Till SKF Logistics Services i Göteborg söker vi nu dig som vill bidra till att tillfredsställa våra kunders behov genom att leverera rätt produkt i rätt tid till rätt kvalitet. Inom vår lagerverksamhet arbetar just nu ca 65 logistikmedarbetare fördelat på tre olika avdelningar. Arbetstiden är för närvarande dagtid och tvåskift.

Ditt dagliga arbete och ansvarsområden
I rollen som logistikmedarbetare kommer dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter bestå av truckkörning, plockuppdrag i WASS, godsmottag, lossning/lastning av bilar, pakethantering, returhantering och emballagehantering. Säkerhet, kvalitet och arbete med ständiga förbättringar är en viktig del av det dagliga arbetet för att uppnå våra mål.

Industrial Ph.D. – AI-driven product design automation


At SKF Technology Development, we strongly believe that introducing new technological advances in our current engineering processes can open new spaces for innovation. In collaboration with Linnaeus University, SKF is looking for an industrial Ph.D. student to work on the topic of using artificial intelligence to automate engineering design and product development. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers who are developing innovative solutions for the design and optimization of mechanical systems. The goal of the project is to apply state-of-the-art techniques to automate the design process of various components and products, such as bearings, seals, and lubrication. The project will involve both theoretical and practical aspects.

About the job
As an AI Industrial Ph.D. within this project, you will be at the forefront of leveraging the power of machine learning and AI and make an important contribution to advance our engineering and design approaches and enable engineers and designers to create better products and services across various industries.

You will work closely with our business leaders, product development community, and university to develop AI solutions that enhance design processes and services. You will be part of reinventing the current way of working by using new tools and technologies to drive towards the concept of Automated design.

The industry Ph.D. student will be enrolled in the graduate program at Linnaeus University’s industry graduate school on Data Intensive Applications (DIA, https://lnu.se/DIA). Therefore, the following academic requirements need to be fulfilled.

General entry requirements
has been awarded a second-cycle qualification
has satisfied the requirements for courses comprising at least 240 credits of which at least 60 credits were awarded in the second cycle or has acquired substantially equivalent knowledge in some other way in Sweden or abroad.


Specific entry requirements
approved courses of a minimum of 90 credits in the subject of Computer and Information Science or the equivalent

Som specialpedagog är din uppgift att i nära samarbete med pedagogisk personal vara behjälplig i att hitta anpassningar och stöd som ger alla elever möjlighet att nå så långt som möjligt. Knowledge about agreement types and contractor law within property projects (such as entrepreneurship law, AFF, ABT06, AB04, etc.).

Strong stakeholder management, communication & negotiation skills.

Manager Net Zero and Sustainability

SKF has committed on the Net zero emission supply chain 2050 and decarbonized operations 2030. On top of the energy consumption reduction and CO2 elimination, Sustainability is one of the main priorities for our Business Unit, including the Net Zero and EHS programs.

Key responsibilities:
Lead the strategic program on Net Zero and be an active project manager for complex projects.
Develop the Business Unit’s towards Net Zero
Support/coordinate regional investment projects
Drive digitization of relevant processes including data tracking and analysis and drive local transformation process
Be an active part of the SKF Net Zero network
Develop the “Net Zero culture” and develop competences on GHG reduction and energy efficiency through best practice sharing and workshops
Support regional and sites management in Net Zero program implementation (China, India, USA, Finland, Germany, Czech Republic)
Support regional Energy Management Review and the regional network of all functions relevant to Energy and GHG performance matters


Key requirements:
Master’s degree in in Engineering or Mechanics, or equivalent technical subjects
Experience in leading international programs with multiple stakeholders.
A genuine passion for Net Zero and Sustainability, with previous experience in this field
Advanced collaborative skills, with ability to influence all levels of the organization and across many cultures.
Strong knowledge in the SKF Core business processes in the full value chain
Operational experience within Manufacturing and Quality to facilitate the rollout of a global strategy
Skilled in steering cross functional teams and remote teams with a proven history as a change agent driving transformation across the entire value chain
Proven leadership experience and communication skills (proficiency English).

Operatör/Mekaniker

Arbetsuppgifter
I den här rollen kommer du att arbeta kombinerat som operatör och mekaniker. I rollen är du delaktig i alla förekommande arbetsuppgifter i vår verkstad. Du kommer växla mellan att arbeta med vår lagerrekonditionering, där vi utför revidering av lager enligt en kvalitetssäkrad process, och i vår mekaniska verkstad. Inom vår verksamhet jobbar vi tillsammans för att uppnå goda resultat samt säkerställa en utveckling av enheten för framtiden. Våra kunder ställer stora krav på kvalitet och noggrannhet och därför ingår det också i rollen att delta i förbättringsarbete inom olika områden.

Kvalifikationer
Treårig tekniskt gymnasium eller motsvarande
Du har en teknisk bakgrund och god teknisk förståelse samt är kvalitetsmedveten
Du har god fysisk förmåga då arbetet innebär en del tyngre lyft
Gaffeltrucks kort behövs, men kan ordnas på plats.
Goda kunskaper i Engelska är meriterande då vi har samarbete med SKF fabriker i Europa.

