trucks, support systems and computers are preferred. Drivers license (B) is required.

You like to work in teams and solve complex problems with others. You have a personal need of variation and see it as a challenge to face new problems. There will be travelling to our customers in this role so you need to be communicative in text and speech for both Swedish and English.

Din roll

Våra team ansvarar för utveckling av all mekanik och kablage till Saab Surveillance samtliga flyga radarsystem. Vi är nu i den lyckosamma situationen att vi har väldigt många kunder som vill ha våra lösningar och vi behöver därför bli fler.

Till teamet söker vi dig som vill arbeta med utveckling inom ovan angivna teknikområden. Arbetet bedrivs vanligtvis i projektform i agila team med produktfokus, vilket kommer att innebära ett nära samarbete med konstruktörer från andra teknikområden.

Tjänsten består i att utveckla mekanikkonstruktionslösningar i olika enheter, på enhets- och systemnivå för gruppens produkter inom Surveillance i Göteborg. Verktyg som vi använder är CAD-verktyget Creo och PDM-verktyget IFS. För att lyckas har vi ett nära samarbete med inköp, produktion och övriga konstruktionsinstanser.

Vår tillverkningsenhet inom Production är idag indelad i Agile Manufacturing samt Lean Manufacturing and Logistics. I dessa tillverkningsenheter producerar vi merparten av de artiklar, enheter och kablage som vi monterar samman och verifierar för leverans till våra kunder. Delar av vår tillverkning genomförs i det vi kallar Renrum där särskilda krav på renhet råder. Som produktionstekniker arbetar du nära operatörer och tillverkningschefer i en del av vårt tillverkningsflöde samt kommer ingå en större grupp av produktionstekniker där ni stöttar och hjälper varandra.

I rollen ingår att ha produktkännedom, förstå tillverkningsflödet, analysera avvikelser och identifiera förbättringar så att vi bidrar till att leverera kvalitet från första exemplar.

Du kommer organisatoriskt tillhöra gruppen Production Engineering som idag består av 20 personer varav 15 st produktionstekniker som samt 5 st Driftstekniker. Som del i teknikerteamet ansvarar du för produkt- och tillverkningsrelaterade frågor inom det tillverkningsområde du supporterar. Utöver ditt produktionstekniska ansvar förväntas du även tillsammans med kollegorna inom Production Engineering och tillverkningsinstanserna vara med på resan att skapa en produktion med Agile respektive Lean-principer.

Vi arbetar med allt från studier och framtagande av koncept till deltagande av installation av färdiga produkter. Your role

The work is of an event driven nature where both initiative and the ability to evaluate situations and options are needed, sometimes in a time critical manner. As Customer Project Manager you will take full responsibility for all project management aspects including:

* Project definition and bid preparations
* Active sales team member, including team interaction with customers and partners as well as Marketing Area and Saab management

Within Surface Sensor Solutions the Project Management offices are responsible for executing all won contracts and base projects with the main task to secure good profitability, cash flow, delivery precision, quality and customer satisfaction over time. The project management offices are working closely with Marketing & Sales to win our business and with Engineering and Sourcing & Production to deliver our contracts.

Your profile

You have a technical background and leadership experience with focus on business and customer understanding. Highly qualifying is if you have a financial understanding and experience from project management and contract negotiations. You are comfortable working both independently within your field of competence as well as with other interfaces in order to secure quality, to meet directives and deadlines. You are a team player, willing to walk the extra mile for your team and its objectives. You are not afraid of helping out operationally in the project if needed for the project to succeed.

You will be part of Business Unit Airborne Early Warning Quality Management team at BA Surveillance. We are a mixed group where everybody's opinion is valued and the differences make out the basis for our progress.



As a Quality Manager, you will be the expert when it comes to quality management and operational development, supporting the Management Teams with quality initiatives, as well as act as quality support for Line Managers, employees and product development teams within the organisation. In modern radar and electronic warfare sensors the digital domain is pushed closer to the antenna aperture. With digital antenna arrays the systems must be able to handle extreme data throughput. Today it is a challenge to develop this technology, to realize when to use it and how to implement it in a cost-effective way.

The department Antenna Core Platform is responsible for developing expertise and solutions to support Saab Surveillance in this challenge of becoming more modular, enabling faster time to market and achieve a more efficient development. Today we are developing a platform that addresses these challenges. Antenna Core Platform continuously develop this platform and also work proactively in defining new ones. Antenna Core Platform also work directly with customer specific needs within customer contracts.

As a member of our management team, you lead the operations of your group and contribute to the department's goals and strategies. You will be a part of a management group with experienced and helpful colleagues who support each other in the daily work. As Manager of Computer Digital Electronics Design, you will report to the Head of Antenna Core Platform and you will be a part of the management team of the department.
