We are currently looking for a Product Owner, Basic Software to join our Powertrain Engineering Controls & Software department.
Powertrain Engineering at CEVT is responsible development of new global electrified powertrains from the early concept phase to industrialization. Our organization plays an important role since these systems will continue to be the main technologies for the Geely group going forward. CEVT is an important innovation center in the Geely Group, which brings a great opportunity to contribute to innovating new technology for future powertrains to be used across brands in the Geely Group.

As Product Owner, you will work in an organization using agile software development environment. The pace is high, and the work is within all development steps from idea creation, requirements definition, implementation and verification.

You will work closely with the Scrum Team ensuring understanding of items in the Product Backlog. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. Providing clarity on different types of product backlog items (deliverables, tasks) by ensuring clear acceptance criteria is an important aspect of the role. Work in close cooperation with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog. This means the position requires outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.

The position requires good overall knowledge of agile software development and product owner role and responsibilities as well as overall knowledge of embedded control systems and model-based function development within Powertrain engineering domain.
Furthermore you need to have good knowledge of electronic designs using automotive micro controllers, experience of reading electronic circuit diagrams and component datasheets.

To be successful in this role we also believe you have the following:
* BS or MS in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic, Physics or related engineering field
* Good overall knowledge and at least 5 years' experience of embedded software development in C-language
* In-depth knowledge and experience of Autosar, if you are an expert configuring Autosar, that would be ideal.

CEVT Powertrain Engineering in Gothenburg Sweden has developed a simulation tool based on GT-Suite to work on powertrain concepts in a vehicle environment. The Powertrain Systems Simulation tool is already capable of making complete hybrid vehicle simulations and support development of powertrain systems and components.
Role description

As a CAE Engineer working with 1-D simulations, you will analyze powertrain systems with customer attributes in focus. Components like engine, transmission, battery, electric motor and cooling systems are all important to meet various legal and customer requirements in different driving conditions. Your main task will be to use and support the development of the simulation tool, and to work on concept development of new powertrain systems including engine, transmission and hybrid components.
In this role you will be part of an agile and experienced international team with members in Sweden and China. The work culture is characterized by teamwork, ambition and can-do spirit.

Tasks and responsibilities
* Produce and analyze simulation results using 1D simulation tools for vehicle attribute evaluation
* Develop powertrain component models in GT Suite
* Correlate simulation results and measurement data
* Coordinate the simulation results with project teams and other CAE teams at CEVT / GEELY and VCC
* Communicate with the team members in our Swedish as well as Chinese office (Hangzhou Bay)
* Communicate results and concept proposals with line management, powertrain and vehicle project teams at CEVT / GEELY / VCC as well as suppliers.


Needed Competencies/Skills
* M.Sc. in Mechanical-, Applied Physics-, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
* Minimum 2 years of experience from similar work tasks within the automotive area
* Knowledge of 1D-simulations in conventional as well as in hybrid vehicles
* Experience of GT-SUITE in general; focus on GT-Power and GT-Drive
* Fluent in English is mandatory. Swedish or Chinese language is a strong merit.

We are recruiting a Product Owner for the global consumer Mobile App platform, to support the Europe launch of Lynk & Co.

Lead Technical Training Europe
Imagine a new cool lifestyle brand with a car soon to be launched in Europe, and connected to that new ways of thinking around mobility.
To make the launch a success one important part is to provide the service network, which is responsible for keeping the product operational, with technical training. This will soon be reality!
As the Lead for Technical training, you will be responsible for building up a training organization to provide technical training for the Lynk & Co aftersales network in Europe.
Our aftersales network includes workshops which will provide service and repair to Lynk & Co cars, as well as other networks needed to provide aftersales services to our customers.
The technical training will contain branding, way of working, vehicle and services. The work will also include the rollout of the processes and systems in workshops.
You will also work very close to the central training department in Lynk & Co that is building the complete training module with process and system within the company.
The target group for Technical support will primarily be the technicians in the network but also the supporting functions as call center or any other partner that needs technical support.
We are now looking for a great leader to develop this support team in order to offer efficient support adding knowledge and value to the clients.
You like to work in teams and in a prestige less way lift and drive any issues that needs to be solved to be able to move forward to get the team reach targeted goals with a smile.
The person we are looking for have a broad experience in any context working with technical training and global support networks.
