As an Attribute Leader within Ride & Handling, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the driving character of our vehicles. You will act as the technical authority for chassis behavior, ensuring a consistent and premium brand feel across different road conditions and driving scenarios.
This is a senior engineering role where you will translate technical solutions into a cohesive driving experience, balancing comfort, control, and performance. You will work cross-functionally and play a key role in guiding both development and decision-making throughout the vehicle program.
What You'll Do

Define target setting for ride & handling, including steering feel, ride comfort, body control, and overall vehicle balance


Perform and lead subjective vehicle assessments (VSR), evaluating steering feedback, stability, and vibration isolation


Lead tuning and calibration activities for chassis systems, including dampers, bushings, suspension kinematics, and EPAS


Ensure system integration across tires, suspension, and braking systems to achieve stable and predictable vehicle dynamics


Drive validation and verification through simulation (MBS) and physical testing at proving grounds


Monitor attribute performance and report status to project management across key development milestones


Provide technical recommendations and decision support during program gates and trade-off discussions


Identify risks and potential conflicts impacting ride & handling targets, and drive mitigation actions


Maintain documentation, performance tracking, and clear visualization of attribute development progress


Who You Are:

Minimum 8 years of experience within Ride & Handling, vehicle dynamics, or chassis development


Proven experience working with attribute ownership, target setting, or leading chassis development activities


Strong understanding of suspension systems, vehicle dynamics, and overall vehicle behavior


Solid experience from vehicle testing, subjective assessment, and calibration work


Experience working with simulation tools (e.g. MBS) and correlating simulation with physical testing


Ability to balance technical trade-offs between comfort, performance, and cost within a project context


Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to stakeholders


Experience working in cross-functional and international engineering environments


Structured and analytical mindset, combined with a hands-on approach to problem solving


Fluent in English, both spoken and written


Valid driver’s license


Additional Information
The role includes travel as part of vehicle development and testing activities:

China: approximately 6–8 trips per year (2–3 weeks each)


Europe: approximately 2 trips per year


Sweden: winter testing in Northern Sweden, as well as testing at local facilities such as Hällered and Säve

What You'll Do

Participate in vehicle testing and contribute to subjective evaluations of steering feel, ride comfort, and vehicle stability

Who You Are:

Minimum 2 years of experience within Ride & Handling, vehicle dynamics, or chassis development

Basic understanding of suspension systems, vehicle dynamics, and mechanical behavior


Experience from vehicle testing or development environments is considered a strong plus


Interest in both hands-on testing and analytical work

The role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll partner with one or more business units and work side-by-side with leaders and management teams to deliver proactive, high-impact HR support. Lynk & Co Design is looking for an inspiring interior design talent to join our team at the Geely Design Center Gothenburg for a 6 month internship.
About Lynk & Co Design
Lynk & Co Design is Geely’s forward-thinking mobility brand, dedicated to creating human-centric and innovative vehicle experiences. We strive to redefine car design by combining creativity, sustainability, and functionality, with interiors that reflect the way people live, move, and interact in urban environments.
About the team
We are a collaborative and dynamic interior design team within the Geely Design Center, working alongside other Geely brands in a multi-brand studio. Here, creativity meets structure - we use cutting-edge tools, processes, and workflows to explore new concepts while shaping premium, user-focused interiors.
Your future role as an Interior Design Intern
As an intern in our Interior Design team, you will bring fresh energy, ideas, and workflows to the studio. Depending on your skills and interests, your tasks may include:

Researching trends and user behaviors for future urban mobility interiors


Developing interior concepts from broad themes to detailed component design


Visualizing ideas in 2D and 3D, testing, and iterating concepts


Collaborating with the team and sharing your work in a supportive, creative environment


This internship is a chance to inject your creativity into real projects, learn from an experienced international team, and be inspired by the next generation of designers.
What we are looking for
Background in interior design, industrial design, or related studies


Strong 2D and 3D visualization skills


Creative mindset and curiosity, with a passion for exploring new ideas


Collaborative attitude - a team player who shares work openly


Energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn from and contribute to the team


Tools like Blender, VR modeling, or other visualization software are a plus.

