Your role

As a CMMC & CE+ Compliance Officer within the Group IT Compliance Office, you will play a key role in ensuring Saab's compliance with international defence-related cybersecurity standards such as Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+), and potentially DefStan.
These frameworks are essential to Saab's ability to operate in global defence markets. In this role, you will ensure that compliance is not treated as a one?time effort, but as an embedded, operational capability integrated into everyday IT operations.
You will act as a bridge between governance, risk management, technical security, and audit readiness across defence?related cybersecurity standards
Core Purpose of the Role, ensures that:

Security controls are designed, implemented, documented, and operating effectively


The organization remains audit?ready at all times


IT operations align with regulatory, contractual, and customer specific cybersecurity requirements


Compliance is sustainable, scalable, and continuously improved

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You are a structured and highly organized professional with hands?on experience in cybersecurity compliance and regulatory frameworks. You thrive in complex environments where security, traceability, and governance are mission?critical.
You are collaborative and pragmatic, comfortable working across organizational and geographical boundaries, and confident in driving change while maintaining trust.

Qualifications

Experience working with CMMC, Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+), or comparable cybersecurity standards is required (Relevant certifications are highly valued)


Proven experience in information security governance, preferably aligned with ISO/IEC 27001


Strong understanding of on?premises, hybrid, and public cloud environments


Experience designing and documenting standard operating procedures that leverage digital tools, AI, or automation to improve consistency and productivity


Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable technical controls and guidance for IT teams


Excellent written and verbal communication skills - all communication is conducted in English

Avdelningen utveckling och styrning består av fem enheter, juridik, IT och digitalisering, kommunikation, upphandling och inköp samt kvalitet. Avdelningen ansvarar för att samordna och utveckla förvaltningsgemensam styrning, administration och ledningsstöd samt lägga grunden till gemensam systematik, struktur, och gemensamma arbetssätt/processer. About you:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Computerized Systems Validation and IT Regulatory Compliance specialist with a proven track record of IT Regulatory Compliance knowledge and experiences in the context of Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries.
The role holder is the key point of advisory for IT Regulatory Compliance matters at Global IT. The role holder joins Global IT projects taking the Validation Coordinator role. This is to plan and control Computerized Systems Validation or infrastructure qualification efforts addressing IT regulatory requirements and other IT related authority-based requirements (e.g. FDA Part 11, MDR- SaMD, GDPR,).
Further the position is controlling the compliance of systems, infrastructure settings, IT Processes, and 3rd party suppliers through conducting periodic reviews and audits when needed.
The role holder is updating Global IT Policies, procedures, and working instructions in collaboration with other stakeholders within Mölnlycke, e.g. QA, Legal, R&D to ensure that the Global IT is complaint with all relevant external and internal requirements.
The role holder owns the structure of the CSV repository, together with the training program for CSV.


Key accountabilities for the role:
Improve and maintain the CSV Policy, Procedure, WI, and Forms.
Coordinate CSV efforts in Global Projects assuring that the systems are validated for their intended use – Escalate to SDL and IT Dir. RSC in case of noncompliance.
Conduct Regulatory Risk Assessments and help projects identify regulatory, privacy and other risks, and developing mitigation plans.
Conduct independent Periodic Reviews and audits of IT complaints to regulatory requirements focusing on systems, infrastructure components, 3rd party suppliers, and processes.
Coordinate all internal and external IT Regulatory Compliance related audit efforts when Mölnlycke IT gets audited.
Own and lead all IT related NC efforts from planning towards closer through collaboration with QA and follow ups with relevant NC owners within IT.
Own the structure of the CSV repository tool – assure the availability of CSV evidence there
Own the CSV/IT Compliance training program – Offer training in CSV.
Act as senior validation coordinator for key global systems to help maintaining the validation status of the system(s) through change control efforts.
Lead CSV improvement projects in collaboration with key stakeholders within Mölnlycke, e.g. QA, Legal, R&D, People.
Continually watch the area of IT regulatory compliance and act as Senior SME in CSV / IT Compliance matters.
Collaborate with other relevant IT teams, e.g. Architecture, Security, Service Management to assure that all relevant regulatory requirements on other IT areas are defined and addressed through relevant IT processes and solutions.

The Information Cybersecurity Engineer contributes in the identification and management of potential security risks in the digital environment by implementing security controls based upon security framework and vendor specific objectives. Furthermore, review remediation action plans to mitigate cybersecurity risks. This assignment manages complex projects and processes that identify potential future risks by assessing the clients IT-Infrastructure, compliance to cyber security and risk industry trends and consistently working in close conjunction with the client to minimize possible risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Required Qualifications

We are currently looking for a Security Officer to improve our Security Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for the Polestar IT landscape worldwide.

If you are reading this, you probably already know that Polestar is an electric performance car brand. We work hard to create a unique experience for the customer, owner, and driver. The thrill of driving the car, the digital experience of buying, owning, and controlling a Polestar require us to push the limits of technology and software development. Sustainability has been there from the beginning, and we have set a moonshot goal for climate-neutral cars in 2030. The Information Security Department

The Information Security department in Polestar is expanding as the company is growing. Polestar is active in many countries and more markets will come at a rapid pace. The IT landscape complexity is growing and in Information Security we need to keep the company safe from a diverse set of threats. The main threats are cybersecurity-related and to protect against that a solid foundation of security practices is needed.