Yrkeslärare i elämnen

Eftersom vi är en liten skola med hög gemenskap kan du följa elevernas utveckling på nära håll. Accountant – Accounts Payable

SKF is establishing a Finance Operations Center organization supporting all SKF units globally. We have an exciting future ahead of us towards a clear finance strategy road map. The Finance Function at SKF in Gothenburg, Sweden, includes Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Record to Report and Central Controlling processes. Our Sub Finance Operations Center will support several countries in North Europe.


As the Purchase to Pay team, we are performing accounts payable activities for countries in the North EMEA region. We work in different finance applications depending on the unit, but the main companies use SAP.


What you can expect in this role
Follow up and secure payments on time for external and internal suppliers in scope through daily follow up, support to business within the AP process, and handling payment reminders.
Follow up and monitor outsourced AP activities, perform AP closing and reporting activities, and carry out ad hoc and monthly analysis of AP processes
Ensure the quality of the master data of our suppliers from a financial point of view
Have a close collaboration with the Purchasing organizations in North EMEA
Be responsible for the reconciliation of GR/IR
Encourage and coordinate improvements and use SKF Business excellence as the tool to reach our future goals


We expect you to have/be
An experienced accountant with a degree in Business Administration/Accounting or similar working experience
Prior experience of working in finance systems (SAP) and solid skills in MS Office

SKF Automotive Sales Sweden is a sales unit in SKF Group responsible for sales to automotive customers in Sweden and Global Accounts headquartered in Sweden; specifically, sales to Volvo Cars, Volvo Group, and Scania and their key sub-suppliers. The team consists of Key Account Managers, Customer Service, and Application Engineers forming key account teams with a total sales responsibility of over 1 BSEK annually.

You have the chance to take part in the electrification journey of the automotive industry and drive innovation around the rotating shafts in vehicles at the same time as you will manage the business with one of SKF’s largest customers. Key responsibilities
Develop, maintain and grow the business with one of the large automotive customer groups in Sweden
Identify customer needs and match these needs to the company’s long-term growth plan

Kunderna finns primärt inom segmenten papper, stål, gruva, energi, marin och livsmedel. Reliability and Condition Monitoring Engineer

Efterfrågan på SKF:s erbjudande för att säkerställa driften runt den roterande axeln hos våra kunder ökar. Vårt erbjudande innefattar lager, smörjsystem, tätningar och applikationskunskap runt den roterande axeln. Vårt erbjudande kallar vi för Rotating Equipment Performance. Detta erbjudande innefattar bl.a. serviceavtal, nya affärsmodeller och nya arbetsmetoder tillsammans med våra kunder. Genom att bl.a. övervaka våra kunders maskiner kan problem identifieras innan stora konsekvenser uppstår.

I vår vardag arbetar vi med förbättringar för ökad tillgänglighet på industriella anläggningar där vårt fokus finns kring roterade axlar. Vi arbetar med allt från lagerservice, förebyggande underhåll, grundorsaksanalys och problemeliminering. I många delar handlar det om att lösa kundernas problem med hjälp av flera olika metoder och tekniska lösningar såväl beprövade som innovativa.

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden
Som ingenjör inom drivsäkerhet och tillståndskontroll blir du en mycket viktig pusselbit i SKF:s kundteam. Teamen består oftast av kommersiellt ansvarig säljare, applikationsingenjörer, serviceingenjörer, specialister inom smörjning och kontraktsansvariga. Du kommer vara i centrum för övervakning och kontinuerlig förbättring av våra kunders maskiner och produktion. Du kommer att få interagera med våra kunder och ha nyckelroll i tillväxten inom SKF:s tillväxtområde Rotating Equipment Performance. Mer konkret kommer dina arbetsuppgifter bestå av följande:

Planering och uppbyggnad av mätkoncept och system (kunders anläggningar och mätpunkter/data kopplade till dessa) samt analys av dessa
Du kommer att arbeta med avancerade underhållstjänster som t.ex. felorsaksanalys, vibrationsmätning och utbildningar, identifiering av kundens behov, m.m.
Identifiera och rapportera om felorsaker (maskinstatus/maskinfel) samt bidra till att förbättra driftsäkerheten i kundens maskinpark på såväl kort som lång sikt

Vi tror att du som söker har
Du har teoretisk och praktisk kunskap om maskinelement och maskiners funktion, maskinteknisk universitetsutbildning på 3 år eller mer, alternativt gedigen erfarenhet från liknande arbetsuppgifter
God kännedom om maskiner i industriella applikationer med praktisk erfarenhet och/eller god kännedom om process- och produktionsteknik.