As a Customer Research Specialist, you will be the voice of the customer within our global product journey. In this role, you will dive deep into real customer behaviours, expectations, and motivations to uncover what truly drives product–market fit across diverse overseas markets. Your work goes beyond data collection, you design meaningful interactions with customers, translate their feedback into strategic clarity, and ensure that our products, experiences, and services resonate with the people who use them. By building a structured insights engine and turning customer signals into well?grounded recommendations, you will help the organization make smarter decisions, reduce risk, and shape products that feel intuitive, relevant, and competitive from day one.
What You'll Do

Develop and execute a repeatable, measurable insights engine for overseas markets.


Conduct customer research to understand product–market fit, pricing, and positioning.


Support de-risking of overseas expansion by providing data-backed recommendations.


Deliver actionable insights to optimize product definition, UX, marketing, sales, and service strategies.


Design and run customer surveys, focus groups, and co-creation workshops.


Translate findings into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership decision-making.


Who You Are:

Experience in customer research, UX research, or market insights, preferably in automotive or mobility sectors.


Proven expertise in designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research studies.


Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.


Familiarity with EU and overseas customer behaviours, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.


Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear and strategic manner to stakeholders.


Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Marketing, Business, Human Factors, or related field.


Comfortable working with industry?standard market and product analysis tools, including JATO, NCBS, IHS, A2MAC1, and Statista.


Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by the role.

The Exterior Design Expert is tasked with creating and presenting innovative and visually compelling exterior designs for our upcoming Lynk&Co; vehicle models. This role demands a profound comprehension of automotive design principles, awareness of market trends, and proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design aligns with both our brand vision and engineering specifications. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience, primarily with global OEMs. Additionally, this position involves assisting and reporting directly to the Chief Designers.
Responsibilities:

Spearhead the conception, development, and execution of groundbreaking exterior vehicle designs, managing the entire creative and development process from initial advanced phases to the final delivery of tooling data. This includes ensuring that all design milestones and deliverables are met with the highest standards of quality and innovation.


Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product planning, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure the seamless integration of design and engineering elements. This collaboration ensures that designs are not only aesthetically compelling but also feasible and manufacturable.


Produce detailed ideation sketches and high-quality renderings that capture the Lynk&Co; design strategy. Actively oversee the creation and refinement of 3D digital and physical models, ensuring that every aspect of the model aligns perfectly with the intended creative vision and meets all technical requirements.


Stay aware of the latest industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies. Incorporate these insights into your design work to ensure that our vehicle designs remain at the forefront of innovation and appeal to future market demands.


Provide mentorship and guidance to both junior and senior designers, fostering an environment that encourages continuous learning, creativity, and professional development. Lead by example to inspire the design team to achieve excellence.


Support and report to the Chief Designers, providing them with the necessary information and updates on project progress. Additionally, be prepared to step into the role of Chief Designer's deputy when necessary, demonstrating leadership and decision-making capabilities in their absence.


This role requires a dynamic and visionary creative mindset with a passion for automotive design, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to drive projects from concept to production while maintaining the highest standards of Lynk&Co; design identity and integrity.


Qualifications and skills:

A Master’s degree in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or a related field from a reputed institution.


A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in automotive design, primarily with leading global OEMs, demonstrating a strong track record of successful projects and innovative designs.


A comprehensive design portfolio that showcases a range of high-profile projects, highlighting your creative evolution, technical skills, and significant contributions to successful vehicle designs.


Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Photoshop, Alias, Blender, V-Red and Vizcom, with the ability to produce high-quality sketches, renderings, and 3D models.


Deep understanding of automotive design principles, manufacturing processes, materials, and current market trends, ensuring the creation of feasible and market-ready designs.


Superior communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear articulation of design concepts. (Proficiency in Mandarin could be a valuable asset).


Exceptional ability to present and defend design concepts to both internal stakeholders (design management) and external audiences (e.g., press launches), ensuring a persuasive and professional presentation style.


Demonstrated ability to mentor a team of designers, from Juniors to Seniors, fostering a culture of creativity, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team.


A strong inclination towards innovation, with the ability to stay abreast of industry advancements and integrate cutting-edge technologies and materials into your design process.
