I rollen som senior lönespecialist ansvarar du för att säkerställa en korrekt, effektiv och kvalitetssäkrad lönehantering för både svenska och internationella medarbetare. Du arbetar proaktivt med att löpande vidareutveckla våra processer och systeminställningar.
Som lönespecialist hos SKF kommer du att:
Arbeta med löner för både tjänstemän och kollektivanställda.
Säkerställa korrekt rapportering till myndigheter och pensionsinstitut.
Analysera och granska data utifrån aktuella avtal.
Driva förbättringsinitiativ, utveckla och optimera löneprocesser samt systeminställningar.
Stötta HR och chefer i frågor kring lön, avtal och arbetsrätt.

Vi söker dig som är en trygg och självgående lönespecialist med gedigen erfarenhet av hela löneprocessen.

License Compliance Manager
Automotive Business
The License Compliance Manager is fundamental to our commitment to maintaining a robust and efficient IT environment. This role ensures effective software asset management and compliance with licensing agreements. The License Compliance Manager will manage software assets, optimize usage, and mitigate risks associated with software licensing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic goals of our IT operations and support the overall business objectives.
What you can expect in the role
As License Compliance Manager, you will
Oversee the lifecycle of software assets, focusing on large and complex agreements involving multiple service owners.
Monitor and enforce compliance with software licensing agreements through regular audits and reviews.
Analyze software usage and licensing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization.
Develop strategies to mitigate legal and financial risks associated with software licensing.
Collaborate with software vendors to manage renewals and resolve compliance issues.
Conduct proactive and reactive compliance audits to ensure adherence to licensing agreements.
Prepare and present reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain policies aligned with industry best practices.

We expect you to have
A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in software asset management or license compliance.
Strong understanding of software licensing agreements and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex licensing data.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors and stakeholders.
High attention to detail and accuracy in compliance records.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance issues.

Grundutbildning på minst gymnasienivå med teknisk inriktning.

Key Responsibilities

Deep understanding of supply chain systems, IT landscapes, and digital enablers

Key responsibilities
Provides technical leadership for projects incorporating complex electronic or electromechanical (mechatronic) systems.
Stays abreast of new technology and recent developments and trends in the research and academic arena related to electric motor technologies, including related electronics driver and software control algorithms
Consolidate knowledge regarding electrical machine and their impact on bearings;
Lead testing methodology, equipment selection and initial execution for product in electrical environment
Document and improve electrical machine analysis and characterization with the aim of improving component designs
Team member of new technology development for electrical machine components and electromechanical systems.
Coordinating collaborative projects related to electric motors components with cross-organizational teams and partners
Develop, with other field experts, model of complex physical phenomena that includes electric and electromagnetic effects

We expect you to have/be

Broad knowledge and strong interest in electrical and electromagnetic technical field, especially for automotive application
Experience with operating Lab Equipment such as impedance analyzer, oscilloscopes and power analyzer
Practical experience of electrical simulation (SPICE) combined with (in-house) code development (Python, Matlab, etc.)
Experience in electric motor architecture or testing including inverters
Knowledge in analog circuit and understanding of EMC/EMI design
Ability to communicate complex project to non-experts
Experience with PCB CAD (Schematic, PCB Layout and Routing) is a plus

Surface & Tribology Technology Expert - Automotive Business

In this highly technical role, you will be a key team member, overcoming complex technical challenges to enhance the value of customized automotive products. You will be the reference and owner of surface and tribology knowledge, interacting globally with colleagues, customers, and industry experts from universities to suppliers. This pivotal role will require handling of surface quality specification, contributing to boost innovation momentum and securing cutting-edge technologies. The Technology Office will be composed of a pool of experts skilled in multiple technology areas essential for a leading automotive bearing supplier: material science (steel and non-metallic materials), tribology, manufacturing processes (such as heat treatment, machining and forming), life prediction, NVH & diagnostics.
Key responsibilities
Lead the development of testing methodology for tribology and lubrication
Guide the surface topography optimization for life, friction and wear
Support coating, steel and lubricant expert in testing definition
Direct the development of electrical excitation in the mechanical rolling contact and define the testing equipment & methodology
Study and understanding of new failure mode (such as White Etching Cracks)
Train the engineering community on surface technology and testing
Support problem solving groups for failure identification, reproduction and find effective solutions

Requirements

Experience in lubricant selection for bearings, specifications and tribology; high interests to guide & perform experimental research in support of modeling.