The department is organized in several areas. This role will be in the Security Competence Support area that is supporting the Polestar organization with security processes and skills. The idea is to build a network of Security Champions in the development organization and work with and through them to secure the IT landscape by defining and perform the roll-out of an SDLC where you will play a central role.

The other areas in the InfoSec department will provide other specialized skills, like cryptography, Red Team/Pen testing, Security Architecture, and Privacy to name a few. People that are interested in security sometimes have a somewhat diverse background and skill base. So will your colleagues and we will all complement each other.

About the role

The role will have as a main mission to set up SDLC in many of the teams and work with the delivery units in Polestar and guide them on what to do in information and cyber security as part of their development. You will use Threat Modeling as the main tool to bring awareness of the need for SDLC practices and then help the teams scope and assess risks and mitigations. Then as a next step, rollout SDLC practices as Secure Coding, different analysis tools, etc.

In Polestar we are still a new company. You will need to be able to both work with SDLC and also chip in and bring your superpowers to use in other areas. You will report to the CISO of Polestar.

What you will do

Define and rollout an SDLC process that balances speed with risk. Polestar is a fast-moving company so the security practices you select for rollout will have to be efficient and concrete.

Assist in the training of users and InfoSec staff in SDLC in “on the job” fashion with workshops or short training sessions to give a group of developer’s new insights

Balance security with convenience. If practice becomes too cumbersome, users will find ways around it. We must focus on the efficiency of the employees as we are still a small organization and all the employee's time is crucial to protect.

Threat watch is essential. This is, of course, a collective thing but you need to take special care of the threats for the department you currently are helping, like Ransomware or even Internal Fraud risk in the finance area. We are about to launch Threat Modeling as a great way to put the finger on areas that are sensitive in a way that people can understand. There is an infinite number of good practices out there, but the real risks based on a real threat agent using a vulnerability are a different thing. So, you need to master the difference between risks and vulnerability.

Together with the CISO and other colleagues in the same role, you will be responsible for the SDLC with all the practices and guidelines targeting the developers and other stakeholders involved.

In many countries, legislation is driving investments into the security area. Data protection, privacy, and car-related legislation are on the rise and it is part of the job to ensure that we are compliant in full and SDLC is needed in order to comply. But we do not do it for compliance only, our main mission is to have state-of-the-art security and not a paper product.

We are looking for dedicated Security Architects to expand the security community at WirelessCar. You will be part of an agile release train and together with several development teams you will ensure that we deliver secure services to our global customers.

In your daily work you will be using your experience of secure software development to define the security architecture of the solution based on the requirements that you discover together with our customer. You will team up with Solution Architects, Product Owners and Software Engineers in the agile release train and support them with the implementation of the security architecture in solutions for new digital automotive services as well as driving the security risk management for the solutions. For you to fully enjoy this opportunity, we believe that you have a background in software or information technology with at least a Master’s Degree or equivalent.

You have a long professional experience in Privacy Engineering and an excellent knowledge in and hands-on experience of software development and software architecture (embedded and/or cloud). You have a proven ability to analyze and make recommendations for technical design, to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and to drive continuous improvements.

You have a strong passion about protecting the privacy of the customer combined with a business acumen and technical know-how that allows you to help the organization to find ways to use relevant data in a responsible way through Privacy Engineering.

You have an excellent knowledge of data protection matters under EU data protection law and preferably also under California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), a good understanding of privacy transparency requirements and good communication and training skills to educate developers and managers throughout R&D on the topic. An internationally recognized privacy certification such as Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) or similar is considered a merit.

Din roll som Metodikstöd

I din roll hos oss kommer du stödja kunden i deras arbete att granska IT-system ur ett säkerhetsperspektiv innan de tas i drift genom att säkerställa att de uppfyller gällande krav och regelverk. Vi hjälper kunden att planera deras IT-informationssäkerhetsarbete för att utveckla säkra system genom att skapa en säkerhetsmålsättning baserat på krav från olika källor t.ex. ISO27001/2, KSF och GDPR. Uppdragen spänner sig över systemets hela livscykel, från kravställning till uppföljning och driftsättning.



Du kommer få möjlighet att utvecklas tillsammans med kunniga kollegor och vi satsar stort på kompetensutveckling samt erfarenhetsutbyte i en kreativ miljö!

Våra kunder i regionen finns främst inom försvarsindustri där vi arbetar med åtagande för kunds räkning i våra egna lokaler alternativt placerad ute hos någon av våra kunder. Tjänsten innebär arbete som omfattas av försvarssekretess. Därför krävs att du genomför och godkänns i en säkerhetsprövning gjord av myndighet.

Agile Transformation Coach
CEVT has since some time started to implement agile methods in key parts of the organisation,
Agile philosophy and methods are growing and becoming increasingly important at CEVT, and in this role you will play a key role in leading us forward on this journey and assure commonality across the organisation.

You will lead crossfunctional team of coaches and experts with the purpose to further develop an agile organisation. You will connect with and support representatives from different parts of our organistion and be our front figure in agile method development – making sure that CEVT develops agile philosophy, standards, methods and tools that is pragmatic and suitable for our business.

The role also includes responsibility to plan and develop training according to needs that arise.

As our Agile front figure you also have an important role in communicating with senior management in the company regarding agile implementation and philosophy.

You will belong to the Business Excellence & Corporate Strategy team at CEVT and report to the VP Business Excellence & Corporate Strategy.
