Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance

Monitor and interpret local and international regulations relevant to nutrition and FMCG products, including food safety, labelling, advertising, and claims.

Risk Assessment

Conduct compliance risk assessments for new products and marketing campaigns, identifying potential regulatory issues and working with teams to implement corrective actions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Documentation and Reporting

Regulatory Liaison

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Food Science, Nutrition, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in compliance or regulatory affairs are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the nutrition or FMCG sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international regulations related to food safety, labelling, and advertising.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and make sound compliance recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

About the role

About the role
In your role as CRM Manager, you are responsible for building up a CRM strategy for Zinzino including the development of retention flows and campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis. The role includes customer mapping, idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution. • Development of a CRM strategy for Zinzino

• Creating, maintaining, and improving data management processes and accuracy to particular retain and win back customers but as well acquire new customers/Partners

• Acting as a liaison between the IT and marketing team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns and communication send outs.

Qualifications
We are looking for a person who have solid work experience from a similar role, with several years of experience in leading and developing the CRM work. We expect you to be a driven, well-organized, and structured team player with a “can do” mentality with a high-level of accuracy and attention to details. You need to be driven by delivering outstanding results, have a high degree of flexibility and need to be self-going in your work. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Experience you bring:

• A business degree in marketing or communication
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a senior CRM project manager role, ideally within an e-commerce, retail or FMCG company
• A passionate interest for customer mapping, creating CRM flows and understanding of CRM content creation and to further develop existing CRM flows.
• Excellent English skills in written and verbal, native English speaker is a merit

You enjoy working with service and support and always puts the customer and partner in the centre. You are a positive person with a well-developed sense of service who always puts the customer and our partners in focus. You are both efficient and enterprising. You like working as part of the team but have no problem taking initiative on your own.

Talking to customers and partners on the phone, e-mails and chat who speak Dutch, French and English is no problem for you.

About the role

Zinzino stands for personal, familiar contacts between Partners and customer. Your task will include

• Telephone and email support to the company's German, Austrian & Swiss customers and partners. When necessary, also help supporting other European countries.
• Administrative tasks such as database management and invoice cases.
• Registration, deviation handling and follow-up work.
• Handling of complaints.

We are looking for our next Customer Support superstar to join our team at the Head Office in Västra Frölunda. We offer you good training in all our products and different admin systems, however as prerequisites we ask from you:

Qualifications

• We want you to speak and write fluently in Dutch and French and we require you to be fluent in English. Other languages, especially Swedish, are merited but not a requirement.
• We want you to have at least 1 year of documented experience of working with customer service or support where you have handled many of the tasks associated with customer service, such as invoice and complaint matters.

About the role
Our goal is to improve and change existing systems and develop new systems throughout our entire infrastructure. This allows us to look forward to many exciting development projects for our IT systems. Our team is currently preparing to create new features as well as redesign of existing systems and platforms as we continuously launch our e-shop in new ends of the world.

You are a skilled .NET developer with a background including:

• Many years of experience in programming in C#.
• Familiar with Server, SOLID, DDD, MVC, TDD, REST
• Solid skillset in C# .NET and Azure and has a will to create solutions that follow best practice.
• Sharing knowledge and contributing to discussions around technologies and your projects.
• Experience working with scrum and/or Agile methodologies in practice.

We see that you have:

- a relevant academic degree or equivalent education and
- very good knowledge of Swedish and English as the work takes place in both languages.