We are seeking an experienced and engaged IP Strategy & IA Manager to join our global IP (Intellectual Property) department during this exciting time of change. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across our international IP team and various Business Lines.

Skills: Education and experience in Intellectual Asset Management or Intellectual Property Strategy.

Additionally, the role supports the definition and implementation of Cost Reduction Roadmaps for various Product Lines in EMEA, ensuring that appropriate ICR methodologies are applied in ICR ASO projects.

In the role you will also be a coach for ICR ASO projects, where you will mentor the global ICR community and promote the spread of ICR culture and methodologies.

Ditt dagliga arbete

Key responsibilities
Designing and Streamlining Processes: you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving the Product Development and Engineering processes. This involves identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or outdated practices and re-engineering processes to be more effective and digitally integrated.
Integration of Digital Tools: Implementing digital tools and technologies into the design and development process. This includes CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems, and Engineering Software solutions. The Design Process Architect ensures these tools are effectively integrated into the workflow, within PD&E and outside the department, interfacing with our stakeholders (frontline, manufacturing, and customers)
Innovation: You will play a role in fostering process innovation by scouting and integrating new technologies like AI, machine learning, and IoT into the product development process, aiming at smarter and more efficient bearing designs and design processes.
Facilitating Collaboration: You will work to enhance collaboration between different teams, such as design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, using digital platforms. This involves setting up systems for seamless sharing of digital assets and data across departments, with the collaboration of Digital Engineering and Innovation.
Data-Driven Decision Making: you would establish processes to collect, analyze, and utilize data from various stages of product development to support decision making on design choices and improvements to be brought to the processes, in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Leads of the Engineering Centers.
Training and Change Management: As processes and tools change, the Design Process Architect will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant personnel are trained on new systems and comfortable with the digital transformation.
Quality and Compliance: you will ensure that the new digital processes adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements in the journey towards Industry 4.0, in collaboration with the Technical Standards department.
Sustainability: for a better tomorrow, you will bring the focus on sustainable design practices, with circularity in mind, leveraging digital tools to ensure traceability of our carbon footprint, minimize waste and energy use.


We expect you to have
University degree, preferably computer science or related field.
University degree, or experience in Mechanical engineering is appreciated.
Digital Tools Proficiency: Knowledge of CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM systems, or other relevant digital tools and platforms.
Data Analysis and Management: Skills in data analytics, database management, and the ability to interpret and use data for decision-making.
Knowledge of Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with AI, IoT, machine learning, and other emerging technologies that can be applied in product development and engineering.
Change Management: Skills in managing organizational change, especially in guiding teams through transitions to new processes and technologies.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to align process architecture with overall business strategy and objectives.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex design and process challenges.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and facilitate cross-functional cooperation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages is a plus.
Ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions and approaches in product development and process design.

Key responsibilities
Manage and execute accounting activities with high quality
Responsible for VAT, Intrastat and Transfer pricing reporting for many of SKF companies and for countries where SKF is VAT registered
Secure proper VAT returns, duty rate, and support business with VAT questions
Secure proper payments and accounting of taxes
Main contact towards authorities and outsourced partners
Drive and coordinate reporting improvements and use SKF Business Excellence as the tool to reach our future goals
Ensure compliance from a legal and corporate governance perspective
Monitor and conduct the GL account reconciliations


Requirements
University degree in finance/accounting or similar
Be an experienced VAT Accountant
Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
Broad experience in SAP or other ERP systems
Computer literacy and experience in MS office applications (especially in Excel)

Accountant – Accounts Payable

The Finance Function at SKF in Gothenburg, Sweden, includes Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Record to Report and Central Controlling processes. Our Sub Finance Operations Center will support several countries in North Europe.


