Several years of experience in Vehicle Dynamics development, including data analysis from ride & handling tests, steering evaluations, and dynamic maneuvers.
Proven capability in physical vehicle testing, including subjective and objective evaluations.
Strong understanding of chassis systems, suspension kinematics & compliance, steering systems, tires, and vehicle behavior fundamentals.
Experience collaborating with CAE teams and interpreting simulation results.
Ability to translate complex test data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Valid driver’s license and documented driving skills (e.g., test track certification).

MERITORIOUS EXPERIENCE:
Subjective assessment techniques from proving grounds (winter, dry tracks, comfort roads).
Dynamic modeling using Adams/Car or equivalent tools.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Battery Hardware System Verification/Testing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and analyze system-level tests for battery packs and components, ensuring their performance, safety, and compliance with specifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including CAE, component design, and system teams, to define test methods, document results, and drive improvements in testing processes.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Plan and execute system-level tests on battery packs and components
Define test activities and methods using FMEA, requirement specifications, and system architecture.
Perform hands-on testing in lab environments, including: Environmental tests, vibration tests and electrical load tests
Document test results and support root cause analysis.

Förbereda arbetsordrar för rigg och säkerställa att deadlines hålls.
Skriva verkstadsarbetsordrar, samarbeta med verkstaden för att säkerställa att all utrustning är redo, leverera bilnycklar, samt ha koll på bilens plats.
Uppdatera programvara och data i bilarna, inklusive INCA-uppdateringar i rigg, och registrera aktivitet i SW&DCM;-loggbok.
Läsa och analysera felkoder i fordon med hjälp av DSA eller andra diagnostiska verktyg, och vidarebefordra relevant data till optimeringsingenjörer och/eller konstruktörer.

DIN PROFIL:

Som Electronics Designer kommer du arbeta med design och layout av elektroniska kort. Innan designen skickas till Electronics Manufacturer Service (EMS) simulerar du arbetet för att upptäcka eventuella fel. När filerna är skickade till EMS följer du upp produktionen, testar de mottagna korten, samt ansvarar för dokumentation (HDD, PTS, etc) och kommunikationen med EMS – alla viktiga delar som säkerställer att produkten fungerar i slutänden.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER:

Som Electronics Designer kommer du arbeta med design och layout av elektroniska kort. Innan designen skickas till Electronics Manufacturer Service (EMS) simulerar du arbetet för att upptäcka eventuella fel. När filerna är skickade till EMS följer du upp produktionen, testar de mottagna korten, samt ansvarar för dokumentation (HDD, PTS, etc) och kommunikationen med EMS – alla viktiga delar som säkerställer att produkten fungerar i slutänden.

 
Hantera och analysera krav
Undersöka och jämföra olika designlösningar
Konstruera kraftlösningar (AC/DC, DC/DC) och elektroniska kort
Arbeta med kablage och elektriska gränssnitt
Integrera, simulera och verifiera tekniska lösningar (Pi Spice, Orcad Cadence, Catia Electric)
Testa och felsöka kort och system efter mottagning från EMS
Dokumentation (HDD, PTS, etc) och kommunikation med EMS
Delta i dagliga stand-ups, sprintplanering och backloghantering via JIRA
Samarbeta med mekatronikteam, systemingenjörer och externa resurser
Stödja produktcertifiering och EMC-tester
