We are looking for a scientific Python programmer for development of in-house simulation tools. You will cooperate with the rest of the developers and cooperate with researchers to analyze the simulator’s requirement. You will also assist researchers with general Python problems. The simulator is based on Python/numpy, and has its core developed in C++/cuda.
Responsibilities
Implement new features in the simulator in Python/C++/cuda
Correct bugs found in the simulator
Manage Continuous Integration as well as computing cluster
Support researchers with general Python questions
Qualifications requirements
MSc or PhD in Computer Science or other programming background with 5+years.
Strong background in Scientific Python programming
Experience in C++, CUDA, GitLab, DASK, Linux maintenance is preferred
Should be able to work in a team and possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