As the Purchase to Pay team, we are performing accounts payable activities for countries in the North EMEA region. We work in different finance applications depending on the unit, but the main companies use SAP.


What you can expect in this role
Support to business within the AP process and handling payment reminders
Follow up and monitor of outsourced AP activities
Carrying out ad hoc and monthly analysis of AP processes
Have close collaboration with Purchasing organizations in North EMEA
Responsible for the reconciliation of GR/IR
Perform AP closing and reporting activities
Encourage and coordinate improvements and use SKF Business excellence as the tool to reach our future goals
Follow up payments on time for external and internal suppliers
Ensure the quality of master data about our suppliers from a financial point of view


We expect you to have/be
An experienced accountant with a degree in Business Administration/Accounting or similar working experience
Prior experience of working in SAP as finance system and solid skills in MS Office

Operatör/Mekaniker

Arbetsuppgifter
I den här rollen kommer du att arbeta kombinerat som operatör och mekaniker. I rollen är du delaktig i alla förekommande arbetsuppgifter i vår verkstad. Du kommer växla mellan att arbeta med vår lagerrekonditionering, där vi utför revidering av lager enligt en kvalitetssäkrad process, och i vår mekaniska verkstad. Inom vår verksamhet jobbar vi tillsammans för att uppnå goda resultat samt säkerställa en utveckling av enheten för framtiden. Våra kunder ställer stora krav på kvalitet och noggrannhet och därför ingår det också i rollen att delta i förbättringsarbete inom olika områden.

Kvalifikationer
Treårig tekniskt gymnasium eller motsvarande
Du har en teknisk bakgrund och god teknisk förståelse samt är kvalitetsmedveten
Du har god fysisk förmåga då arbetet innebär en del tyngre lyft
Gaffeltrucks kort behövs, men kan ordnas på plats.
Goda kunskaper i Engelska är meriterande då vi har samarbete med SKF fabriker i Europa.

Yrkeslärare i elämnen

Eftersom vi är en liten skola med hög gemenskap kan du följa elevernas utveckling på nära håll. Vår erfarenhet är att det är viktigt med noggrannhet och tydlighet i arbetet med ungdomar och därför behöver du vara organiserad och strukturerad för den här rollen, men samtidigt vill vi att du också är kreativ i din lärargärning. Förutom att undervisa ungdomar ingår också att hålla i kurser för SKF-anställda. Du ska trivas både med självständigt arbete och i arbetet tillsammans med andra. Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden
Att självständigt undervisa och ansvara för olika kurser inom el såsom praktisk ellära, mekatronik och elkraftteknik. Kunskap inom automation, hydraulik och pneumatik är ett plus.
Att tillsammans med de andra lärarna inom el- och automation tillhandahålla kurser för SKF-anställda inom ramen för L&D Sweden
Att ha lärar- och handledarfunktion och eventuellt vara mentor för elever
Att delta i arbetsgruppsmöten
Att följa skolans policys och riktlinjer och delta i gemensamma utvecklingsarbeten och projekt

SKF is establishing a Finance Operations Center organization supporting all SKF units globally. We have an exciting future ahead of us towards a clear finance strategy road map. The Finance Function at SKF in Gothenburg, Sweden, includes Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Record to Report and Central Controlling processes. Our Sub Finance Operations Center will support several countries in North Europe.


As the Purchase to Pay team, we are performing accounts payable activities for countries in the North EMEA region. We work in different finance applications depending on the unit, but the main companies use SAP.


What you can expect in this role
Follow up and secure payments on time for external and internal suppliers in scope through daily follow up, support to business within the AP process, and handling payment reminders.
Follow up and monitor outsourced AP activities, perform AP closing and reporting activities, and carry out ad hoc and monthly analysis of AP processes
Ensure the quality of the master data of our suppliers from a financial point of view
Have a close collaboration with the Purchasing organizations in North EMEA
Be responsible for the reconciliation of GR/IR

SKF Automotive Sales Sweden is a sales unit in SKF Group responsible for sales to automotive customers in Sweden and Global Accounts headquartered in Sweden; specifically, sales to Volvo Cars, Volvo Group, and Scania and their key sub-suppliers. The team consists of Key Account Managers, Customer Service, and Application Engineers forming key account teams with a total sales responsibility of over 1 BSEK annually.