SKF has put in place a new Strategic Framework and operating model with more responsibility and accountability to the regions and business areas. In the new setup, we will be able to lead the digital transformation and enable SKF to create more value and benefits for the customer and SKF, at a higher speed and lower cost.
Based on this we have decided to structure the organization into two Digital Process & Solution Teams:
• Business Operations - taking care of business operational value chain - Supply Chain incl. Purchasing, Sales & Marketing and Service & Aftermarket.
• Corporate Management - taking care of the central corporate functions - Finance, Sustainability Product & Quality, PX Compliance & Legal.
In light of the new Strategic Framework, we are now looking for candidates who are up for the challenge to take on these new roles as Digital Leaders in the above-mentioned domain. These are critical roles tasked with and responsible for maximizing customer value of all digital new releases and changes. As the Digital Lead, you will drive the culture of relentlessly questioning the essence and the value of any digital change to separate “wants” from “needs” and aim for consensus amongst stakeholders for the tangible benefit of the end-users and customers.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leading the digital vision and roadmap You will own the vision and uphold a cohesive roadmap for the digital products within your domain. Setting the end-to-end output strategy and orchestrating the digital delivery across a broad range of initiatives and capabilities. You will co-create and secure the interlock of the product roadmaps with the hub & spoke strategic priorities.
Overseeing backlogs and prioritizing needs You will ensure the products have the right prioritised focus and that the roadmap across the domain delivers valid value output at the right time with the optimal cost. Thereby delivering on the needs for the regions & business areas to achieve the strategy framework priorities. You need to understand digital challenges, cost structures, and business opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will consider the implications for different departments and business areas working across organizations.
Stakeholder management Taking input from and giving input to all stakeholders, you need to effectively develop and communicate the vision and roadmap to all levels across the board, ensuring alignment, commitment, and focus. Anticipating customer needs and difficulties are key. Scaling up good initiatives from the regions and business areas, or closing solutions if not valuable enough
People Management Inspire and steer the teams in the right direction with business acumen, and balanced risk-taking to dare to make the right difference while securing continued digital skill expertise development, all to ensure customer value
Delegation, empowerment, ideation, and strategic thinking are all important, as is the ability to see the organisation’s objectives as a whole.
We expect you to have/be
Digital leadership demonstrates how you embrace technology changes that enable different business processes and business possibilities. Demonstrated affinity and knowledge of business processes in the domain. You need to have a firm understanding of the technical requirements of our customers within Service & Aftermarket (up and downstream processes) as well as a sound knowledge of the IT landscape used today.
We expect you to have a relevant technical university degree as well as solid work experience in most of the areas mentioned under included responsibilities. We also assume that you have experience managing information technology deliveries (both agile and waterfall) in a mixed in-house and outsourced delivery. Therefore, you are experienced with Agile, ITIL service management concepts, supplier management, and can take on a full end-to-end perspective (from Dev to Ops) including budget responsibilities.

Key responsibilities
Be accountable for the legal reporting for one or several legal entities served by the sub-region incl. responsibility for local regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance from a legal and corporate governance perspective

Organize and review month-end closing and reporting

The SKF Cyber Security setup is tasked to monitor, control and support the SKF Group. The OT Security Team supports SKF’s manufacturing footprint with digital solutions, skills, and knowledge to strengthen World Class Manufacturing for competitive advantage. You will be the trusted advisor that brings cybersecurity engineering and advisory services to SKF Manufacturing globally.

You will be responsible for managing, designing, and implementing security practices, processes, and technologies across the SKF Manufacturing footprint globally. Consequently, you will work with mitigating the risks arising from the use, process, storage, and transmission of information used in industrial OT/IT environments.

Your primary responsibility will be to improve cyber security posture in the area of OT/IT infrastructure, industrial networks and industrial cyber-physical systems, industrial IoT and various data processing devices, and industrial cloud systems across SKF Manufacturing.

What you can expect in this role
Develop and optimize processes to improve OT infrastructure security, and manage cross-functional internal and external team collaboration and communications
Develop and maintain OT/IT/IIOT infrastructure architecture standards for different types of plants and facilities
Work with infrastructure and development teams to integrate, implement, and maintain security tools in OT/IT environments across the plants
Support in building secure products and standards around emerging technologies and using existing standards and security practices

We expect you to have

Experience in working in various positions within IT security on a senior level (preferably with IT/digital transformation projects) in an international environment
Some years of experience in IT/OT cybersecurity, related to the industry’s security best practice
Hands-on implementation experience of current and emerging state-of-the-art IT/OT systems technologies, architectures, and products
Experience in deployment of security controls in endpoints, and industrial networks, including network zoning, segmentation and isolation designs, and implementation

Vår driftsäkerhetsorganisation arbetar mot att säkerställa att vår produktion är stabil, hållbar, håller hög kvalitet och ständigt utvecklas. Vi är en grupp av 19 personer som var och en bidrar med sin kompetens och samarbetar inom kvalitet, bearbetning, automation, digitalisering, konstruktion och underhåll. Ditt dagliga arbete
• Arbeta med våra processer vad gäller stabilitet, prestanda och kvalitet
• Lösa akuta problem som uppstår i produktion tillsammans med produktionschef eller annan funktion
• Arbeta proaktivt och långsiktigt med våra tillverkningsprocesser och maskinpark
• Delta i och driva olika projekt i fabriken inom driftsäkerhet

• Teknisk utbildning – XEIE / Högskoleingenjör/ Civilingenjör
• Flerårig erfarenhet inom produktion
