The Role

The Role

The Project coordinator and the Project Manager work closely together, and they become the spider in the net that keeps the project together. This means, that in addition to these responsibilities, there will be many other tasks to drive the project forward, such as certification and cooperation with suppliers.

- Responsible to keep track of the full list of components including structure, cost, timing, compliance.

- Secure material for prototype builds including purchase orders, logistics and tracking of materials.

De kommer att ingå i grupperna med våra befintliga tekniker och bli upplärda av dem och sedan få vägledning och stöttning av våra nuvarande medarbetare. Viktigt i arbetet är att värna om att ge en god support till våra användare, så kommer gruppen lära dem det som krävs gällande tekniken.

Uppdraget kommer utgå från Göteborg, men i förlängningen kommer de efterfrågade konsulterna att få åka till Malmö, Linköping med flera orter där vi ska göra utbyte av hårdvara också.

Krav på kandidatens kompetens:

- Konsulten ska ha gått minst It-gymnasium och nu vill påbörja sin karriär inom it-området.
- Ska ha ett stort intresse inom it.
- Ha ett stort intresse att hjälpa andra med sin utrustning.
- Vara serviceinriktad och ha en god samarbetsförmåga.
- Påvisa ett stort engagemang och eget driv.


- Konsulten ska ha B-körkort och vana att köra bil.
- Resor kommer föreskomma. Konsulterna ska vara beredda att under längre perioder (veckovis) vara på resande fot.


Information gällande säkerhetsprövning:

Polismyndigheten ställer höga krav på konsults säkerhets- och sekretessmedvetenhet. Säkerhetsprövning med registerkontroll samt tecknande av säkerhetsskyddsavtal enligt säkerhetsskyddslagen (2018:585) kan komma att genomföras av konsult respektive konsults arbetsgivare innan Uppdragsavtalet kan göras gällande. Involved in the onboarding process, from account creation to handing out IT equipment.

Managing IT equipment through purchase requests and maintaining stock levels.

Responsible for taking ownership of and resolving assigned tickets.

Follow global policies, processes and procedures.

Proactively suggest new ways of working and improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Actively contribute to new knowledge base articles for the end user.

Keep end-users informed of the status of their tickets by following defined processes.

Deliver support within the defined SLAs.