Key responsibilities

I rollen som truckförare på SKF Fabrik Göteborg kommer dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter bli att förse våra kanaler med komponenter, hantera materialflöden, hantera samt köra truck då vi har både automatiska som manuella truckar.
Vi arbetar huvudsakligen i Prevas och SAP vilket innebär mycket administrativt arbeta i olika IT system och handdatorer.

Kvalifikationer

Senior OT/IT Cyber Security Engineer -
Infrastructure

The SKF Cyber Security setup is tasked to monitor, control and support the SKF Group. The OT Security Team supports SKF’s manufacturing footprint with digital solutions, skills, and knowledge to strengthen World Class Manufacturing for competitive advantage. You will be the trusted advisor that brings cybersecurity engineering and advisory services to SKF Manufacturing globally.

You will be responsible for managing, designing, and implementing security practices, processes, and technologies across the SKF Manufacturing footprint globally. Consequently, you will work with mitigating the risks arising from the use, process, storage, and transmission of information used in industrial OT/IT environments.

Your primary responsibility will be to improve cyber security posture in the area of OT/IT infrastructure, industrial networks and industrial cyber-physical systems, industrial IoT and various data processing devices, and industrial cloud systems across SKF Manufacturing.

What you can expect in this role
Develop and optimize processes to improve OT infrastructure security, and manage cross-functional internal and external team collaboration and communications
Develop and maintain OT/IT/IIOT infrastructure architecture standards for different types of plants and facilities
Work with infrastructure and development teams to integrate, implement, and maintain security tools in OT/IT environments across the plants
Support in building secure products and standards around emerging technologies and using existing standards and security practices
Perform security architecture and low-level security design reviews in Data and Storage Protection, Endpoint Security, Authentication and Authorizations, and Network Security
Support the business and major incident management teams for effective problem management and root cause analysis
Accompany implementation of new cyber security controls in OT environment and work with IoT security solutions


We expect you to have
MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or similar
Experience in working in various positions within IT security on a senior level (preferably with IT/digital transformation projects) in an international environment
Some years of experience in IT/OT cybersecurity, related to the industry’s security best practice
Hands-on implementation experience of current and emerging state-of-the-art IT/OT systems technologies, architectures, and products
Experience in deployment of security controls in endpoints, and industrial networks, including network zoning, segmentation and isolation designs, and implementation
Experience in a wide range of information security technologies, embedded security, and infrastructure platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, etc.), and prior exposure to industrial network platforms, ports & protocols (Cisco, Phoenix Contact, etc.)
Ability to collaborate with computer engineers, production engineers, and other OT/IT professionals to develop strategies for effective OT security
Fluent in English, both verbal and writing

Senior Accountant Record to Report


At Record to Report, we are currently providing the accounting for most of the SKF companies in the North EMEA region. Our team consists of Chief Accountants, accountants, and experts in specific processes. We are working in many different systems, but the main companies use SAP.


We have an exciting future ahead of us, with an updated finance strategy. Finance will a have powerful role in the digital environment, and we want to be in the frontline of the next generation Business Finance. We have Business excellence as a working tool, and we have just started the journey for the Global finance.

Key responsibilities
• Manage and execute accounting activities with high quality
• Responsible for specific month-end closing activities in a company or process (assets, inventory) and manage account reconciliations
• Supervise specific financial reporting areas or a specific company on an everyday basis
• Responsible for preparing financial reports for different legal entities/areas
• Drive and coordinate reporting improvements and use SKF Business excellence as the tool to reach future goals
• Support the Chief accountants

Requirements
• University graduate with wide experience working in the Accounting/Finance area
• Experience in SAP or other ERP-system and used to be Finance process-oriented
• Computer literacy is essential and experience in MS office applications (excellent command of MS Excel is a must)
• Up to date standard knowledge of corporate and local accounting rules.

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden. Local contract in SKF Sweden


Record to Report consists of around 30 members today. All have long experience in accounting and we really support each other as a team. You will report to the Delivery manager Record to Report, who is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
